The Fifth-dimensional “Wobbly” - Find balance in the New Multi-Dimensional Energies

In the last week or so, I have had many letters asking about the seemingly intensified energies and the difficulties that people are encountering dealing with the physical and emotional "symptoms". So, in this Earth Log, I thought I would share with you some ideas from the Archangel Michael about how you can cope with these symptoms and how you can find and keep your balance. This will be one of the biggest challenges facing us this year.

As we enter Fifth-dimensional awareness, and become effectively, Conscious Multi-dimensional beings, we go through certain Spiritual and Physical processes. These include the activation of the Solar Lightbody, and the integration of this Lightbody with the Physical Body.

This process produces Heightened Awareness and Increased Sensitivity. The person who goes through this process suddenly becomes aware of that which was always there, but was hidden from his or her perception by "veils" or repressions, which are lifted away as the person "awakens" and becomes completely conscious or aware of their own life and what they are creating in their life. Sometimes, this can be a fairly difficult experience, if you realize that much in your life is illusion and very little is "real", or based on Unconditional Love. And so, as you awaken, your I AM presence, or your Higher Self, will guide you towards an expression of the "real" you, the Light of Divine Essence that lies at your core.

This can be a slow process, for the changes are often huge and your Higher Self will only take you as fast as you can tolerate. So, in this process, be kind to yourself and understand that you are going through immense changes, and let the process take as long as it takes. It will become easier and easier, as your body begins to find and hold the balance.

So, here are some of the things that you may have to deal with:

* CHAOS and things that no longer seem to work. Now, as Archangel Michael has said, the apparent chaos that we now perceive is really a field of rich potential, and the way to navigate it is through Choice. But while you are still in this transitional phase, the chaos might seem overwhelming. This creates anger, frustration and irritation. You may find yourself blowing up at people or bursting into tears without apparent reason.

Be confident that you can cope with your life, no matter how chaotic it appears. Your Higher Self is in charge, and since it is that part of you that is Spirit and Angelic, it really does know what it is doing. It will show you, over time, how to create order through your intentions and desires, and how to perceive the order even in the midst of chaos. For chaos is only a feminine energy that requires the masculine energy of creative will in order to direct the flow of creative energy and select the potentials that best apply to you and your life.

* DEPRESSION ... These feelings of being unable to cope and finding that old Third-dimensional patterns and skills no longer work, sometimes produces deep depression. The mind can no longer control your life, and it feels deeply threatened and unhappy. This can produce a loss of motivation and desire to do anything at all.

Again, the answer to this is to just know that you can trust your I AM to be in charge of your life. Your work is to learn to simplify your life so that you can manage the flow of experience, and that you feel better able to cope. Don't add more, try to simplify and eliminate.

And, as Archangel Michael keeps telling us, learn to Dream and to dream "big". Your dreams and desires are the way that you tell your I AM what you would like to create in your life. Your I AM responds to your desires and the images that you create. Images are a powerful way of communicating to your I AM what it is that you want. So, give up trying to force creation with your ego and will. Surrender to the process...dream and desire...and ensure that your life has a clear basis for the manifestation to become "real", as a material creation of Unconditional Love in your life.

* WAKING UP AT 3 AM ... Well, in your sleep state you are almost fully multi-dimensional, and your soul enjoys traveling the dimensions. But, now your body is also aware of these "trips". Before, your soul would leave your body in the "off" mode, and go on its trips. Now, the body and soul are integrating, and the body gets to go along too. And the body sometimes gets spooked and wants out ....

So, around 3am is peak time for "soul surfing", it is that quiet time when all the bodies are in quiet mode and sleeping. So, you may be awakened by the intensity of your soul's multi-dimensional journeys. That is why some people awaken in a panic, or have anxiety attacks when they wake up.

Your body will soon get used to this new way of being, and will get used to its journeys into the multi-dimensional multiverse. One day, you will even begin to have conscious memory of where you have been, when your body is able to cope with the intensity of the feelings and awareness.

So, when you wake up, try to relax and breathe. I found that Rescue Remedy was helpful, and I also used Homeopathic remedies for anxiety that were prescribed by my doctor/homeopath.

* THE FAMOUS 180 DEGREE TURN ... I love this one ... this is when the wheels come off in your life. Your I AM decides on a "course correction", a rather radical one. Suddenly, you find that everything in your life collapses, and you are left in a state of bewilderment and confusion. You seem to be facing almost in the opposite direction to where you thought you were going!

Well, if you look back, you will find that your I AM was trying to get your attention with gentle whispers and nudges, which you probably ignored. So, at a certain time, your I AM decides that you have gone too far off course and that you are in danger of getting lost. So, it inserts this radical course correction that feels like your life is collapsing.

The way to deal with this is through Trust and Acceptance. Know that whatever is happening is for the Highest Good, and that the outcome will bring you great blessings.

This may be part of the "big stretch" that Archangel Michael has suggested as part of this year. It will happen to countries as well as individuals. Here in South Africa, we are dealing with almost daily power cuts as our power system is inadequate...so here I am typing away on the Laptop until the battery runs out. A Country wide course correction is here required. This kind of situation will become more frequent as individuals and countries learn to operate in flexible and fluid 5D energy, rather than the secure but inflexible energy of the Third Dimension.

Uncertainty is the name of the game, until we learn to see it as just a way of setting us on a new path. Then we will learn to look and see where we went off course and what we need to do to get back on course. It is that simple, and as we realize that, we will move past the "disaster" scenarios and into the Joy of Rapid Change and New Creations.

* PHYSICAL PAIN AND DISCOMFORT ... These include Joint Pains, Headaches, Nausea and Diarrhoea. Most of these symptoms are diet related and can be balanced by making the appropriate changes.

Your body is in transition. It is integrating the Solar Light Body, and it can no longer cope with too much heavy and "dead" food. If you continue to consume this kind of food, you will find yourself dealing with the symptoms of acidic detox, every time the energies are intense. All the intense energy does is to activate the bodies detox mechanisms, and the body does a quick purge together with headaches and diarrhea and all the other things that happen in a detox. There is also often sleeplessness, as the body is in a state of stress and distress, and it feels uncomfortable and unable to relax.

If you want to avoid this see-saw, then the best thing is to ensure that your body is clear and that there is nothing to detox at high energy periods. It will also help with the feelings of exhaustion, for your body is dealing with many new energies, and having to deal with heavy and toxic food will not help the situation.

So, make practical changes in your diet and drink more water. Don't just accept and suffer, it is not necessary. You can find Physical balance and radiance if you work with your body and find out what works best for you.

* CHANGES IN BODY TEMPERATURE ... This one happens as your physical body tries to "Re-set the thermostat". Your Light Body brings in much more radiant light, and basic physics will tell you that Radiance is Heat. So your body is trying to work out how to distribute this heat in the best way.

I used to find that I would get very cold, and that the only thing that would warm me up was to lie in a hot bath. This is also good for cleansing and balancing the body.

Don't panic with these symptoms, just do your best to either cool or heat your body until you feel comfortable again. It will pass.

* EXHAUSTION ... yes we all know this one. In 2006 when I was still dealing with intense symptoms, I used to go to bed for three days and just sleep! Fortunately, I have passed beyond that.

The reason for this, is the intense stress on the body as your physical being tries to realign everything, deal with new experiences, cope with unhealthy diet patterns and addictions, and find a way through the chaos and intensity.

So, be kind to yourself and rest when you need to. As you find new ways to live, the exhaustion will pass and you will rediscover your Joy and the fun of Life!

* ANXIETY AND ANXIETY ATTACKS ... for no seeming reason. As your Solar Light body integrates, you take in more Radiance and Light as electricity. This can produce feelings of electrical waves in the body, or even convulsions and seizures. But, it will also be felt primarily in the Nervous System, which is a transmitter of electrical impulses. So, those with sensitive nervous systems...hands up and that includes me.....will find that for a while they may live with intense anxiety and anxiety attacks as the nervous system tries to deal with the overload. It interprets the overload as an anxiety attack.

