Prioritise your energy

There are many demands on your energy at this time as you are called to hold energy for yourselves, the planet, for humanity and to shine your light as a healing beacon for others. You came as teachers, healers, energy workers and channels, with work to do, contracts to fulfill and karma and ancient energetic paradigms to heal and complete. You are also the light for your soul groups, creating new paradigms for them to adopt or reject, allowing them to heal or engage with the new energy you create. Knowing how to prioritize your energy so that you are providing the right balance of support and healing is important to you so that you are not draining your own energy to help others on their healing journey.

Your first responsibility is to yourself, to ensure that your energy is available to complete your healing work. Taking care of yourself is an acknowledgement of the importance of your presence and work. The healing work you came to do involves others but many of you have come to disengage from your soul groups and to have closure with them. Many of these choices are energetic in nature and involve how much you will contribute energetically to others' healing. This is a change in the nature of healing, which is now possible because you have learned how to be the light instead of being the healing.

Whose energy needs are more important? That is a choice that you must each make. Some of your lessons with your soul groups involve power issues and they appear to you in the form of need or control situations. You can heal others without giving power to them by holding your own energy at its highest vibrations and allowing them to raise their energy, rather than lowering your energy levels to connect with them at theirs. When this happens you are allowing others to become your priority, instead of yourself.

You cannot hold energy or be focused on your own healing work when you are drained or giving too much to others. Those who need your energy have established this pattern with you over many lifetimes. Each of you is powerful, connected and is here to learn and heal. You can model healing by being energetically in balance with your own needs, raising your vibrations and allowing others to make their own choices. You are each the light of the world and your energy is needed for the purpose you have come to fulfill. Others are healed by finding and connecting to their power and learning to manage their energy. Be the source for them by becoming the new paradigm for healing through reminding them of their power.

