Take action against Egyptian govt. mass pig slaughter

Appalling scenes of horrendous mass pig killing taking place in Egypt right now have sparked international protest. From media footage, we have seen hundreds of live pigs being thrown on top of each other into huge dumper trucks. Some must surely suffocate right away or break their limbs. They are then driven to a mass grave, thrown into it and covered in what appears to be quicklime, where they must endure a slow and agonising death.

Egyptian media reports that "When each lorry is filled with 400 pigs on average, it sets off for the burial ground in Abou Zabal. Once there, something like soft sand is sprinkled on the pigs inside the lorry. This material is made up of factory wastes. The pigs start to scream because of the searing pain until they die some 30 or 40 minutes later."

What is Compassion doing?

We are protesting in person at the Egyptian Embassy in London today and calling on the Ambassador to urge his government to halt the slaughter immediately.

We are calling on the World Animal Health Organisation (the OIE) to urge its member state, Egypt, to halt the slaughter and to abide by the OIE Guidelines on humane slaughter, which Egypt endorsed in 2005.

How can you help?

Please write urgently to the Egyptian Ambassador in your own country, calling for a halt to this inhumane killing. Please point out that such inhumane treatment of animals not only contravenes the OIE Guidelines but is also contrary to Islamic teaching which regards animals as "communities like you" (Qur'an 6:38).

The Mayan Prophecies

Carlos Barrios was born into a Spanish family on El Altiplano, the highlands of Guatemala . His home was in Huehue tenango, also the dwelling place of the Maya Mam tribe.

With other Maya and other indigenous tradition keepers, the Mam carry part of the old ways on Turtle Island (North America).

They are keepers of time, authorities on remarkable calendars that are ancient, elegant and relevant.Mr .Barrios is a historian, an anthropologist and investigator. After studying with traditional elders for 25 years since the age of 19, he has also became a Mayan Ajq'ij, a ceremonial priest and spiritual guide, Eagle Clan.

Years ago, along with his brother, Gerardo, Carlos initiated an investigation into the different Mayan calendars. He studied with many teachers. He says his brother Gerardo interviewed nearly 600 traditional Mayan elders to widen their scope of knowledge.

"Anthropologists visit the temple sites," Mr. Barrios says, "and read the inscriptions and make up stories about the Maya, but they do not read the signs correctly. It's just their imagination ... Other people write about prophecy in the name of the Maya. They say that the world will end in December 2012. The Mayan elders are angry with this. The world will not end. It will be transformed. The indigenous have the calendars, and know how to accurately interpret it, not others.

The Mayan Calendars comprehension of time, seasons, and cycles has proven itself to be vast and sophisticated. The Maya understand 17 different calendars, some of them charting time accurately over a span of more than ten million years. The calendar that has steadily drawn global attention since 1987 is called the Tzolk'in or Cholq'ij.

Devised ages ago and based on the cycle of the Pleiades, it is still held as sacred. With the indigenous calendars, native people have kept track of important turning points in history.

For example, the day keepers who study the calendars identified an important day in the year One Reed, Ce Acatal, as it was called by the Mexicans. That was the day when an important ancestor was prophesied to return, "coming like a butterfly. " In the western calendar, the One Reed date correlates to Easter Sunday, April 21, 1519 the day that Hernando Cortez and his fleet of 11 Spanish galleons arrived from the East at what is today called Vera Cruz, Mexico.

When the Spanish ships came toward shore, native people were waiting and watching to see how it would go.

The billowing sails of the ships did indeed remind the scouts of butterflies skimming the ocean surface. In this manner was a new era initiated, an era they had anticipated through their calendars. The Maya termed the new era the Nine Bolomtikus, or nine Hells of 52 years each. As the nine cycles unfolded, land and freedom were taken from the native people.

Disease and disrespect dominated.

What began with the arrival of Cortez, lasted until August 16, 1987 - a date many people recall as Harmonic Convergence. Millions of people took advantage of that date to make ceremony in sacred sites, praying for a smooth transition to a new era, the World of the Fifth Sun.