This one is quite hard to deal with. I worked with my doctor/homeopath to try to bring my nervous system into balance again. Drugs are not a good idea, unless you really need them, for they just block the energy and create resistance that your body will have to deal with at some point in the future. It is better to deal with this naturally and homeopathically if you can. Again, ask your I AM for help in being guided to the right people to help you.

* RELATIONSHIP CRASH LANDINGS ... This is also a hard one. You may have to deal with the sudden ending and termination of relationships and friendships that you thought were solid.

Again, this is part of the "course correction" scenario. Your I AM sees that this relationship is not in your best interests, probably because it contains elements of old energy dependencies, or other elements that are holding you back in the full expression of who you are.

These are particularly difficult, because there is often real love involved, and the ending of the relationship can be really traumatic and cause deep hurt.

Again, you can only trust that this "course correction" was necessary and that you will be led into something far better. This may take time, as you will need to establish new and more healthy relationship patterns before you can enter into the kinds of relationships that you desire.

This holds true for romantic and friendship relationships.

So, surrender to the process, accept what is happening, and try not to enter into anger or blame. Try to move on....you do not know yet what blessings lie ahead......don't get stuck in the pain and suffering and self-pity.....

THE SKILLS OF MULTI DIMENSIONAL LIVING:

# LIVE POSITIVELY ... try to find something of Joy to celebrate in each and every day. No matter how difficult life may seem....it is still a manifestation of the Love of Source. Look to see where you have created old patterns that no longer serve you and your growth, and see how you might create new ones that will bring you Joy.

# LIVE WITH GRACE AND GRATITUDE ... Make a point of being grateful for the blessings that you receive every day. Even the great changes are an indication of blessings to come. Your I AM will respond positively if you express gratitude for the blessings of life itself, as well as for the things that sustain your life. Don't take these for granted, they are great blessings from Source. When you move beyond dissatisfaction for what you don't have and into gratitude for what you do have, then you are expressing your true inner Divine Light.

# SEE THE LOVE IN EVERYTHING ... Begin to understand that everything is an expression of Love in some way, because everything is created through and from the Unconditional Love of Source. This may initially be difficult, until you understand that the ultimate gift of Love that we have.....Free Choice. We do indeed choose what we will experience, and we can keep make new choices all the time that can change the path of our experience.

# GIVE LOVE ... make an effort to move beyond self-absorption with your own problems as you see them, and be willing to give love to those who need your strength and light. Being willing to Flow the Radiant energy of unconditional love to others will also help you to find the balance more easily, for love is meant to be shared with others. You can be sure that as much as you give out....so it will return to you!

# SEEK BALANCE IN ALL THINGS....yes the mantra for this period must surely be ...balance...balance....balance.....The more balanced your life and body, the more you will be able to experience the Fifth-dimensional integration of Spirit and Body with Joy. You are indeed aligning Heaven and Earth within your own body.

Signs of the Great Shift - Kuthumi

My Love, blessings and peace are with you as we meet through your energy fields once more.

I speak today of the changes many of you are experiencing, both in your physical bodies and your outer worlds. Many do not understand what is happening, and yet cannot deny feelings of frustration and tiredness. Allow me to explain further.



When your physical body becomes ill, you feel unwell, tired, your physical body may feel quite heavy, even ache and feel uncomfortable. You usually feel a need to rest and to sleep. Sleeping allows the body to heal, th activate the "soldier" cells to begin the battle with the infected cells to allow recovery. Sleeping allows this process to take place at a much faster rate than if you chose to fight what your body is telling you it needs, and you choose to try to carry on, even though your body will send signals to your conscious mind that it needs rest.

The body needs rest and stillness to begin healing itself.

And so it is now with the great energy changes man is experiencing.

This is why many of you feel so tired and lethargic also. Your physical bodies need time to fully integrate the new higher energies in your atmosphere. The length of time that this process will require, depends upon two situations.

One - whether you consciously choose to just ignore what is happening to you and the planet, to ignore the physical changes you feel, like tiredness, aches, slight depression, and even repressed anger bursting to be released, or Two - if you choose to understand this great evolutionary process you are all experiencing, and open yourself, open your conscious mind and heart to receive the new energies being sent to you and Earth. To heal you from lifetimes of separation, pain, and darkness. To uplift you, allow you to know true peace and joy in a new reality, a new life experience. Of course, choosing the latter will hasten the process.

Further, if you think of the thousands of lifetimes you have endured, and indeed learned from, the individual experiences of feeling alone and separated, then you may begin to understand the great shift in vibration that your physical bodies must now release, allowing the integration of new life - allowing the renewal of the birth, of your renewed soul Light, a true cosmic being of Light.

A new Light energy, a renewed integration with the Source - God.

We here have already transformed though this process. You call it enlightenment - opening to the Light, understanding it, living your life experience in the Light, in true peace and universal love. I tell you, it is this very experience and understanding which will enable you to truly live a Golden Age. There is no other way forward.

For many of your years you have been guided and encouraged to release the deeper pain held on your emotional bodies. It has been a continual process, indeed a process many of you have almost completed. Know that as the great shift of energy deepens and becomes stronger, you will feel a need to cleanse deeper, thereby often bringing up emotions and feelings many of you thought you had already released or ones so deep you wonder where those emotions and issues came from. Know that these deeper emotions are from your soul memory and therefore have been held deeply within you for many lifetimes.

These are all transformations many are experiencing. As you begin to understand why you need to undergo and experience these changes and release, you also understand why I say celebrate! Yes, celebrate! In joy and laughter and love - celebrate the end of a great cycle of experience, of separation. Be happy that at last, you understand what it means to return home.

Happy that you are now preparing to release all domination, fear, and materialism and return to Light, experiencing true enlightenment, true love for all.

Your new year, 2008, will anchor an even higher and stronger energy to your planet, and to man. I say to you, to stay centered in your heart, indeed for those who listened to my final radio message for this year, 2007, where I gave an exercise to assist you to activate and release through your Soul Heart center - known to many of you as your Higher Heart chakra. This was given to ease the release process which you experience daily, or indeed for those other souls of your past, which you are having difficulty cutting emotional cords from.

It is my wish this will truly assist many of you to release and so to move forward and be free from all emotional negativity you had difficulty letting go of.

Happy New Year

1:1:1 New Year Mass Activation

Please note that reading this information will have an effect on you.

You will energetically be linked with the Channelling being and a similar process facilitated with you. It is not exactly the same as being in the presence of the channelling Master, however the effects are just as powerful.

Do not concern yourself too much regarding time lines given to the participants in the channelling. You will be taken through a similar one in accordance with your Divine Plan, Timing & Purpose.

I am Kuthumi and I come forward upon the rays of Love and Wisdom to greet each of you at this time and to bring unto you the blessings of celebration, independence, initiation and happiness. Greetings beloved ones.

And it is with great joy and pleasure in our hearts that we gather with each of you upon this day as we hold you firmly with the heart of Christ and securely upon the hands of God.

Beloved ones today is the 1:1:1 celebration, it is the beginning of the new beginning. It is your journey into a whole new cycle of experiencing the light of all of that, which exists within life. This particular activation is one that opens all the portals of light and fluid love.

As each portal is opened so humanity is granted the opportunity to turn their attention to that which flows through the portals and absorb it into the core of their being. It is upon this day that all the divine Masters, Lords, Ladies, Gods and Goddesses, Angels and Archangels of the paradigms of light, love, truth and trust grace you with their presence bringing forth the divine blessings of that which they represent.

2008 is the beginning of a New Wave of Awakening. It is during this year that the Second Wave of Ascension will manifest it's fullness and by the 21st of December 2008 many of you will have undergone changes of drastic proportions. These changes are not to be feared, this is change that brings you into a higher state of awareness, a deeper state of understanding and a stronger presence of self, directing your life. This is the year where you are shown new beginnings and the power that lies within releasing the old and choosing to focus one's attention on that which stands before one, the newness, and the joy that comes in allowing oneself to embrace the initiation of newness. So many people fear change, fear newness yet often ask for change to come, sending intentions and prayers into the universe to bring forth that which will release them from the depths of their pain, their sorrow, their disillusionment and fear. This is the year this will come to you in great waves.