In between but almost there ... Karen Bishop's latest Wings entry

There are a variety of manifestations currently occurring, all relating to our arrival in a new space due to the release of our presence in the old reality. In this way, much can seem confusing, conflicting, and even contradictory for many of us now, but as the ascension process continues to show us, it is never a clear, easy, or even plausible road the majority of the time. Our current themes? Manifesting what we may have always wanted, finding ourselves feeling as if we have no purpose, desire, or interest in anything, feeling completely alone with absolutely no connections, anger and resentment at the past, stuck in old relationships, being extremely busy wrapping up so we can move forward, setting things up for the new, or feelings of bliss, excitement and having the beginning experiences of new connections and an amazing new beginning of freedom and joy. What an interesting hodge podge of manifestations, but they all make sense if we know what is transpiring with our evolutionary process. When we complete important phases of our spiritual evolutionary journey, we go to a new space. Thus, when we are “done,” we find ourselves in a space of re-booting or feeling empty and apathetic about much. Nothing excites us anymore, we may feel useless, lethargic, empty, perhaps assuming we are depressed, and our joyous states of excitement and high energy may be completely gone. This state of being is an indicator that we have completed a very important phase within ourselves and with the planet. It is very common for ascension. I remember this phase well when I experienced a substantial leap in 2001. At that time, no one knew much about the ascension process and I only knew that I felt like a retired person with absolutely nothing to do. I was at loose ends with no sense of purpose, no direction, and too much time on my hands. Eventually I connected to my area of service and everything changed. If you are in this phase, just hold on because it will pass. And when it does, you will regain your happy and joyful energy of excitement and curiosity, with a “pinch yourself” feeling regarding all the new that is arriving in your space….a new that you thought might never transpire. Feeling apathetic about much simply means that your energy and your soul is “in between.” You have completed your role and evolutionary process at one rung of the ladder, and are now poised in between rungs….hanging perhaps in mid-air as you have not yet fully landed on your new rung. You are also re-wiring as well in order to be fully ready for your new step. You can no longer do what you did before. All in divine and perfect order. In addition, the first wavers are really done in many ways. Stepping Into the New Reality addresses this situation in the beginning sections of the book. First wavers have been around for eons of time, have experienced everything and anything they could infuse their soul energy into, and have nothing much left to do. In this way, after the first wavers have fulfilled much of their soul plans for assisting the earth in starting over, they will leave for a very new reality in a very new universe never inhabited by their souls before….and they will begin on the bottom rung of the ladder of reality for that universe (but it will be an awesome rung, in a very high dimensional universe!) So then, for some of us, we are now beginning the stages of simply being here, enjoying ourselves with all our needs met, and sitting back while we observe the other reality making its changes while we begin to experience the promised land. If you are one who is feeling that the simple moments are all that matter, that simply being and enjoying this earth are now the things you wish to connect to, then you are most likely in this group. In addition, completing a huge phase like the one just completed, will very naturally place a soul in this position. It is now up to us to decide if we want to stay here and enjoy, or move on to another experience. And of course we also have the option of continuing on with our service to humanity as the angels of the New Earth. If you are one who is feeling useless, done, lethargic, and uninterested in anything new, pat yourself on the back. It is because of you that we are now where we are as a planet. You have done your job well. And now you get to decide what it is that you really want to do…something that you may have always wanted…and this is why the “getting what we have always wanted” energy has arrived as well (more about this further on). When we arrive on a new rung, many times we do not arrive with the same individuals that we have been connected to before. In this way, very suddenly, we may feel as if we have absolutely no one in our lives. We separate for various reasons. At times, our souls are now ready for a new role or “assignment,” and thus previous soul connections may part as they now do not share the same purpose. Other times, we may simply have evolved beyond our prior relationships and must now move on and vice versa. In addition, we dis-connect from many when we are in a re-booting stage. We must remain free and clear while we are gearing up for something very new. So then, we may resume some of our prior relationships, but we will be different in regard to how we interact with them. The more we evolve, the more things purify and become simpler. Thus, it is very common for us to have only a very few friends or connections as we evolve to the higher states of being. Higher energy creates connections that are more direct and simple, with a simpler purpose. The higher we evolve, the more our shared purpose is simply about love and respect, or perhaps companionship. In the lower dimensions, we may overlap with another because we share a love of bowling, or with another because we share an interest in dogs, or even with another because we may each have a passion for community building. As we evolve higher and higher, we shed off any lower vibrating energies, and thus, simplicity is the result. Thus, we have fewer and fewer friends and associations until there are enough of us at a certain level of vibrational reality. And the higher we vibrate, the more we dis-connect from relationships that involved support for one another, as we find that not only do we not need supportive energy ourselves, but we no longer wish to give support either, as this state of interaction does not exist in the higher realms. So then, relationships for this purpose may cease to exist as well. The journey to this new space that is now being offered to us created other manifestations as well. We needed to wrap up the old in order to be free to arrive in the new. In this way, we may have found ourselves preparing for the new by setting up new foundations, by simplifying and examining our old spaces or responsibilities, by trying to let go of any old manifestations that were holding us back or down, and so forth. In addition, having to “go back” to anything of the old could really feel downright awful! It was really a time to let go and to become vigilant and clear. Refusing to participate in the old is a good way to get out of it. In addition, if we do not participate, give energy to, or interact with energies we no longer want to be a part of, they can no longer exist for us. In this way, we may have been tested in regard to having old undesirable energies arrive for us, only as if to say, “Are you still willing to allow me into your space?” All we need do is to say, “NO!” We can only become stuck if we allow ourselves to. When we evolve, the lower vibrating energies always attempt to hold us back. It is really OK to disengage from them without feeling guilty. We do not need to be in that old space anymore, and we cannot move forward until we are willing to let go of it. If you are having intense feelings of “Don’t make me go back there!”, then I would suggest to you that you do not have to. We have earned our way into a higher level reality now, and we deserve to be here in all ways. We have been released from our old duties and responsibilities, and going with this flow and new reality (by not holding on to the old) is paramount in allowing us through these new gates. Another current manifestation of being released into the new reality is suddenly having what we have always wanted. This has been a long road the past few years. For those who transitioned into higher vibrating states of being several years ago, it has been a long road of waiting for the masses to catch up. Our time and energetic space needed to remain in the old, in order to support it in evolving higher. And even if we had indeed arrived somewhere new, it was simply not yet time to move forward into creating this very new reality. In this way, many of us are weary. Although we believed that 2008 would be the year of new beginnings, as frequently occurs, we decided to wait yet another year so that more souls would be able to get on board. Thus, 2009 will now be this new and exciting year of new beginnings. In this way, we may have forgotten what we have always wanted until it suddenly and very unexpectedly arrives for us! And at this juncture we may not even care anymore, as our desires can change so radically the more we evolve. Amazing and “very perfect for us” manifestations are arriving as if from nowhere, or perhaps from a secret fairy who knows who we are and what we need. Thus, very slowly we will find that the world will and can indeed be a place for joy, peace, love, miraculous creations, and beautiful relationships….just in the nick of time. For those waiting for so long, we may have wondered if too much time had gone by and if it was indeed too late. We could take no more. The past few days, my grandchildren and I have been playing a lot of games. One of these games is a board game called “Mousetrap.” We got it because of the intricate parts of the game and are actually making up our own game to play so we can utilize these parts. On the board is a sort of intricate course. When a marble is introduced to the parts of this course, it goes on a journey…..down a shoot, hitting a lever which moves another part, at times knocking a diver off a board and into a pool, and then at the end, a trap is released and the mouse is caught. The course is long and intricate, and each piece must fit together perfectly in order for the marble to create the ultimate result and for the course to operate without disruption. When the marble completes its journey, we all shout with glee and roar with laughter, as it is so much fun to watch. If the course did not fit together properly or if there was a part that was missing or broken, then there would be a disruption and the marble would never reach the end of its journey and the end result would not be able to be created. If you are one who is not experiencing much in the way of the “getting what we have always wanted” miracles, then I would suggest to you that there is a block in your “course.” The more we are free, clear, and open, the more of these miraculous miracles we will experience in our lives. The “marble,” or higher energy of this new space needs to be able to move through us as clearly as possible without hitting any glitches. (Unlike the game, in the end, we are not “trapped” but freed.) What are some of the things that may be holding us back from experiencing this energy? Holding onto anger because of the past is one. We were “held hostage” in the lower vibrations for so long because we needed to be around some lower energies in order to bring them up a notch or two. We may have felt misled or used and abused during this time. In order to move ahead, we really need to let go of any resentment. We may also have resentment and anger from any of these situations from our long ago past as well. We are free now and in order to experience this new freedom, it can really help to be free in our thoughts as well. Too many responsibilities is another scenario that can hold us back. Letting go of as many things as possible in our lives, and making our lives as simple as possible can really help. Getting out of the system in as many ways possible as another assist. The old system is rapidly falling now, and in addition it really has some entrapment energy as well. We can refuse to participate with energy that does not feel good to us. When we do this, almost always, a new and better door will open, or we may even realize that it is time to let go of the old. The Home Page of this web site lists some indicators of becoming an Earth Angel or in other words, indicators of new behaviors when arriving in this new space. And of course, being in the moment and relaxing as much as possible always helps too. If we can let go and know that what we are experiencing has a higher purpose, then a higher vibrating energy can come through and take care of things for us…directed by our soul, of course! If you are feeling very done and very grumpy because you cannot fully get out of the old, or perhaps because your new has yet to arrive, know that you are not alone. There is still much to transpire as we navigate through the waters of allowing a New Earth to emerge and be created, while the old continues its process of departing. Living in a World of Energy and Vibration: Dealing with Turmoil and Chaos

