Recently returned from a relaxing three weeks in Mumbai (and their scary but delicious monsoons) and the Maldives (paradise indeed) I am now gradually wading through the huge amounts of emails that awaited my return.

I wanted to share this particular message with you ...

At this time the media is full of fear and negative thoughts following the attempted terrorist attacks in the UK. It is important that we stay positive and under the STAR every time we feel a fearful or negative thought. We wanted to send you this Star message from White Eagle to help you to focus your thoughts on the Star at this time.

White Eagle says:
‘Be still and look into the heart of that blazing Star. From the centre of this Star the light flows into your heart and your whole being. Let it be like a strong sword, a sword of the spirit which will withstand all negative conditions.

Never allow yourselves to dwell in darkness or fear. Do not allow your thoughts to limit your life, nor the life-force which continually flows into you. You limit this power by negative thoughts, but its flow increases in you and in your life when you attune your thoughts to the Star. Nothing in your life is so important as your God-thought.

Give yourselves times every day to relax your physical activity, to completely relax and attune your consciousness to the enfolding and inflowing light and love of the Great White Spirit. You can do as much for the whole world as vast armies. Love is the solvent, love will cure the world of all its ills.’