Every month of the year that lies before you is an initiation in itself. You will find that on the master vibration days you will experience activations within the deeper aspects of self, which will transport your energy into realms of immense light, knowledge and energy.

Therefore on the 11th of January and the 21st of January 2008 you will undergo the initiation of the initiate into the journey of individuation. This means on these two particular dates you will experience the depths of stepping into the individual vibration you embody in other words making a deeper connection with the uniqueness of your divine and precious sacred signature.

On the 2nd of February and the 22nd of February 2008 you will benefit from experiencing a deeper level of rooting yourself on earth as you are rooted within the consciousness of heaven. It will be a month of embracing the opportunities to understand balance and how important it is to allow your light to be reflected back at you in your world. It is a time of understanding that surrendering to the flow of life will bring you far more grace, far more healing and an abundance of blessings than fighting and struggling to deal with your life.

February will also bring you divine blessings relating to your ability to find creative solutions to that which you have been struggling with. These solutions will manifest in the form of the greater understanding of the importance of surrendering. This requires of you to be receptive, to remain grounded and to trust your intuition. Also be aware that the solutions may manifest through your creative talents, creativity in general in fact.

On the 3rd of March and the 13th of March 2008 you will be embraced by the Goddesses of Unity Consciousness, namely Lady Guinevierre, Mary Magdeline and Goddess Jezebel.

During this month they will initiate you into the realms of the triple Goddess and in this space you will remember and recognise the power that lies within all levels of consciousness relating to the triple Goddess. This means understanding the power that lies within the child, the maiden in other words, the power that lies within the mother and that which lies within the crone. This applies to you if are a man as well. In order to experience full balance within self one needs to understand the power that lies within the triple Goddess as well as in the triple God.

During March you will come to experience the fertility that lies within the energy of The Empress. The power, resourcefulness and insight that lies within the Essence of The High Priestess, as well as the joy that lies within the spontaneity of the innocence of the young maiden discovering her pathway to freedom.

In the month of April you will be embraced by the light and the power of Sir Lancelot, Master Yeshua, as well as the light of Horus. These three beings show you the power that lies within the triple God. You will undergo the masculine process of that which you experienced in March ensuring that the power and light which lies within the young boy is experienced within the power and strength and perseverance that exists within the young knight, who then becomes the king, full of wisdom, embodying a deep sense of self assuredness as well as stability. All of these aspects are vital and you will find that the combination of March and April's energy give birth to a new power, a new sense of self in terms of your confidence to express your power, to express love, to trust and feel comfortable in your body utilising your will and loving yourself and the world around you.

In the month of May you will spend time with Lord Hilarion and the Goddess Ishtar. It is the month where you find greater depths to your voice. It is a time where you will feel ready and empowered enough to drop some of those old cloaks that are weighing heavily upon your shoulders, and pulling off the masks of the old for it is during this month you will feel the energy filling you, propelling you into your future, magnetically drawing you into your power and manifesting a new sense of freedom. During the month of May you will feel that you need to experience a deeper sense of freedom is a priority for you as much as finding the creative expression within your voice will be.

Your voice is a creative tool as much as your imagination is. It is the time of recognising beyond just the intellect how powerful one's voice is, how communication and expression of one's truth in a loving and wise way automatically opens doors to a greater sense of freedom. Master Hilarion will reveal to you your manifestation abilities lying within your voice. Goddess Ishtar will show you the power that lies within freedom, the freedom that comes to you as a result of making the choice to break away from the constraints of any old paradigm thinking you might still be attached to.

In the month of April - the 4th of April, the 14th of April and 24th of April as well as the 5th of May, the 15th of May and the 25th of May there will be combined initiations and activations that take place the reason for this is because you would have drawn the energy from March of the Goddess merging it with the energy of April of the God and in May you begin the journey of expressing that which you have now absorbed into your body which is resulting in a new level of empowerment.

The male energy, the God energy in other words, is the active aspect of you in the physical reality that will bring about the manifestation of everything you need to ensure that your freedom is born. So we could actually say that between the 3rd of March and the 25th of May 2008 you will undergo three phases of death and rebirth not forgetting the Easter celebration in between March and May.

Now the Easter time is a very important one for the collective consciousness. This year humanity as a collective consciousness will gain deeper insights to the purpose of Easter and perhaps begin moving their awareness of such away from the physicality of what the story represented. By this I mean people understanding that the Crucifixion of Jesus is not so much based on what has been written in the bible but more so a call to one to attend to the self, to address that which crucifies you, how you crucify yourself as well as addressing what we will call crucifixion consciousness. This is in fact what is often referred to as criticism, judgement and gossip. All of these crucify others and self, so let us turn the story a little bit now, to that which was in fact written in the scriptures, the story that led up to Master Jesus' crucifixion as such. Was it not based on misinterpretation, misinformation, judgement, fear, rejection and gossip? Everything that symbolises and
represents the crucifixion as such was based on what I have just said and you crucify yourself and others every time you focus on those vices I have just mentioned.

So Easter time is in a way a time of repenting and the reason I say this is because it is a time for you to look at yourself, to repent, to let go of the vices that lead to crucifixion. This will take you through the initiation of leaving your old body behind, your old ways and to be born into a new way, to embrace a new state of being, one that looks at the world with a renewed sense of self, fresh perspectives and a new love for life.

So be prepared for very deep shifts from March to the end of May, this will lead into June, a time where Master Jesus and Lord Buddha will spend time with you. The 6th of June, the 16th of June and the 26th of June will be important ones relating specifically to what Master Jesus and Lord Buddha will do with you. These initiations take you into the realms of vision. You could in fact relate it to the third eye. It is during this time they will reveal to you any residual patterning left within your conscious mind that feeds any subconscious belief systems that prevent you from experiencing joy, union, lightness and the sacred marriage with self. This means there will be minor experiences of divorcing yourself from the old patterning, you will be able to do this with grace and ease as a result of opening yourself to receive the guidance, light and love that comes from Jesus and Lord Buddha.

On the 21st of June, the time where celebration is heightened as a result of the winter solstice in the Southern Hemisphere and the summer solstice in the Northern Hemisphere, you will find that a new way of looking at life will be easier during that time. For those living in the Southern Hemisphere it will be another level of going deeper within yourself, soul searching, often referred to as the "dark night of the soul", and those of you in the Northern Hemisphere you will be undergoing the "honey-moon" phase of celebration. Bear in mind that those of you who have strong connections with the Southern Hemisphere living in the Northern Hemisphere might also experience the "dark night of the soul", this applies to those who are living in the opposite hemisphere undergoing a similar process. It is vital that one understand that one is affected by everything on earth and all the seasons affect you regardless of where you are geographically located.

July is a month where you will be "harassed" and I say this in inverted commas with a great big smile, by Lord Merlin. It is the month where he will reveal to you the treasures that lie within your inner child's ability to trust in the magic and miracles of life. During this particular time Lord Merlin will help you embrace the energy that comes from source, which is ever present and teach you how to draw from that source permanently feeding your body, your mind and your soul. During this particular month you will experience a recalibration within your entire chakra system and on the 7th, 17th and 27th of July you will undergo minor initiations leading you into deeper realms of the 7th universe. This means your firsthand experience with the quantum field and it's power will be greatly amplified during that month. This is in preparation for the major celebrations taking place in August.

In August 2008 you will be embraced by all of the Lords and Ladies of Abundance and Manifestation, the Gods and Goddesses of Alchemy and the Angels and Archangels of Divine Love. It is a time when the entire planet will be embraced in a deeper level of Christ consciousness. The main celebration will be on the 8th of August. It is the 8:8:8 celebration and upon that day specifically the infinite power of divine abundance will be anchored within every major and minor chakra of Mother Earth's body, as well as every major and minor chakra of every human being's body.

This anchoring will result in another acceleration in the influx of Abundance Consciousness. This is a time where all of humanity will be greatly challenged in their belief systems if there are still aspects attached to poverty consciousness. This is the time where you will be truly tested in terms of how you relate to prosperity or how you still relate to poverty. You could imagine this particular day being one of the major crossing over points from poverty to prosperity consciousness. It is also upon this day specifically that the God Horus, Lord Ra, Thoth and Akhenaten will bring a whole new vibration in the form of blessings that will enable Lightworkers of all walks of life to truly experience the blessings of alchemy, the blessings of abundance, wealth and love. In a way it will be the reward for all your hard work, your patience, your perseverance and for never giving into the fears of the poverty conscious ones.