In the last week we have certainly seen a fair amount of chaos on the Planet, from Hurricane Ike hitting Houston to the financial collapses on Wall Street today. Looking at all this, it may seem pretty grim, until you remember that the Old Energy is on the way out and that in order to bring in a new way of life that is more focussed on Abundance and Peace, we need to be prepared to let go of the old and not to feel shaken and shattered when the old energy does fall apart in very obvious ways.It was interesting for me that when I was doing the work and research for the Great Lakes Water Ceremonies, I did read that the water from the Great Lakes does find its way into the Gulf of Mexico, and maybe working with the energy of the Lakes will help to bring peace to the Gulf area as well.

It is so important, at these times, to be able to hold onto the Inner Peace in your own center and to know that All is Well and that there is Divine Order within this apparent chaos. It is important to focus on Trust and to know that you will be safe. It is important to remember that we are now in the Fifth Dimension with a new way of Being and Perceiving. We are in a world of rapid Creation and Manifestation, a World of Energy and Vibration, where the quality of Consciousness determines what is created and what will manifest.

Aligning your Consciousness with Family of Light and with the flow of Sacred Light from Source is a wonderful way to hold to the peace that lives in your Heart and the center of your Being. Here is a beautiful image that was sent to me from my friend Paschalis in Greece. Paschalis is the organizer of the annual Spiritual Awakening Festival in Greece, and he sent me this image that was taken at one of the Ceremonies of Light in Sounio in Greece in August of 2008. I love the image, because the candles that are being held by the participants look as though they are Hearts of Light!

So, what are the coping skills for September? For, we are in a phase of adjusting to the "backwash" of the powerful energies that came in to the Planet in August. We crossed a threshold into a New Space, and the major skill for coping here is Choice. The New Earth is a Free Will zone, and you have absolute choice in your life, no matter how it may seem to you. In this New Earth of the Fifth Dimension, Energy vibrates at a very high level and that means that consciousness coalesces into manifestation and action extremely rapidly. What you hold in your consciousness is what you will manifest if it is in alignment with your I AM and Higher presence. If it is not, then you will probably feel stuck and feel as though you are not moving. Don't worry too much. Relax, take a deep breathe, and begin to explore what it is that your I AM wants you to experience and create. You can be quite sure that whatever your I Am wants for you, it will be a wonderful adventure filled with fun and joy, for that is why you are here on the Planet. Your I Am has no interest in creating dramas of illusion and pain, and is just not going to take you there. It will wait patiently until you decide to begin to live the life that you were meant to live.

And, so what is that? Well, Archangel Michael keeps telling us, and many other Spirit sources and channels. We were meant to live here in Peace and Abundance and to grow through expanding in Unconditional Love and Service to the Light.

So, how can we do that? Well, Archangel Michael advises us to look for old patterns and old addictions and habits, and to see where we keep trying to create lack and suffering and pain. Then, when we have identified these patterns, which may come from many past lifetimes, then we can choose another pattern of Being that is more aligned with our present mission of Joy and Peace and Abundance. For, every person on the planet right now has been charged with this mission, to carry the new energies of Peace and Love and Abundance, and we are all learning the best ways to get to this point. The first step is letting go of what is old and what no longer works, and the next step is creating a radiant new life of Joy that matches the higher frequencies of the New Earth.

So, dream of what you want and know it is possible. Know that you are loved and supported by the world of Spirit and that you will always have what you need. There is no lack and no shortage, there is enough for everyone. The illusion of lack and fear has been created to keep people trapped in a systen that limits and controls, and as you break free you will see how limitless is the love and grace of God in your lives at all times.