From that 1987 date until now, Mr. Barrios says, we have been in a time when the right arm of the materialistic world is disappearing, slowly but inexorably. We are at the cusp of the era when peace begins, and people live in harmony with Mother Earth. We are no longer in the World of the Fourth Sun, but we are not yet in the World of the Fifth Sun. This is the time in-between, the time of transition.

As we pass through transition there is a colossal, global convergence of environmental destruction, social chaos, war, and ongoing Earth changes.

All this, Mr .Barrios says, was foreseen via the simple, spiral mathematics of the Mayan calendars. "It will change," Mr. Barrios observes.

"Everything will change." He said Mayan Day keepers view the DEC. 21,2012 date as a rebirth, the start of the World of the Fifth Sun. It will be the start of a new era resulting from and signified by the solar meridian crossing the galactic equator, and the earth aligning itself with the center of the galaxy.

At sunrise on December 21, 2012 for the first time in 26,000 years the Sun rises to conjunct the intersection of the Milky Way and the plane of the ecliptic. This cosmic cross is considered to be an embodiment of the Sacred Tree, The Tree of Life, a tree remembered in all the world's spiritual traditions.

Some observers say this alignment with the heart of the galaxy in 2012 will open a channel for cosmic energy to flow through the earth, cleansing it and all that dwells upon it, raising all to a higher level of vibration.

This process has already begun, Mr. Barrios suggested.

"Change is accelerating now, and it will continue to accelerate. " If the people of the earth can get to this 2012 date in good shape, without having destroyed too much of the Earth, Mr. Barrios said, we will rise to a new, higher level. But to get there we must transform enormously powerful forces that seek to block the way.

A Picture of the Road Ahead: From his understanding of the Mayan tradition and the calendars, Mr. Barrios offered a picture of where we are at and what may lie on the road ahead: The date specified in the calendar Winter Solstice in the year 2012 does not mark the end of the world. Many outside people writing about the Mayan calendar sensationalize this date, but they do not know.

The ones who know are the indigenous elders who are entrusted with keeping the tradition.

"Humanity will continue," he contends, "but in a different way. Material structures will change. From this we will have the opportunity to be more human. "We are living in the most important era of the Mayan calendars and prophecies. All the prophecies of the world, all the traditions, are converging now. There is no time for games. The spiritual ideal of this era is action. Many powerful souls have reincarnated in this era, with a lot of power. This is true on both sides, the light and the dark.

High magic is at work on both sides. Things will change, but it is up to the people how difficult or easy it is for the changes to come about. The economy now is a fiction. The first five-year stretch of transition from August 1987 to August 1992 was the beginning of the destruction of the material world. We have progressed ten years deeper into the transition phase by now, and many of the so-called sources of financial stability are in fact hollow. The banks are weak. This is a delicate moment for them. They could crash globally if we don't pay attention. If the banks crash ... then we will be forced to rely on the land and our skills. The monetary systems will be in chaos, and we must then rely on our direct relationship with the Earth for our food and shelter. The North and South Poles are both breaking up. The level of the water in the oceans is going to rise. But at the same time land in the ocean, especially near Cuba, is also going to rise.

A Call for Fusion: As he met with audiences in Santa Fe, Mr. Barrios told a story about the most recent Mayan New Year ceremonies in Guatemala . He said that one respected elder, who lives all year in a solitary mountain cave, journeyed to Chichicastenango to speak with the people at the ceremony. The elder delivered a simple, direct message. He called for human beings to come together in support of life and light.

Right now each person and group is going his or her own way. The elder of the mountains said there is hope if the people of the light can come together and unite in some way.

Reflecting on this, Mr. Barrios explained: "We live in a world of polarity: day and night, man and woman, positive and negative. Light and darkness need each other. They are a balance. Just now the dark side is very strong, and very clear about what they want.

They have their vision and their priorities clearly held, and also their hierarchy. They are working in many ways so that we will be unable to connect with the spiral Fifth World in 2012.