On the 18th of August and on the 28th of August you will experience the next level of the 8:8:8's blessings, which will then complete itself. So remind yourself that August is the month of the major step into prosperity consciousness therefore take advantage of the time you have now and work with every aspect of poverty consciousness inside of you that sabotages your journey into prosperity consciousness. Set the intention and trust that everything you need in the form of people, places and events to bring this to it's state of healing will come to you under grace, in perfect and miraculous ways.

In the month of September you will be embraced by Lady Nada. During this particular month she will reveal to you the gifts of unconditional love that are already inside of you.

She will show you the rewards that come with loving unconditionally, and many of you will recognise that where you have stood in non-judgement, where you have loved unconditionally it has paid of. She will show you how your spiritual strength increases, as does your faith in love and in life as a result of practising unconditional love.

On the 9th of September Mary Magdeline and Master Jesus will embrace you in a special cloak of energy, similar to that which was experienced at the 9:9:9 celebration of 2007.

This is where the Golden Egg of Peace is activated in a new way for each of you, reminding you of the promise of new things to come, the awareness of self that liberates you to experience the joy of divinity, the joy of being true and authentic and never selling yourself short for fear of others opinions or conditional love. On the 19th and 29th of September your personal Guides and Master Teachers will reveal to you key aspects of unconditional love and the rewards of such.

I, Kuthumi, will embrace you during the months of October and November. In the month of October I will be accompanied by Lord Maitreya and Lady Quan Yin, and on the 10th of the 10th you will experience, let us say, a giant step into understanding self-mastery from the point of the alchemist. All the base aspects that you have turned into golden consciousness will now be standing in front of you in their many forms, showing you how the power of self awareness always brings a level of self-mastery. During this month you will be taken through minor initiations relating to additional opportunities to fine-tune your self-awareness and embrace self-mastery from the point of the Master Alchemist. It is a time where you will truly benefit from the wisdom you have gained as a result of consciously acknowledging what Alchemy Consciousness is all about and how vital the Alchemy of Consciousness is when you know how to use it.

Many of you will find that you have reclaimed many aspects of yourself that lay dormant within the shadow of self as a result of rejection in your early years. Having embraced these aspects you will feel a renewed sense of purpose in your life, you will also find that your ability to discern is very strong. So the 1st of October prepares you for the 10th of October and it is these two dates that are important, however every day of October is an important one because I, Kuthumi, will be preparing you for the energy of November.

Now November is a vital month because it is the last phase of the preparation that you require to fully embrace the Second Ascension Wave that shall grace your planet in December. Every single day of November will be filled with master vibration energies. Key dates are the 1st of November, the 11th of November as well as the 21st of November. The 22nd of November is gateway into a vital realm of deeper understanding in preparation for the ascension wave of the 21st of December, however during November you are going to experience powerful waves of new consciousness moving through your being, and moving through your life internally and externally. November is kind of like a whirlwind month where the energy of that whirlwind will literally suck everything out of your life that you have stubbornly clung to, making sure that December is the month you will be able to freely step into the higher consciousness and awareness that the Second Ascension Wave brings.

In the month of December I, Kuthumi, will be accompanied by all of the Divine Beings of the Universe housing your planet. December is one of the most important months in terms of you learning, in terms of you understanding the physics of life, the mechanics of your heart and your soul, and it is in the month of December 2008 that I, Kuthumi, accompanied by St Germain and the Master Jesus will be moving to higher realms in our own evolution, which will automatically draw all of our willing Lightworkers, those who have completed the journeys of initiation, those who have mastered the necessary levels with us into this new realm. This means I, Kuthumi, will no longer be trance-voice channelling in the manner that I have been to this date, channelling through specific vessels on earth as you know them.

From the 21st of December 2008 I will only work through my chosen channels on a conscious level. This means they will no longer be in a position to trance-voice channel me simply because their energy will have moved to a higher vibration that does not require any level of trance for me to communicate through them. Therefore let me say at this point anyone claiming to trance-voice channel me after the 21st of December 2008 is simply tapping into the old paradigm of what "Kuthumi" was, and that is what they will be bringing forth. Humanity must evolve. As we the Masters of Light continue to grow in our own capacity everything else is pulled into that light of growth. The same applies to you, and when you grow there are people in your environment who either choose to grow with you, or to move in a different direction. So it is generally a time of finding a new flow and confidently trusting in that flow.

The 21st of December will be the time where we open the doors to this higher realm that I spoke of earlier on that I will be moving into, and it is at this particular time that the Second Ascension Wave will take place where all Lightworkers who have mastered what I have spoken of and who have attained that level of inner awareness and consciousness will move through into the higher levels of ascension awareness.

On the 12th of December all of you will experience the first activation of the preparation for this particular wave. There will be massive change beloved ones in all areas of life. It is important because 2010 is another vital ascension time and all need to be prepared.

The years that move on from 2008 will be ones to further empower you, let me also add at this point it does not mean to say that because we are moving to higher levels that no longer will we communicate with you. All it means it that the level from which we are communicating is of a much higher vibration and it is only those who are willing to embrace that vibration that will get the truth within those teachings.

Now it is important that all of you understand that we are not creating a hierarchy of elitism here, we are creating a system that enables individuals to benefit as a result of their input, their patience, their perseverance, their faith and their trust. So in a way the benefits that come with self-mastery are there because it shows those who are little more lackadaisical in their attitude to self development and becoming more self aware, that it is in fact worth the effort, the journey and the short-term discomfort of getting in touch with ones truth. We also do not believe that it is just or fair that individuals who have invested so much time, energy and love in their soul have to be negatively impacted upon by those who at this stage are not willing to invest that time and energy. So yes, there is a reward system involved, there are boundaries that are in place and there are certain criteria that are important. Would you honestly give a two year old the opportunity
play with fire? The exact same applies to souls who are growing, who are learning, who are evolving and ascending.

Beloved ones 2008's theme is Alchemy Consciousness and embracing the Alchemy of Consciousness. This means you will find the power, your power, to turn the base aspects of self into "gold" by being aware of consciousness, by being conscious, by choosing to look at yourself in truth rather than opt in for the shortcut. 2008 is your greatest year of reward if you are willing to invest the time, the energy, the patience, perseverance, love and faith in self and in Spirit. Every month you are being offered an opportunity to achieve it therefore we suggest that you prepare yourself for what is coming, read the words I have spoken in this transmission so that you know what is coming your way. When you are prepared you are able to deal with that which comes from a greater sense of inner confidence. This does not mean to say that there will be no challenges, or things will not catch you by surprise. What is important is that you will know inside of yourself what you are working with and please people do not expect the worst!

Many of these unexpected surprises may very well be wonderful ones, ones that you least expected, ones that shake you out of any kind of attachment to perhaps going without. Let me add at this point if you choose to wallow in any kind of self-worthlessness or lack of deservability we are not going to "bribe" you to change your way of thinking by bringing you goodness, by bringing you happy surprises. That will come to those who are willing to work with themselves and I trust every single one of you understand and know exactly what I mean and why it works in this fashion.

So beloved ones we suggest that you spend some time today writing down what it is you would like to change - the areas of your life that you are clear about that need change.

Take some time to create a picture for yourself. We suggest that you make a chart, if you like, depicting each month of the year and perhaps writing into each month that which we have spoken of today and preparing yourself. Write key words in each month that will help inspire you. Make it a personal map that will guide you throughout the year. Don't use the excuse that you never stick to your New Year resolutions, that you give up halfway, remember excuses are no longer applicable, excuses are a sign of complacency and there is no place for that in the new paradigm.