So, in this time of change and transition, be the Light and know that you as you hold the Light you are showing the way to a new reality.

Those of you who feel called to work with the water and to send Love and Gratitude into the waters to create the purity of the New Earth will love this image as much as I did. It comes from Patty in Indiana in the United States, and she says that this is a Beaver Dam that was built in the canal at back of her house. She is working with these creatures to return this water to its pristine state so that nature can thrive here. So, if anyone wants to send Love and Gratitude here, she would be most grateful for the assistance....and I am sure that the Beavers will be too!

Energies in September

Energetically, September will bring much in the way of change to your life. You will experience tumultuous times ahead but by the fall of 2009, you'll look back and realize that it all began with the choice(s) you set into motion as early as right now.

If you are fully in your heart as you make your choice, you will sail right on through your creation cycle, while others around you are grasping at straws, or having to change their course or regroup.

If you are being pushed or pulled apart in present moment, its best to take a break; step back and away from what you have created to gain perspective.

Allow your mind to settle before you push onward. If pushing at all is a part of your creation, stop and regroup.

Allowing is the way to create within the stillness of your very own heart. Allow your heart be guided by the forces of nature.

There is rhyme and reason for the flow that is coming into the planet now in waves.

These waves can be tsunamis at times. But even walls of energy find land at some point. Be in a position to allow-allow your heart to be your guide. You will find that as you do, the rest will feel like a flowing river of stillness by comparison.

The passage through summer solstice to the eclipses of August

The eclipses of the past two weeks have taken us through a journey of release, acceleration and integration. In preparation, after the summer solstice, the past came up for processing and assessment. Some of us have undergone a spiritual battle in a sense, between feeling overwhelming regret for past choices and coming back to the moment of now, which is all any of us truly have.

Now is a river that is always moving. It is not something we can grasp or hold onto, so we learn to let go into the flow. If we are holding onto regrets, we cannot move forward. Personally, I experienced this very thing. In July I visited my family by the ocean on Long Island, N.Y. There were terrible rip tides that week and several people's lives were claimed by the mighty ocean. While swimming one day, I felt the pull of that current as I fought my way back in to shore. During this visit I found myself being confronted with regrets from my past and I realized that the energy of regret is just like a riptide, carrying us out into perilous, lonely waters far from shore.

After a conversation with a friend, I realized that if I keep playing the "re-runs" of the same old regrets over and over, I cannot possibly move forward. Holding on to decisions that I'd made when I was younger and less conscious was holding me back - the regrets were taking up room that could be filled with happiness and light, and situations that I want to bring in. I've focused on forgiving and releasing my past and owning that all the decisions I've made have brought me to where I am now. My life is graced by dear friends and family, and wisdom and creative expression.

There are also some aspects that I don't like regarding where my life is now, which has to do with my desire to move to a different area. I don't feel in harmony with the energetic resonance of my current location, and this is bringing my energy down. This is something I can change right here and now and I can move forward into my future being conscious of my decisions - with the knowledge that every decision I have ever made is in alignment with my highest path and purpose.

The energy of the solar eclipse felt like an uplifting, upsurge of possibilities. It was a time of creating intensions for the new life we are creating. The energy of the lunar eclipse was about going inward and truly releasing the old stuff that has been loosening up throughout the month of July - releasing whatever is in the way of our creation of our new life.

During the week between the eclipses I felt stillness within - and a lull. I was unable to do certain tasks that were part of my responsibility to the outer world - I felt like all I could do was be. I just wanted to sink into the stillness within and be in nature and enjoy the last days of summer. I was fiercely "there" for myself, and said "No" to things that were tugging at me which I couldn't bring my heart to. If I felt the burden of responsibility for something I felt I "had to" do, I gave myself permission to say "no, I'm not doing that today."

Now, I am feeling re-energized. I look back on the lunar eclipse and feel as if I have traveled through a very narrow conduit - the energy in this passageway was sloughing off all the stuff of the past that has been rising from within in this past year.

In the new clarity around me, I became aware of an entity - a dark force energy - that has been whispering words of despair to me when activated by my thoughts. An "entity" is a thought form created by our thoughts. The dark energy that feeds off of our energy is part of this negativity and it reaches into the places within us that are holding negativity. The whisperings of this entity were echoing my own fears, taking me deeper into despair and hopelessness.

The clarity gained through the clearing experience allowed me to see more lucidly than ever before. I did a burning bowl ritual of releasing the past and through a Soul Realignment process, I went to the Akashic Records and did a soul level clearing and sent the dark entity away-contained in an orb and sent to the appropriate astral. The energetic spaces within me where the darkness had reached its tendrils have been filled with the Divine Light of Creator substance.

I will be writing more on the subject of entities, thought forms and energetic resonance in the September Vibe Report.