"On the light side everyone thinks they are the most important, that their own understandings, or their group's understandings, are the key. There's a diversity of cultures and opinions, so there is competition, diffusion, and no single focus. As Mr. Barrios sees it, the dark side works to block fusion through denial and materialism. It also works to destroy those who are working with the light to get the Earth to a higher level. They like the energy of the old, declining Fourth World, the materialism. They do not want it to change. They do not want fusion. They want to stay at this level, and are afraid of the next level. The dark power of the declining Fourth World cannot be destroyed or overpowered. It's too strong and clear for that, and that is the wrong strategy. The dark can only be transformed when confronted with simplicity and open-heartedness. This is what leads to fusion, a key concept for the World of the Fifth Sun."

Mr. Barrios said the emerging era of the Fifth Sun will call attention to a much-overlooked element. Whereas the four traditional elements of earth, air, fire and water have dominated various epochs in the past, there will be a fifth element to reckon with in the time of the Fifth Sun: ether.

The dictionary defines ether as the rarefied element of the Heavens. Ether is a medium. It permeates all space and transmits waves of energy in a wide range of frequencies, from cell phones to human auras.

What is "ethereal" is related to the regions beyond earth: the heavens. Ether the element of the Fifth Sun is celestial and lacking in material substance, but is no less real than wood, stone or flesh. "Within the context of ether there can be a fusion of the polarities," Mr .Barrios said.

"No more darkness or light in the people, but an uplifted fusion.

But right now the realm of darkness is not interested in this. They are organized to block it. They seek to unbalance the Earth and its environment so we will be unready for the alignment in 2012. We need to work together for peace, and balance with the other side. We need to take care of the Earth that feeds and shelters us. We need to put our entire mind and heart into pursuing unity and fusion now, to confront the other side and preserve life, to be Ready for this Moment in History.

Mr. Barrios told his audiences in Santa Fe that we are at a critical moment of world history. "We are disturbed," he said. "We can't play anymore. Our planet can be renewed or ravaged. Now is the time to awaken and take action. Everyone is needed. You are not here for no reason. Everyone who is here now has an important purpose. This is a hard, but a special time. We have the opportunity for growth, but we must be ready for this moment in history."

Mr. Barrios offered a number of suggestions to help people walk in balance through the years ahead. "The prophesied changes are going to happen," he said "but our attitude and actions determine how harsh or mild they are. We need to act, to make changes, and to elect people to represent us who understand and who will take political action to respect the earth. Meditation and spiritual practice are good, but also action. It's very important to be clear about whom you are, and also about your relation to the Earth. Develop yourself according to your own tradition and the call of your heart. But remember to respect differences, and strive for unity. Eat wisely. A lot of food is corrupt in either subtle or gross ways. Pay attention to what you are taking into your body. Learn to preserve food, and to conserve energy. Learn some good breathing techniques, so you have the mastery of your breath. Be clear. Follow a tradition with great roots. It is not important what tradition, your heart will tell you, but it must have great roots. We live in a world of energy. An important task at this time is to learn to sense or see the energy of everyone and everything: people, plants, animals. This becomes increasingly important as we draw close to the World of the Fifth Sun, for it is associated with the element ether - the realm where energy lives and weaves. Go to the sacred places of the earth to pray for peace, and have respect for the Earth which gives us our food, clothing, and shelter. We need to reactivate the energy of these sacred places. That is our work.

One simple but effective prayer technique is to light a white or baby-blue colored candle. Think a moment in peace. Speak your intention to the flame and send the light of it on to the leaders who have the power to make war or peace. We Have Work to Do.

According to Mr. Barrios this is a crucially important moment for humanity, and for earth. Each person is important. If you have incarnated into this era, you have spiritual work to do balancing the planet. He said the elders have opened the doors so that other races can come to the Mayan world to receive the tradition.

The Maya have long appreciated and respected that there are other colors, other races, and other spiritual systems.

"They know," he said, "that the destiny of the Mayan world is related to the destiny of the whole world. "The greatest wisdom is in simplicity," Mr. Barrios advised before leaving Santa Fe. "Love, respect, tolerance, sharing, gratitude, forgiveness. It's not complex or elaborate. The real knowledge is free. It's encoded in your DNA. All you need is within you. Great teachers have said that from the beginning. Find your heart, and you will find your way.