Embrace Alchemy Consciousness and allow yourself to experience the transition into the new world with grace, with ease, with laughter, with joy and with faith in your ability to do so. Open your heart and your mind to receive. Open your heart, your mind and your eyes to see the greatness that lies within you as an individual. Allow the year of initiation into a deeper level of independence, individuality and innovation to be one that inspires you to re-embrace life with passion, with hope, with faith and above all with love.
2008 will be a time of change for the planet, for every arena within life so I am not going to go into detail regarding earth changes, economic changes, political changes and so on and so forth because every year something is happening. My focus at this time it is to get you on track with you, to bring you into a higher state of self awareness and Alchemy Consciousness, and I trust that this will bring you into the true realisation of what oneness means and what it means to feel and be whole within the self.

Therefore beloved ones I bring to each of you all the blessings you require, every tool you need, every means you require to ensure that 2008 is one of the greatest years of your life, one of the most empowering, soul liberating, self embracing years of your life. I will walk every step of the way with you, guiding you, protecting you, holding and loving you and shoving you along at times if need be. All you need do is trust in the very many arms that hold you, trust in the very many hearts that love you and believe in your ability to make the changes necessary. Most importantly act on your truth.

And so it is that I bring to each of you the gifts of initiation, embracing you in Divine Love and Wisdom.

New beginnings

Last year at this time, the Beings of Light from the Realms of Illumined Truth said that 2007 would be a year of monumental change and completion. Does anyone have any doubt about that now? Are you still reeling?

Well, we are now being told from On High that 2008, which is numerically a ONE year, will be a time for new beginnings and a birthing into a higher aspect of our Divinity. We may not fully understand just what this means, but the Company of Heaven is assuring us it is a glorious opportunity to transform our lives. All we have to do is take advantage of this auspicious year by focusing our intentions on creating the positive lives we want to experience on Earth.

One is the number of new beginnings, and eleven is the master number that reflects the transformation of the physical into the Divine. January 1, 2008, is numerically a 111 day. Eleven days later on January 11, 2008, we have a 1111 day.

During this rare eleven-day period, the I AM Presence of every person on this planet will integrate the highest potential of the miraculous activities of Light that took place in 2007.. This integration will gently reflect into the hearts and minds of all Humanity, and it will raise the energy, vibration and consciousness of every facet of Life evolving on Earth the maximum that Cosmic Law will allow.

This event will open the door so that our I AM Presence will be able to intervene in our lives in new and wondrous ways. We can take advantage of this vitally important opportunity by focusing our intentions on new beginnings and creating the vision of the life we want. Know that the I AM Presence is limitless and that this aspect of our Divinity is One with our Father-Mother God. Our I AM Presence knows all that our Father-Mother God has is ours, and It is able to draw the perfection of God into our lives in amazing and awe-inspiring ways.

When we witness the pain and suffering existing around the world it is difficult to fathom that we are really on the brink of cocreating the harmony and balance of the New Earth in a perceptible way on this planet, but that is exactly what is happening. We have crossed the threshold into the initial impulse of the 5th Dimension. Heavenly events are confirming this Truth; ancient prophecies foretelling this time are being fulfilled, and signs are pointing to this new reality.

During the last three months of 2007, several Cosmic and Galactic events took place that prepared the way for the opportunities that will be presented to us in 2008. We are always affected by any event that involves the Heavenly bodies in our Universe, but this time the synchronicity of the various Galactic alignments opened a Dimensional doorway that catapulted our entire Solar System into the sacred space within which the New Heaven and the New Earth will tangibly manifest.

In our last newsletter, I wrote about some wonderful things that occurred on our sacred Pilgrimage through the Mediterranean and the South of France. That Pilgrimage took place October 15-29, 2007. The events that occurred throughout the Universe during that time frame, prepared the way for the birth of the New Earth.

On October 18, the Elemental Vortices within the physical, etheric, mental and emotional strata of Earth were reactivated. These vortices are spinning forcefields of Light that energize and sustain the patterns of perfection from the Causal Body of God through the earth, air, fire, water and ether elements, which comprise the physical substance in the world of form.

The original intent of these spheres of Light was to sustain the verdant splendor of the Garden of Eden throughout the planet while the Sons and Daughters of God learned to become cocreators with our God Parents. Unfortunately, when Humanity fell from Grace into the quagmire of our own human miscreations, these vortices of Light became dormant. Reactivating them into their full Divine potential was a necessary factor in preparing the way for the birth of the New Earth.

Another very important event took place during our Pilgrimage involving the opening of the blocked Heart Meridian in the body of Mother Earth. This was an imperative component in preparing the way for the birthing of the New Earth. During the first seven days of our Pilgrimage, Mother Earth’s blocked Heart Meridian was God Victoriously opened to full breadth. This was the result of the unified efforts of not only Lightworkers on our Pilgrimage but also the precious Lightworkers around the world who were working in unison with the entire Company of Heaven.

On October 23, we completed the first phase of our Pilgrimage through the Mediterranean and began the second phase of our mission through the South of France. What took place during the next several days, both in the Heavens and on Earth, confirmed the fulfillment of ancient prophecies. These prophecies foretold of a Cosmic Moment when the Earth would begin her ascent into the 5th Dimension resulting in the birth of a New Earth.

On October 23 and 24, a celestial event took place that shocked and amazed astronomers and scientists all over the world. The comet known as 17p/Holmes erupted while passing through the constellation of Perseus. This celestial body expanded its coma into a gaseous forcefield of blue Light that was bigger than our Sun.. It grew to over a million times its original size and Light radiance. The comet 17p/Holmes became the largest single object in our Solar System. This event was referred to by astronomers as the strangest comet to burst onto the celestial scene in our lifetime.

Several prophecies have foretold of the appearance of the Blue Sun in the Heavens. There are various interpretations of just what this will mean, but the underlying message in all of the prophecies is that the Blue Sun will herald a New Beginning for Planet Earth and all her Life.

One prophecy indicates that the appearance of the Blue Sun will be a sign of the return of Christ Consciousness to the physical plane of Earth. It will indicate the reunification of the physical with the Divine. It is said that through an expansion of Light created by the Blue Sun planetary, Galactic and Cosmic energies will realign, bringing about a long awaited Age of Enlightenment.

Those who study the Crop Circles appearing in many locations around the world, have indicated that the eruption of the Comet 17p/Holmes was revealed in several of the sacred geometric patterns of the Crop Circles that manifested in 2005.

The most persistent and verifiable prophecy is the one given in ancient times by the Hopi Elders. This prophecy has been passed on through oral tradition and reference to the ancient tablets. The Elders revealed that there would be nine Signs before the 5th World emerges. This will be a world of peace and abundance—a New Earth.

According to White Feather, a Hopi of the ancient Bear Clan, the prophecy goes like this:

“The Fourth World shall end soon, and the Fifth World will begin. The elders everywhere know this. The Signs over many years have been fulfilled, and so few are left.

“This is the First Sign: We are told of the coming of the white-skinned men, like Pahana, our lost White Brother from the Stars. But these men will not live like Pahana, they will be men who take land that is not theirs, and men who strike their enemies with thunder—guns.

“This is the Second Sign: Our lands will see the coming of spinning wheels filled with voices. In his youth, my father saw this prophecy come true with his eyes—the white men bringing their families in wagons across the prairies.

“This is the Third Sign: A strange beast like a buffalo but with great long horns will overrun the land in large numbers. These White Feather saw with his eyes—the coming of the white men’s longhorn cattle.

“This is the Fourth Sign: The land will be crossed by snakes of iron—the railroads.

“This is the Fifth Sign: The land shall be crisscrossed by a giant spider’s web—power lines and telephone lines.

“This is the Sixth Sign: The land shall be crisscrossed with rivers of stone that make pictures in the Sun—freeways with mirages caused by the Sun.

“This is the Seventh Sign: You will hear of the sea turning black, and many living things dying because of it—oil spills in the oceans.

“This is the Eighth Sign: You will see many youth who wear their hair long like my people. They will come and join the tribal nations, to learn our ways and wisdom—the hippies in the 1960s and 1970s.

“And this is the Ninth and Last Sign: You will hear of a dwelling-place in the Heavens, above the Earth, that shall fall with a great crash. It will appear as a blue Star—the Blue Kachina Sun. Very soon after this, the ceremonies of my people will cease.”