There are people in my world who are going through very intense difficulties. This is part of the clearing and realignment process. For anyone who reads this who is undergoing changes that seem extremely painful and difficult, know that you will get through the passageway. Consciously ask for what is ready to be released to be cleared and begin to focus on what you want your life to look and feel like. Call on your Guides, Teachers and Angels for help, guidance and comfort. They are there, waiting to assist you.

Deep within we are all connected through Divine Source. I send comfort, love and softness to all, laced with fierce strength and a prayer that we remember just who we are - Creators of our lives and our world!

The Big Purge of Freedom

Another spot-on energy alert from my perspective - I've been so miserable this past week with sinus pain, and had no idea what was causing it (& all usual home remedies have failed to shift it) ... the answer is now quite clear! Enjoy reading!

We just completed a big purge, and thus, we are now in a lull. The lunar eclipse and full moon supported us in really seeing who we are, in allowing us to go into that scary and seemingly dark space, and now we are out and on the other side.

If you are one who is unusually sensitive and connects easily, you may have experienced the lunar eclipse on August 16th with confusing feelings of low self worth, perhaps self-loathing, and even guilt for no apparent reason. You may have felt just plain icky and you did not know why. Suddenly feeling bad about ourselves for no apparent reason is simply a manifestation of the lunar eclipse supporting us in going deep within and seeing the denser aspects of who we are.

After its passing, we were then given an opportunity to shed a lot around us. We may have suddenly felt as though it was time for a big housecleaning, and not just our physical homes! After all we had been through in the past few months and weeks, it was indeed time for a rest ... time for us to find sacred spaces, shed and purge anything in our lives which had not felt good to us, and know that we could now live and be free and clear of any denser and unpleasant energies (within and without).

We had actually and finally come home .... it was indeed time for the "other side." We could now be here and feel the peace, tranquility, ease, and comfort that had escaped us in recent times past. It was time to be back in our comfort zones once again ... comfort zones we had not been in since March of 2007. We can now know that being in the muck and unpleasantness of another reality is now forever over (except for the times we must return, if ever so briefly J). We can now know that we are done, that we no longer have to be a part of any unpleasant and denser energies. We can now rest assured that the roles we had to play in previous times of interacting with these energies to bring them "up" are now over. We do not have to do this ever again. Seeming sacrifices made for the good of another or the good of the whole were suddenly released now...and many of us were ever ready for this change indeed (perhaps part of the reason for the "guilt" as well, as we said bye-bye).

So then, many are being guided to sacred spaces of their own, as sudden openings and manifestations are occurring when they would not before. In this new land of simplicity, peace, and tranquility, tasks are being accomplished slowly, with ease, and in an effortless way. There is no density here...only a lightness and ease with a simple and sweet flow.

The purging and detoxing that is just finishing now and has been for the past few weeks, is simply a releasing of all of the old denser energies that we had around us. The purging is not necessarily a purging of our denser selves, but a purging of the energies of our surroundings that we were so engulfed in during recent weeks. We were trapped in denser energies for awhile and can now let them go.

This purging can manifest as intestinal distress and pressure, bladder pain, muscle pain, and exhaustion. It can even feel as though there are toxins within our bodies that just plain hurt. It can be difficult to eat much of anything during these times, and difficult to eat at all as our bodies are going through so much. Eating light and drinking lots of pure water are always good remedies.

When new light arrives, we can feel intense sinus pain and pressure. This is very common. It can also feel as though we are having some challenges with allergies as well (but sometimes we are just having allergy symptoms). The sinus pain is the expansion we feel when we are opening to more light ... so is the upper back and neck pain. The allergy symptoms can occur when we are resisting our old environment as it no longer vibrates where we do. So then, although we have arrived in a new and better feeling spaces, we can still be detoxing from the old and adjusting to the new!

September will bring in more of the new....more of the beauty, simplicity, and light we have been longing for. And October will usher in more rapid and solid manifestations of our new spaces, including the supports we will need in times to come. October will be much more fast moving and intense and we will barely be able to catch our breaths with all the new manifestations occurring for us. And November will very possibly bring in a rocky, tumultuous, and gutting surprise for much of the old world.

So even though it may seem very quiet of late, it can simply be nice to have a much needed rest, enjoy the lull, and catch our breaths before things rev up once again.

Wishing you heaven in your heart, starlight in your soul, and miracles in your life in these miraculous times ...

My Dear Friends,

Your current concerns about diminished Energy Sources, coupled with huge cost increases for the "basics" of life, are directly related to your collective decision to begin NARROWING THE GAP between how you traditionally spend your day's energies and what it is you TRULY DESIRE to do with your lives.

Whenever the symbol of a "fuel shortage" appears in your Limitation Game, it means that you have LOST INTEREST at one or more levels, and you are preparing to shut a few things down. When you run short on money or physical stamina, it's because your spirit can no longer support the hierarchy of values you are applying to yourself.

Do not let your "righteous anger" be sidetracked- --blaming rising prices on the greed or manipulation of the "ruling elite" of your immediate culture. What you are each experiencing is a self-induced wake-up call, a re-enforcement of DIVIINE LAW, governing how each 3D Life Journey is designed, contracted, and made manifest on the physical plane.