For Some it is Time to Say Goodbye

We are at an important stage in humanity's evolution, a time of completion and closure, the end of separation and karma and the creation of new energies of reconnection, creation and being powerful. This is a cycle that exists within our own lives as well as for the earth itself. Every aspect of the material world is in a completion cycle at this time. And for some of us, this completion means saying goodbye to our soul partners and groups, to who we heal, how we use our healing energy and our healing commitments.

Healers have been engaged in healing for many lifetimes. Many of us are here at this time because we have healing contracts with our soul groups. And part of our life journey is to complete those contracts, which are not being completed as we had hoped. We are faced with the choice to stay in energies which may no longer suit us and help others with their healing or move on and allow them to find other teachers. Can we say goodbye and not feel guilty about those we believe we are leaving behind?

When we have moved out of a vibration it is uncomfortable for us to be with those who have that energy. And so the choice for us is obvious, to move fully into our new vibration and experience our reality from this new level. But we have strong ties to our soul groups that are part of our emotional DNA and it can be tempting for us to delay our growth because we feel their pain and fear. It is our natural tendency to help them because that is what we have always done. So we delay our own movement, hoping that by giving them one more chance they will 'see the light' and our completion cycle can include their healing as well as ours.

Everyone is being given the opportunity to complete their cycles, to move into higher levels of being, to accept new vibrations and to ascend. But not everyone is ready or willing to do the work that is required for their completion. We will all face painful choices to allow those close to us to learn, heal and grow without our hand holding. Our choice has to be for ourselves, for what is best for our own soul growth. And we can disconnect energetically from others to allow them to find their own power, to direct their healing and to ascend in their own way and in their own time. We can guide everyone to the light of their own understanding by gently disconnecting from our need to heal others and release ourselves from the commitment to their healing. Then we will complete our cycles and allow them to finish theirs in a way that brings them to the full realization of their power and divinity, without sacrificing our own soul growth in the process.

Prioritise your energy

Another fantastic, timely reminder from Jennifer Hoffman ...

There are many demands on your energy at this time as you are called to hold energy for yourselves, the planet, for humanity and to shine your light as a healing beacon for others. You came as teachers, healers, energy workers and channels, with work to do, contracts to fulfill and karma and ancient energetic paradigms to heal and complete. You are also the light for your soul groups, creating new paradigms for them to adopt or reject, allowing them to heal or engage with the new energy you create. Knowing how to prioritize your energy so that you are providing the right balance of support and healing is important to you so that you are not draining your own energy to help others on their healing journey.

Your first responsibility is to yourself, to ensure that your energy is available to complete your healing work. Taking care of yourself is an acknowledgement of the importance of your presence and work. The healing work you came to do involves others but many of you have come to disengage from your soul groups and to have closure with them. Many of these choices are energetic in nature and involve how much you will contribute energetically to others' healing. This is a change in the nature of healing, which is now possible because you have learned how to be the light instead of being the healing.

Whose energy needs are more important? That is a choice that you must each make. Some of your lessons with your soul groups involve power issues and they appear to you in the form of need or control situations. You can heal others without giving power to them by holding your own energy at its highest vibrations and allowing them to raise their energy, rather than lowering your energy levels to connect with them at theirs. When this happens you are allowing others to become your priority, instead of yourself.

You cannot hold energy or be focused on your own healing work when you are drained or giving too much to others. Those who need your energy have established this pattern with you over many lifetimes. Each of you is powerful, connected and is here to learn and heal. You can model healing by being energetically in balance with your own needs, raising your vibrations and allowing others to make their own choices. You are each the light of the world and your energy is needed for the purpose you have come to fulfill. Others are healed by finding and connecting to their power and learning to manage their energy. Be the source for them by becoming the new paradigm for healing through reminding them of their power.

Oh boy, they are at it again, those Angels ... I keep on receiving updates, newsletters and allsorts with "surrender" as the key message ... yes, I hear you!!!

My dear friends, we love you so very much

Enjoy your lives dear friends. Don't waste your time in worry, for God cares about each and every one of you and true abundance flows through a heart willing to receive his love and guidance. So many of you are what we call "do it yourself-ers." Due to impatience, lack of faith, unwillingness to surrender to the movement in your own hearts, or fear that your dreams will not come true, you try to force things in your lives, rather than relaxing into the natural movement of God. When you act upon the guidance of God you will take actions that inspire and uplift you and ones that are truly productive. When you act out of fear you create unnecessary labor and chaos in your lives.