The Hopi prophecy goes on to say that the appearance of the Blue Kachina Star will initiate a time of great purification, a time during which the Earth will be purged and cleansed of negativity in preparation for her emergence into the 5th World—the 5th Dimension.

To many this may sound ominous, but the Beings of Light have assured us that we are the creators of circumstance not the victims of circumstance. We do not have to just stand by and wait for disaster to strike. In Truth, a prophecy from On High that contains the potential of a negative or destructive outcome is given to Humanity only if we have the ability to do something to avert that particular outcome. That is, in fact, the SOLE reason why such a prophecy is given to Humanity.

A FULFILLED NEGATIVE PROPHECY IS A FAILED PROPHECY. Any prophecy predicting a negative outcome is intended to show us the potential of what will occur if we continue our present course of direction. The Divine Intent of such a prophecy is to inform us and to inspire us to change our behavior and to alter the path we are following. If we do not take the information from the prophecy and do whatever we can to avert the destructive outcome, the prophecy will not have fulfilled its Divine Intent.

It is true that the Earth must be cleansed and purified in order for the New Earth to manifest in all of her infinite perfection, but the severity of that purging will depend on Humanity. If we reclaim our natural Birthright as stewards of the Earth and invoke the assistance of the Company of Heaven to help transmute and heal the atrocities we have inflicted on this blessed planet, the cleansing will occur gently with a minimal loss of Life. If we choose to ignore the Signs and continue our mindless pursuit for material gain at the expense of the Earth, the purification will be harsher with a greater potential for loss of Life.

This information is being given to Humanity at this time not to instill fear but to inspire us to remember our purpose and reason for being. We are being called to a higher service on behalf of Mother Earth and all Life evolving upon her. We are powerful beyond our knowing. Each and every one of us has been preparing for aeons of time to be the Hands of God in the physical plane during this Cosmic Moment. Please do not underestimate your ability to make a positive difference. Trust yourself! Listen to your heart, and you will know how you can be the most powerful force of Light possible.

On October 25, while the Blue Kachina Star was expanding in the Heavens, we traveled to a mystical sanctuary that is dedicated to the Angels and their perpetual service to Humanity. This incredibly holy place is located in Alet-les-Bains, Aude. The water here is believed to be magical, healing water.

When we arrived at the site called the Angel Sanctuary, we were greeted by Eugene and Lorrie, the father and mother of a wonderful Irish family whose members are the stewards of this portal of Light. Lorrie has communicated with Angels all her life. She and Eugene were guided a little over a year ago to bring their family from Ireland to this sacred place in France. The Angels asked them to open the Angel Sanctuary and Art Gallery which would magnetize people from all over the world.

Lorrie does Divinely inspired watercolor paintings of the Angels with her fingers. She is then given a beautiful message that is posted with each Angel. As we walked in silence through the Art Gallery-Sanctuary we were transported into a sacred meditation that transcended time and space.

In this exalted state of consciousness, our Father-Mother God, All That Is, revealed that this location is the portal through which the Permanent Seed Atom for the 5th-Dimensional Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame will enter the Heart of Mother Earth.

In order to grasp the magnitude of what that truly means, it is important to understand just what the Permanent Seed Atom is. The first thing that occurs when a soul is given permission to embody is that the I AM Presence selects the highest frequency of electronic Light substance the soul has earned since it was first breathed forth from the core of Creation. This pure Light is then placed in the mother’s womb and forms the Permanent Seed Atom in the heart for the incoming soul.

This Seed Atom creates the magnetic force that draws the unformed primal Light substance from the Heart of our Father-Mother God that will form the Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame in the incoming soul’s heart. Then the primal Light substance that will form the rest of the physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies for the soul is magnetized around the Threefold Flame.

Our Father-Mother God revealed to us that while we were in the Angel Sanctuary, the Permanent Seed Atom for the 5th-Dimensional Threefold Flame in the Heart of Mother Earth was secured in the Sun of Even Pressure in the Center of the Earth. This powerful forcefield of Light is now in place to magnetize the 5th-Dimensional primal Light substance that will be used to create the Threefold Flame and the Immaculate Concept of the physical, etheric, mental and emotional strata for the New Earth.

This means that the patterns of perfection that were imprinted on the fluid field of unmanifest Divine Potential after the opening of Mother Earth’s Heart Meridian will now be birthed into the physical plane of Earth.

These two activities of Light, the purification of the negative patterns and human miscreations inflicted on Mother Earth and the manifestation of the patterns of perfection for the New Earth, will take place simultaneously. The length of time it will take for us to begin seeing tangible evidence of this transformation will be up to you and me and every other Lightworker on this planet. 2008 is a year of New Beginnings, and each and every one of us has the ability to make a significant difference in our individual lives and collectively for all Life on this blessed Earth.

As we move into this unprecedented year of opportunity, let’s take time to contemplate how we can add to the Light of the world, and how we can assist in transmuting and healing the negativity of the past in powerful and effective ways. The Company of Heaven is standing in readiness awaiting our beck and call. On behalf of Humanity and all Life evolving on this sweet Earth, do not let this opportunity pass you by.

Symptoms of Spiritual Awakening

This , I found, was another of those "oh wow!" articles that really made me take stock of all my experiences over the past eighteen months! Fascinating reading ...

1. Changing sleep patterns

Restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night. Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day.

There is something called the triad sleep pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep. Lately I have been experiencing huge waves of energy running into my body from the crown. It feels good, but it keeps me awake for a long time, then subsides.

Advice: get used to it. Make peace with it and don't worry about getting enough sleep (which often causes more insomnia). You will be able to make it through the day if you hold thoughts of getting just what you need. You can also request your higher power to give you a break now and then and give you a good, deep night's sleep. If you can't go back to sleep right away, use the waking moments to meditate, read poetry, write in your journal or look at the moon. Your body will adjust to the new pattern.

2. Activity at the crown of the head

Tingling, itching, prickly, crawling sensations along the scalp and/or down the spine. A sense of energy vibrating on top of the head, as if energy is erupting from the head in a shower. Also the sensation of energy pouring in through the crown, described as "sprinkles". This may also be experienced as pressure on the crown, as if someone is pushing his/her finger into the centre of your head.

As I mentioned in 1, I have been experiencing huge downloads of energy through the crown. In the past, I have felt more generalized pressure, as if my head is in a gentle vice. One man related that his hair stood on end and his body was covered with goosebumps.

Advice: this is nothing to be alarmed about. What you are experiencing is an opening of the crown chakra. The sensations mean that you are opening up to receive divine energy.

3. Sudden waves of emotion

Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed, then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is not to be confused with the heart, which is located to the left of the heart chakra.

Advice: accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Don't direct the emotions at anyone. You are cleaning out your past. If you want some help with this, say out loud that you intend to release all these old issues and ask your higher power to help you. You can also ask Grace Elohim to help you release with ease and gentleness. Be grateful that your body is releasing these emotions and not holding onto them inside where they can do harm. One source suggests that depression is linked to letting go of relationships to people, work, etc. That no longer match us and our frequencies. When we feel guilty about letting go of these relationships, depression helps us medicate that pain.

4. Old "stuff"

Seems to be coming up, as described above, and the people with whom you need to work it out (or their clones) appear in your life. Completion issues. Or perhaps you need to work through issues of self-worth, abundance, creativity, addictions, etc. The resources or people you need to help you move through these issues start to appear.

Advice: same as 3. Additionally, don't get too involved in analyzing these issues. Examining them too much will simply cycle you back through them over and over again at deeper and deeper levels. Get professional help if you need to and walk through it. Do not try to avoid them or disassociate yourself from them. Embrace whatever comes up and thank it for helping you move ahead. Thank your higher power for giving you the opportunity to release these issues. Remember, you don't want these issues to stay stuck in your body.

5. Changes in weight

The weight gain in the Westernised world is phenomenal. Other people may be losing weight. We often gain weight because many fears we have suppressed are coming up to the surface to be healed. We react by building up a defence. We also attempt to ground ourselves or provide bulk against increasing frequencies in our bodies.