The storms and maelstroms of your physical world are mostly sourced in human boredom! That's right, you heard us correctly. HUMAN BOREDOM. Is there any other kind? Did you think it is GOD who is angry with you? Do you feel that He is displeased with you because you play so many "stupid games with the world?" And who is GOD, anyway? Who or What, pray tell, do you think that idea is meant to represent?

It's all HERE . . . . it's all NOW . . . . it's all YOU.

Your Collective Oneself occasionally feels so claustrophobic in this Game--so locked in a dungeon, with nowhere to go---that it throws fits of desperation . . . rattling the doors of your "Earth House" . . . longing to break free from this deadening "snail's pace" many of you have set for yourself, spiritually. A great deal of those who cross over in tragic hurricanes, floods, and other cataclysms . . . are literally offering themselves up, like warriors of old, to be consumed by a refiner's fire. CONSUMED. . . so they can be remade, and cast anew.

What is it about HUMAN ANGER that has power to make it "righteous?" Is it adherence to some Holy Teachings? Is it membership in some organization or sect? Is it engagement against some Planetary "Axis of Evil?" No, not really. The one singular element which turns ordinary human anger "righteous" is: the QUICKENING Effect it has on the person who feels it.

If you feel angry, and you project that anger OUTWARD---towards some person, or nation, or even the world in general---your anger is wasted. You have given away your power. That's why WAGING WAR is such a travesty.

The real SOURCE of your feelings of disappointment and discomfort is never "them," even if all signs seem to point to that. If there is unhappiness and lack of fulfillment in your life, it's because YOU have forgotten to mobilize the necessary INTEREST and FOCUS OF INTENTION that was/is needed to anchor your creative space and manifest what it is you truly want. So "they" appear to come along and "take it away" from you. It is illusion.

My Dear Friends . . ."they" are none other than reflections of YOUR VERY OWN SUBCONSCIOUS SELF. Images, seen in a mirror. "Grim Reapers" of your own self-deprecation . . .born of apathy, fear of discomfort, boredom, and dissociation from the GOD SELF who dwells at your Inner Core.

Or . . . in some cases, "they" are reflections of parts of you who do not really match what you SAY you want. When this is the case, you are experiencing "motivational incongruity" . . . a virtual "train wreck" of divergent feelings . . . where your left hand literally doesn't know what your right hand is doing.

Now is the time to WAKE UP to ALL of who you are. Find out how ALL the "parts" of you feel. Wake up to your joy, your passion, your fears and hesitancies . . . your sense of PERSONAL ALIVENESS, which is the heritage of every man, woman, and child on the Earth at this time. Wake up and smell the coffee! And the minute you do, it will be as though someone (or something) has PLUGGED YOU IN . . . to a Power Source which is beyond your Imagination. And that feeling will be a TRUE ONE, do you see? Because THAT is exactly where your WELLSPRING of Personal Power dwells. More will be shared about this in due time.

Who are the Reconnections?

You can never be too cleansed

"Many people have difficulty working with Guidance at first.

"I know that when I first learned to communicate with Guidance, I was full of doubt and anxiety, which interfered with my ability to trust. Learning to trust my first impression has been the key to my clear communication, because that first thought or impulse is from my Guidance. The rest that follows is me thinking about that first thought or impulse.

"Staying cleansed is one of the main things I have done to learn to trust myself and to listen to the answers Guidance gives me. Cleansing clears my energy. Sometimes when I feel like I am in a fog, I will take a few minutes to cleanse. This gets me focused and helps to slow my thoughts down. It also clears my energy up. The simple act of stopping what I am doing long enough to break though the normal thought patterns allows me to breathe more deeply. It helps me to notice the thoughts I have. This helps me to change my perspective.

"With my energy clear, I feel less bogged down and I have more energy.Cleansing brings my energy up and I feel more like myself. My energy is raised, and I feel less stress or pressure from other people. I feel calmer about the everyday decisions that, in the past, could rattle me so easily.That calm feeling is something that I have to put effort into.

"In the beginning, I had to figure out the feeling of when I could benefit from cleansing. I had to create a new habit. Now, when I lead groups, I advise participants to "Cleanse as much as you can because you can never be too cleansed!"

"When I started to cleanse every morning before I left the house, I noticed that my day started better. So, I worked cleansing into my morning routine.

"The more positive I am, the easier it is for me to maintain balance. During the day, I might still get worked up and frustrated. It took some time for me to recognize these moments as perfect opportunities to cleanse, so I could concentrate on solutions to problems and let things go.

"Cleansing works so well because the calmer I am the more open I will be to the suggestions Guidance are giving me. At first, I questioned if it was my own thoughts I was hearing or the answers I was seeking from Guidance.

"One of my big personal challenges is being afraid of being wrong, and I carried this into all of my communications with souls. I questioned what I was saying and thinking - and what other people where thinking of what I said and did - because I was always so afraid of being wrong. I still sometimes slip into this old habit, but it happens far less, because I have learned to take the first nudge I feel and roll with it.