Let us share with you an example. You want a new job and yet at the present time you are uninspired to go and look for one. You can force yourself to look, lose yourself in worry because you cannot find what you are seeking, conclude that God doesn't care about you, and then give up in frustration. Alternately, you can intend the type of job you want and then each and every morning sit in silent pray. Ask God for what you want. Feel how it will feel to have what you want, and ask one simple question. "God is there anything you need me to do today to help create this change?" Trust the answer you hear or feel in your own hearts. If for example you have the urge to eat lunch with a friend, call them and schedule a lunch date. They may be the one with the recommendation you seek.

If you have the urge to look in the classifieds, do so... you may find the job you are seeking, or you may open your mind to other ideas.

Dear ones, just as there is a huge difference between acting out of impatience (fear) and acting out of guidance (love), there is also a huge difference between surrender and lethargy or laziness.
Lethargy or laziness occurs when you know what to do and you are not doing it. For example, you get the urge to meet the friend but you do not call, making an excuse why you don't want to bother them. You want to go but you don't allow yourself this joy and in so doing miss an opportunity.

Laziness and lethargy are borne of a fear of failure,a fear of success, or the sad illusion that nothing you do will matter.

Surrender is borne of confidence and the truth that God will guide you in the right time and in the right way. Surrender comes when you have done what you are guided to do and there is no other guidance at the time. Surrender is borne of love. Laziness is born of fear

So impatience creates actions born of fear, just as surely as laziness or lethargy is inaction born of fear.

Guided action is born from love, and from the desires within your heart. Surrender is patient loving inaction born of confidence in God's love for you.

How will you know the difference. Simply stated, impatience and lethargy or laziness lead to frustration and feelings of being separate from the creator's love. Guided action and true surrender lead to feelings of inspiration and connection to God.

Dear ones, God does love you. God does want to help you through your lessons with greater ease and grace so you may harvest the fruits of your labors. Breathe deeply. Take time each day to sit in silence and ask God, "What is next?" Act when the inspirations come to you. Be still and surrender when they do not. In this fashion, your life will flow with grace.

Egypt 2009 Fire Gate 1

I am Kuthumi and I come forward upon the rays of Love and Wisdom to greet each of you at this time and to bring unto you the blessings of higher wisdom, inner knowledge, self acceptance and synchronicity. Greetings beloved ones.

And it is with great joy and pleasure in our hearts that we may gather with each of you upon this day as we hold you firmly within the heart of Christ and securely within the hands of God.

Beloved ones this first journey of the Fire Gates is a journey of unveiling. It is the unveiling of the authentic self, the journey into another world, a world of your truth that you as yet have not connected with. Every year you are presented with a new cycle of reconnecting with the sacredness of the authentic self.

Now the first Fire Gate is impacting directly your base chakra; this is the gateway that Goddess Hathor will accompany you through and Akhenaton will pave the way for this powerful transition into a new way of experiencing yourself. All of the Fire Gates are forcing you to look within, to go within and to understand the purpose of your light, the purpose of the creation of your life and how you can best live it, experience it and deal with whatever happens during those cycles.

The first Fire Gate shows you the destructive energies that lie in projecting your low self-esteem or lack of belief in self onto others by expecting people to treat you the way you feel about yourself and this often done subconsciously. The most important of this message, beloved ones, is to do with COMPARISON, and I have spoken before of comparison, but this initiation shows you that when you compare yourself to another, when you wish to be someone else or something that you are not you take that person or that situation’s karma on. If you wish you were a famous actor or actress, a person in particular, or you wish you were rather your best friend or you had someone else’s life, your wish is granted for you take on their karma, you take on an imprint of their life and it becomes enmeshed in your own and this often leads to very confusing, upsetting and debilitating experiences therefore, this initiation takes you all the way back down to basics, to the basic chakra, the base, the foundation and you need to start asking yourself who’s karma have you taken on? Who do you envy? Who do you judge? Who do you criticise? Who do you wish you were other than yourself?