Advice: don't freak out, but just accept it as a symptom of where you are right now. You will release/gain the weight when all your fears have been integrated. Release your anxiety about this then you might find it easier to lose/gain the weight eventually. Exercise. Before eating, try this: sit at the table with an attractive place setting. Light a candle, enjoy how the food looks. Place your dominant hand over your heart and bless the food. Tell your body that you are going to use the food to nourish it, but that you are not going to use the food to heal your emotional hungers. Then pass your hand from left to right over the food and bless it. You may notice that the food feels warm to your hand even if the food is cold – I like to think that the food is a good for me. Warm and nourishing to my body. I have also noticed that when practicing blessing the food, I don’t eat as much. It is important not to let yourself off the hook when you forget to bless the food before you’ve eaten. Another thing you can do is stay present while eating – don’t watch tv or read. Heartily enjoy what blessings are before you.

6. Changes in eating habits

Strange cravings and odd food choices. Some find they are not as hungry as they used to be, or find they are hungrier.

Advice: don't deny what your body tells you it needs. If you are not sure, you might try muscle-testing (kinesiology or dowsing) before you chose a food to see if it’s what your body wants. Also try blessing the food as described in 5.

7. Food intolerances, new allergies

As you grow more spiritual, you are more sensitive to everything around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is sloughing off what doesn't serve it anymore. You might be cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.

Advice: an acupuncturist told me that this film can be removed by sloshing 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil in your mouth for 10-15 minutes (don't swallow, whatever you do), then spitting it out into the toilet - not the sink, for you just removed toxins from your body and don't want them in the sink. Brush your teeth and do the same. Then clean your brush. (sorry this is yukky, but it works.)

8. Amplification of the senses

Increased sensitivity.

8a. Sight: blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent. When you close your eyes, you no longer see darkness, but redness. You may also see geometric shapes or brilliant colours and pictures when eyes are closed. Colours appear more vivid - the sky might look teal or the grass an amazing green. Often I see grids running across the ground. As you become more sensitive, you may see shapes or outlines in the air, especially when the room is almost dark. When your eyes are open or closed, you may see white shapes in your peripheral vision (these are your guides).

Advice: your vision is changing in many ways - you are experiencing new ways of seeing. Be patient. Whatever you do, do not be afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.

8b. Hearing: increased or decreased hearing. I once thought I would have to pull off the road because of the painfully amplified sound of my tires on the freeway. Other symptoms are hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Others have what is called audio dyslexia - you can't always make out what people are saying, as if you can no longer translate your own language. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is hovering near them. You can either ask the presence(s) to leave or ask Archangel Michael to take care of the situation. Again, there is nothing to fear.

Advice: surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Your ears are adjusting to new frequencies.

8c. Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste. I notice I can now smell and
taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Other food may taste absolutely wonderful. For some people, these enhancements are both delightful and distracting. You might even smell the fragrance of flowers now and then. Many of the mystics did. Enjoy it.

9. Skin eruptions: rashes, bumps, acne, hives, and shingles

Anger produces outbreaks around the mouth and chin.

I had a dermatitis on my extremities for several months that accompanied healing an episode from my past. When I had worked through most of the issue, the condition was released.

Advice: you may be sloughing off toxins and bringing emotions to the surface. When there is an issue to be released and you are trying to repress it, your skin will express the issue for you until you process the emotions. Work through your "stuff".

10. Episodes of intense energy

Which make you want to leap out of bed and into action. Followed by periods of lethargy and fatigue. The fatigue usually follows great shifts. This is a time of integration, so give into it.

Advice: roll with the nature of the energy. Don't fight it. Be gentle with yourself. Take naps if you are tired. Write your novel if you are too energized to sleep. Take advantage of the type of energy.

11. Changes in prayer or meditation

Not feeling the same sensations as before. Not having the same experience of being in contact with spirit. Difficulty in focusing.

Advice: you may be in more instant and constant communion with spirit now and the sensation may therefore be altered. You will adapt to this new feeling. You are actually thinking and acting in partnership with spirit most of the time now. You may find your meditation periods shorter.

12. Power surges

All of a sudden you are heated from head to toe. It is a momentary sensation, but uncomfortable. In contrast, some people have felt inexplicably cold. I have experienced both. More recently I experience waves or currents of energy rolling through me. Sometimes the energy seems so intense when it first comes into my body that I feel a little nauseated. But if I think of the energy as divine and let go of fear, I feel wonderful and enjoy the sensation. If you are an energy worker, you may have noticed that the heat running through your hands has increased tremendously. This is good.

Advice: if you are uncomfortable, ask your higher power, that if it be for your best and highest good, to turn down/up the temperature a bit.

13. A range of physical manifestations

Headaches, backaches, neck pains, flu-like symptoms (this is called vibrational flu), digestive problems, muscular spasms or cramps, racing heartbeat, chest pains, changes in sexual desire, numbness or pain in the limbs, and involuntary vocalizations or bodily movements. Some of us have even had old conditions from childhood reappear briefly for healing.

Advice: remember what I said about seeking medical help if you need it! If you have determined that this is not a medical condition, relax in the realization that it is only temporary.

14. Looking younger

Yippee! As you clear emotional issues and release limiting beliefs and heavy baggage from the past, you are actually lighter. Your frequency is higher. You love yourself and life more. You begin to resemble the perfect you that you really are.

15. Vivid dreams

Sometimes the dreams are so real that you wake up confused. You may even have lucid dreams in which you are in control. Many dreams may be mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are not "dreaming" - that what is happening is somehow real.

Advice: you will remember what is important for you to remember. Don't force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.

16. Events that completely alter your life

Death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes - sometimes several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are and what your life means to you. Forces that you cannot ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.

17. A desire to break free

From restrictive patterns, life-draining jobs, consumptive lifestyles and toxic people or situations. You feel a compelling need to "find yourself" and your life purpose - now! You want to be creative and free to be who you really are. You might find yourself drawn to the arts and nature. You want to unclutter yourself from things and people that no longer serve you.

Advice: do it!

18. Emotional and mental confusion

A feeling that you need to get your life straightened out - it feels like a mess. But at the same time you feel chaotic and unable to focus. See 45.

Advice: put your ear to your heart and your own discernment will follow.

19. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities

This stage has come as a surprise to many extroverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, "I don't know why, but I don't like to go out as much as before."
20. Creativity bursts

Receiving images, ideas, music, and other creative inspirations at an often overwhelming rate.

Advice: at least record these inspirations, for spirit is speaking to you about how you might fulfil your purpose and contribute to the healing of the planet.

21. A perception that time is accelerating

It seems that way because you have had so many changes introduced into your life at an unprecedented rate. The number of changes seems to be growing.

Advice: breaking your day up into appointments and time segments increases the sense of acceleration .you can slow time down by relaxing into the present moment and paying attention to what's at hand, not anticipating what's ahead. Slow down and tell yourself that you have plenty of time. Ask your higher power to help you. Keep your focus on the present. Try to flow from one activity to the next. Stay tuned to your inner guidance. You can also warp time by asking for it. Next time you feel rushed, say, "Time warp, please. I need some more time to -----." then relax.

22. A sense of impendingness

There is a feeling that something is about to happen. This can create anxiety.

Advice: there is nothing to worry about. Things are definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts - positive or negative - are prayers. There is nothing to fear.

23. Impatience

You know better, but sometimes you can't help it. You want to get on with what seems to be coming your way. Uncertainty is not comfortable.

Advice: learn to live with the uncertainty, knowing that nothing comes to you until you are ready. Impatience is really a lack of trust, especially trust in your higher power. When you focus on the present, you will experience miracles - yes, even in traffic.

24. A deep yearning for meaning, purpose, spiritual connection, and revelation

Perhaps an interest in the spiritual for the first time in your life. "constant craving", as K.D. Lang says. The material world cannot fulfil this longing.

Advice: follow your heart and the way will open up for you.

25. A feeling that you are somehow different

A disquieting sense that everything in your life feels new and altered, that you have left your old self behind. You have. You are much greater than you can possibly imagine. There is more to come. "teachers" appear everywhere with perfect timing to help you on your spiritual journey: people, books, movies, events, mother nature, etc. Teachers may appear to be negative or positive when you are trapped in polarity thinking, but, from a transcendent perspective, they are always perfect. Just what you need to learn from and move on. By the way, we never get more than we are ready to master. Each challenge presents us with an opportunity to show our mastery in passing through it.