"I have learned that it takes a lot less energy to move on my first impression than to question and debate and think and think and think.I noticed that, when I forget to cleanse and keep my communication with Guidance open, I would not feel very relaxed or motivated.

"So, when I'm feeling tense or bored, I'll start to pay attention again, cleanse often, and I am amazed at how much better I feel and how much the small things don't get to me. It feels great!"

Tears, vertigo and natural disasters ... another May alert!

Greetings!

As more and more is becoming aligned to the higher frequencies we are now being embraced within, much movement is occurring which is creating a barrage of varied manifestations on the planet, within and without.

At the end of March, just after the equinox, openings arrived and we were able to move forward with much opening up and many miracles abounding. We had most certainly touched a higher place, reached a new shore of a new reality, come to the end of the birth canal, and it felt much like heaven indeed. Then, almost as abruptly as it all began, things suddenly went into a chaotic state, as energies were attempting to re-align themselves with their higher purpose, or best fit for how they were now vibrating.

This is a very common pattern of the ascension process. We reach a higher state of being, or dimension, it feels awesome in the beginning, and then everything must align itself to this new residency in the higher realms. Thus, all is always in divine and perfect order, even though most of the time many of us may feel that we are in constant transition, a continual state of purging and releasing, and may wonder if we will ever arrive in the heaven on Earth we have always known would arrive one day.

But the ascension process has several steps which are repeated again and again, and once we become familiar with them, no one would probably ever need to read these energy alerts, as it would be evident what was occurring! These steps are all listed and explained in the book The Ascension Primer, but I will continue providing many of them to you in the book excerpts those of you on the e-mail list receive along with each announcement that a new energy alert has been posted on this web site.

With the advent of the cross-quarter, the mid-way point between the equinox and solstice on May 5, we once again reached a pivotal point, experienced a shift, and moved forward one more notch.

This created more room to expand, to move ahead, to open up, and to reach even further into our new land of heaven on Earth. We had reached a place as a critical mass where we could again move ahead, and the cross-quarter served as the vehicle to assist with this next step ahead.

May 5th marked a point where more alignments were finally manifesting, and much was embraced and taken along with this wave. The presidential election process here in the US has been manifesting itself in accordance with these re-alignments. This is why Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have been neck and neck for so long. A manifestation was not yet ready to occur, as the new alignments were not yet intact. The old was still in the process of leaving and the new was arriving. And then with the advent of the cross-quarter…..boom! The shift occurred and things began to take their places.

On May 11th, more new alignments occurred as well. The 11th is many times indicative of an opportunity to move through an opening to a higher vibrating reality. The portal of an 11 is usually an exciting event indeed, depending upon where we currently are and what has been transpiring.

If you were one who went through this latest portal, you may have experienced vertigo, spinning, or an extreme loss of balance. This is a common occurrence of ascension as well. When we connect more fully with our Merkabah, or light body, we then utilize it to catapult us into the higher realms.

Merkabah is defined as: “The divine light vehicle allegedly used by ascended masters to connect with and reach those in tune with the higher realms. "Mer" means Light. "Ka" means Spirit. "Ba" means Body. Mer-Ka-Ba means the spirit/body surrounded by counter-rotating fields of light, (wheels within wheels), spirals of energy as in DNA, which transports spirit/body from one dimension to another.”

Thus, it is common to experience spinning, vertigo, and a loss of balance when we are arriving more fully in the higher realms. The first time I had this experience, I began to panic, as I experienced panic attacks when I first began the intense part of the ascension process back in 2001. Feeling as if I was walking a foot or two above the earth, almost floating, used to freak me out as well. But as we become used to these experiences, and know what they are about, it can actually become a fun ride. Late on Saturday evening and into Sunday, when I was barely able to walk a straight line, I could only say “Wheeee! Here we go again!” Now many of these experiences are great fun as I know they are only indicative of a great move forward and I am truly grateful for them.

Natural disasters are becoming an epidemic now. Floods, typhoons, earthquakes, droughts, tornadoes, and fires are arriving in epidemic proportions. The earth must now align with the higher realms, and this is creating much movement within and without. Areas which need the biggest adjustments are experiencing great movement in an attempt to align themselves with a higher vibrating energy.

During the past several weeks, some of you may have had an experience of great weeping, feeling like you could cry a river, and perhaps wondering why tears seemed to want to appear like a tidal wave or tsunami within you. For no apparent reason, it just seemed like a good cry could not be stopped.

This phenomenon generally occurs when there is great loss at hand. It generally occurs when a massive planetary purging is due to arrive. At our highest levels, we feel the imminent loss and a great sadness accompanies it. Then, sure enough, a substantial natural disaster arrives and we know the reason for our earlier experience of great weeping.

For the first few months of 2008, many of us became disillusioned and impatient for our new beginnings and the new world to arrive. During this time, we may have felt stuck with no forward movement and not much going on. I reported many times that we were “waiting” for as many to get on board as possible. Even though some did not want to wait, this was a very necessary part of the process. Yes, it can be hard to wait at times, especially when we ourselves are very ready.