26. You find a spiritual track that makes sense to you and "speaks to you" at the most profound levels

Suddenly you are gaining a perspective that you would never have considered before. You hunger to know more. You read, share with others, ask questions, and go inside to discover more about who you are and why you are here you are moving through learning and personal issues at a rapid pace. You sense that you are "getting it" quite readily.

Advice: keep remembering that things will come to you when they are ready to be healed. Not sooner. Deal with whatever comes up with courage and you will move through the issues rapidly.

27. Invisible presences

Here is the woo-woo stuff. Some people report feeling surrounded by beings at night or having the sensation of being touched or talked to. Often they will wake with a start. Some also feel their body or bed vibrate. The vibrations are caused by energetic changes after emotional clearing has taken place.

Advice: this is a sensitive topic, but you may feel better blessing your bed and space around it before you sleep. I rest assured that I am surrounded only by the most magnificent spiritual entities and am always safe in god's care. Sometimes, however, the fear gets to me, and I call in Archangel Michael and/or Archangel Uriel. I don't beat myself up for being afraid sometimes. I forgive myself for not always sovereign at 3:00 a.m.

28. Portents, visions, "illusions", numbers, and symbols

Seeing things that have spiritual importance for you. Noticing how numbers appear synchronistically in your awareness. Everything has a message if you take the time to look. I enjoy the experience of "getting the messages." What fun!

29. Increased integrity

You realize that it is time for you to seek and speak your truth. It suddenly seems important for you to become more authentic, more yourself. You may have to say "no" to people whom you have tried to please in the past. You may find it intolerable to stay in a marriage or job or place that doesn't support who you are. You may also find there is nowhere to hide, no secrets to keep anymore. Honesty becomes important in all your relationships.

Advice: listen to your heart. If your guidance tells you not to do something, speak up and take action. Say "no". Likewise, you must also say "yes" to that which compels you. You must risk displeasing others without guilt in order to attain spiritual sovereignty.

30. Harmony with seasons and cycles

You are becoming more tuned to the seasons, the phases of the moon and natural cycles. More awareness of your place in the natural world. A stronger connection to the earth.

31. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions

When you are around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.

Advice: call on your angels, guides, or Grace Elohim to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.

32. Increased synchronicity and many small miracles.

Look for more of these.

Advice: synchronistic events tell you if you are heading in the right direction or making the correct choices. Honour these clues and you cannot go astray. Spirit uses synchronicity to communicate to you. That's when you begin to experience daily miracles. See 30.

33. Increased intuitive abilities and altered states of consciousness

Thinking of someone and immediately hearing from them. More synchronicities. Having sudden insights about patterns or events from the past. Clairvoyance, out-of-body experiences, and other psychic phenomena. Intensified sensitivity and knowing. Awareness of one's essence and that of others. Channelling angelic and Christ-consciousness energies.

34. Communication with spirit

Contact with angels, spirit guides, and other divine entities. Channelling. More and more people seem to be given this opportunity. Feeling inspiration and downloading information that takes form as writing, painting, ideas, communications, dance, etc.

35. A sense of oneness with all

A direct experience of this wholeness. Transcendent awareness. Being flooded with compassion and love for all life. Compassionate detachment or unconditional love for all is what lifts us up to higher levels of consciousness and joy.

36. Moments of joy and bliss

A deep abiding sense of peace and knowing that you are never alone.

Integration: you become emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually stronger and clearer. You feel as if you are in alignment with your higher self.

37. Living your purpose

You know you are finally doing what you came to earth for. New skills and gifts are emerging, especially healing ones. Your life/work experiences are now converging and starting to make sense. You are finally going to use them all.

Advice: listen to your heart. Your passion leads you to where you must go. Go within and ask your higher power, "what is it you would have me do?" watch for synchronicities. Listen.

38. Feeling closer to animals and plants

To some people, animals now seem to be more "human" in their behaviour. Wild animals are less afraid. Plants respond to your love and attention more than ever. Some may even have messages for you.
39. Seeing beings of other dimensions

The veil between dimensions is thinner, so it is not surprising. Just stay in your sovereignty. You are more powerful than you can ever imagine, so do not entertain fear. Ask your guides for help if you slip into fear. Seeing a person's true form or seeing loved ones with a different face - past life or parallel life. Physically manifesting thoughts and desires more quickly and efficiently.

Advice: monitor your thoughts. All thoughts are prayers. Be careful what you ask for.

40. Left-brain fogginess

Your psychic abilities, your intuitive knowing, your feeling and compassion, your ability to experience your body, your visioning, your expressiveness all emanate from the right brain. In order for this side of the brain to develop more fully, the left brain must shut down a little bit. Normally the left-hemisphere's capacity for order, organization, structure, linear sequencing, analysis, evaluation, precision, focus, problem-solving, and mathematics dominate our often less-valued right brain. What results are memory lapses, placing words in the wrong sequence, inability or no desire to read for very long, inability to focus; forgetting what you are just about to say; impatience with linear forms of communication (audio or written formats); a feeling of spaciness, being scattered; losing interesting research or complex information; feeling bombarded with words and talk and information; and a reluctance to write. Sometimes you feel dull and have no interest in analysis, lively intellectual discussion, or investigation. On the other hand, you might find yourself drawn to the sensate: videos, magazines with photos, beautiful artwork, movies, music, sculpting, painting, being with people, dancing, gardening, walking, and other kinaesthetic forms of expression. You may search for spiritual content, even science fiction.

Advice: you may discover that if you allow your heart and your right brain to lead you, the left will then be activated appropriately to support you. And someday we will be well-balanced, using both hemispheres with mastery.

41. Dizziness

This occurs when you are ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is adjusting to your "lighter" state.

Advice: ground yourself by eating protein. Sometimes "comfort food" feels right. Don't make any food right or wrong for you. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment. Take your shoes off and put your feet in the grass for a couple of minutes.

42. Falling, having accidents, breaking bones

Your body is not grounded or perhaps your life is out of balance. Or your body may be telling you to slow down, examine certain aspects of your life, or heal certain issues. There is always a message. When I recently broke my ankle, I understand that my ankle was taking on what I myself refused to deal with. And that was all of the above.

Advice: stay grounded by taking your shoes off and putting your feet in the grass; even better, lie down on the grass without a blanket under you. Feel the earth beneath you. Get out in nature. Slow down and pay attention. Be mindful about what you are doing. Feel your feelings when they come up. Stay in the present. Surround yourself with blue light when you are feeling shaky.

43. Heart palpitations

A racing heart usually accompanies a heart opening. It only lasts for a few moments and means that the heart is re-balancing itself after an emotional release. I had one episode that terrified me: I woke up in the middle of the night, my heart pounding. I thought it was going to come right out of my chest. It only happened once and was, I understand, a huge heart-chakra opening. But I did check it out. There is nothing wrong with my heart.

Advice: Remember what I said about getting medical attention when needed. Consult your doctor about any conditions you are not comfortable with.

44. Faster hair and nail growth

More protein is being used in the body. Too bad we can't tell the body where to grow the hair and where not to grow it. (or can we? Hmmm!) A desire to find your soulmate or twin flame. More than ever before, the idea that we can have a relationship that matches who we are seems more desirable.

Advice: the truth is, we have to be the kind of person we want to attract. We have to love ourselves and where we are right now before we can attract a more "perfect" mate. The work begins at home. Here is how I think it works: hold the desire for this person in your heart, but without attachment. Expect that someday you will meet someone who is more suited to you, but let go of any expectations as to who this will be and how it will happen. Focus instead on cleaning up your own life and being the kind of person you want to be. Be happy now. Enjoy your life. Then you may see ...

45. Memories surface

Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are healing and integrating all our "selves", so expect to have some of these experiences.

Advice: keep in mind that it is best to recall what only what comes to mind,
leave the rest alone, don't analyze everything to death (because you will be stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up. Ask for help from your guides.