At our highest soul levels, we wanted to give as much time as possible for everyone and everything to make the necessary changes and adjustments needed, and to more importantly make the choice whether to be on board or not. This was a long process but very necessary, as at our highest levels, we dearly love all our brothers and sisters on the planet and wanted them to be with us and most certainly with all those entering the higher realms.

And now the time is here. The natural disasters have arrived as a manifestation of the earth aligning with the higher frequencies, the energies have built, the pressure is releasing the old, and a by-product of this greatly moving energy is the creation of a vehicle for those who chose to depart to do just that.

There is no judgment here. A sufficient amount of time was intentionally given so that as many as possible could be prepared and could make their choices. There will be other stops at the train station. There will be other opportunities. For those who still are not willing to awaken just yet, they will experience a bigger “thumping” or nudging, and they can then choose again. If the leap can be made, those will stay. Those who feel the leap is too far and not a possibility will now depart. These choices were made at the highest levels of each soul. And some will chose to depart for other reasons as well. They may very simply be done here.

This phenomenon of choice and differing times of moving forward into the higher realms has created many partings. But it has also created new and much better fitting alignments as well. This is why Phil and I had to part, and why someone new is soon to arrive for me. When we are willing to let go of what is no longer in alignment or what no longer fits us, and if we can know and trust that a new beginning will arrive very soon, this in turn allows us to arrive in the higher realms. And Phil will experience what he is in alignment with as well, all in a beautiful and perfect way.

Letting go, trusting, dis-connecting from what does not feel right anymore, and re-aligning with our higher selves or souls will support us in phenomenal ways in arriving in our heaven on earth.

These losses, especially relating to the natural disasters, can be overwhelming at times. We may feel shaky and afraid. We may feel traumatized ourselves if we are highly sensitive. It may seem as though we never know what will happen next. But this is the beauty of choice. And there is more to this particular story as well.

Several weeks ago we experienced a new alignment which related to letting go of over-helping others. It involved taking a very important stance of not going down into a lower vibrating reality where others were residing in order to help them. It involved not being where others were and identifying with them. It involved not pulling others up to where we were without their willingness and true desire to let go and be there. It involved allowing others to make their own choices while allowing ourselves to move ahead into what we were now in alignment with.

It also involved not having great compassion for others, as this emotion takes us to where others are as we identify with them too much in order to be there with them and understand where they are. According to the dictionary, compassion involves pity and a willingness to commiserate with another. These states of being bring our energy down. Compassion is a word which existed in the old 3D reality. It was born there. It came from an old 3D mind.

In the higher realms we utilize love instead. When we do visit the lower vibrating reality of suffering in order to assist and serve, we go with the vibration of love….not with compassion. Love serves as our protection from lower vibrating realities. It vibrates extremely high and gives its recipients the best possible outcome. Compassion does not exist in the higher realms as there is no suffering. So then, we utilize love, as that is what we come to know about and to be in the higher realms. And as we begin to evolve into the human angels we will eventually be, we will vibrate love more and more. We need not intentionally send love to another, as this is much to deliberate and contrived. We will naturally be love in itself, as the ascension process produces this state all on its own.

So then, this stage we experienced involving leaving those behind who pulled us into their reality of suffering was intended to prepare us for what is ahead. This stage of evolutionary progress we experienced a few weeks ago was intended to prepare us for these natural disasters which are now occurring so that we could assist if we chose to, without experiencing the pain of others. We would then be wired to assist and truly make a difference without being affected ourselves, but for brief periods of time as we would then need to return to the higher realms of which we came. And leaving others behind broke a cord that was binding us to the old world, thus enabling us to arrive in the higher realms.

And here in these higher realms, we are re-connecting more and more to the reality of our dreams. As the alignments arrive for us more frequently now, we will then experience more and more of our heaven on Earth. As the frequencies of this new world vibrate higher and higher, we naturally experience on the outside more rapidly now, precisely what we are about or vibrating on the inside. The mirror effect is extremely pronounced. Each and every manifestation occurs because of who we are and what we believe and perceive.

We have been so very anxious to have the energies rev up and to reside in the higher realms, but if we had arrived here any sooner, we would have experienced extremely uncomfortable manifestations for ourselves, as our outside reality would have been indicative of what was inside of us. The uncomfortable purging and releasing we have gone through for the past several years was so very necessary to prepare us for these times. Otherwise, we would have experienced more of a hell on Earth than a heaven on Earth.

The more we choose to let go of, the more we will experience a higher realms reality. And the more we allow ourselves to be in alignment with our souls or true and authentic selves, while letting go of what no longer feels good to us, the more we will experience heaven on Earth and the easier it will be to arrive in the higher realms as well.

As we let go of old patterns, mis-perceptions and beliefs, situations and perhaps even others in our lives, we will surely find ourselves in heaven on Earth. And the mirror effect will allow us to make continual changes as we evolve into the angels on Earth that we intended to be.

Wishing you heaven in your heart, starlight in your soul, and miracles in your life in these miraculous times...