Remember these words, beloved ones: what you judge you become, what you compare yourself to you also become. For years now we have been speaking about owning your truth, taking responsibility for your actions, your thoughts and your words; this is not to do with ensuring that you can manifest certain things in your life. Many of you have externalised that thinking that if you follow what we have said you will manifest external wealth and many other things, but what about that inner world? What about that inner wealth, the inner joy, the inner love? That does not exist in the capacity it should in order for you to truly live the best life possible, you have embraced the idea of the promise of new life.

The Sun energy is powerful, the Sun blazes a trail for you but it also burns through that which no longer serves you therefore, the Goddess Hathor will show you the sacred chambers of the base chakra, it is from this place that the new light of the new passion for your life will emerge.

Beloved ones it is vital that you understand that until you know yourself you cannot get off the wheel of reincarnation. This is one of the most powerful times in humanity’s Earth and spiritual history, you are being given opportunities like never before, the Aquarian Age has brought you this opportunity to acquire knowledge and most important self knowledge.

Digesting the understanding that you become what you judge, that you become what you envy and what you reject will create an important shift in your relationship to self therefore, this Fire Gate severs the ties to the external world in a manner of speaking and forces you, again in a manner of speaking, to turn within, to look at why you want to be someone else, why you reject certain things about people, why you judge and why you are generally unhappy with your own life and your own self. The only way you can get out of the prison of fate is by rising above it, by making this journey, by taking full responsibility for you and believe me, many of you have not even grasped the full understanding of what that means. The reason for this is because then all of a sudden you are left alone in your world, your world being what you are experiencing as your life, as Michelle’s life or Peter’s life or Jack or Jill’s life, that is your primary focus for this time.

As we travel through the sacred lands where Akhenaton brought through incredible new energies, which he was not allowed to leave there because of everyone else rejecting him, his temples where not permitted to stand because of what he stood for therefore the material that he built his temples in did not last very long. So I trust that you can begin to see that this journey through the Fire Gates and experiencing the unveiling may initially sound daunting but I assure you, as you move through each of the Gates you will discover more of the authenticity about you.

So now relax your body, still your mind and close your eyes and feel yourself contained within your body being animated by the Spirit of Mother/Father God and the spirit of your true self.

Feel the essence or imagine the essence of your base chakra; the foundation of your life, and contained within it are all your fears, your judgements, your envies, rejections, criticisms and all those debilitating thoughts, feelings, words and actions that you have projected onto others and others onto you.

Now imagine Akhenaton and the Goddess Hathor and see yourself standing between the two of them. Feel their energies connect with you. They take you by each hand and begin moving forward. As you walk you notice that you are in this exquisite desert, sand dunes everywhere, you feel the heat of the Sun on your body. Continue to walk.

They ask you to close your eyes and to trust them in guiding each step. They walk a little further and then stop. Goddess Hathor places the palm of her right hand directly over your third eye chakra, this opens a portal of higher consciousness and awareness, which sends a ray of light down to your base chakra opening the portals of light within your base chakra.

An exquisite blood red crystal begins to emerge from your base chakra extending all the way up your spine until it connects with your third eye chakra. This is your crystal of empowerment; contained within this crystal is all the knowledge of your authentic self, it contains the energy and power of your most empowered self - the part of you that is completely at peace with being totally responsible for yourself, the part of you that indulges in self knowledge and understanding the complexities of your divine nature, your human and animal natures.

Akhenaton lets go of your hand, your eyes are still shut and he walks a little further ahead. You begin to hear an unusual sound and this sound penetrates the cells of your body and the activation of the Fire Gate begins to reverberate all the way into your DNA. This vibration begins to dislodge the negativity within your base chakra that has became firmly rooted and ingrained in your attitudes, your beliefs, your identity and everything else that you attach to that you see as an extension of who you are; the difference is that with these extensions you define yourself by them, you have failed to see that it is not really you that it’s just an expression of a part of you but does not mean or tell anyone what lies in your heart, what lies in your soul, what kind of person you are beneath the masks of your facial features, the way your physical body looks and this, precious ones, is the journey to true power. When you feel that power coursing through your veins there will be moments where you feel untouchable, at one with life, so in love with everything that it is impossible for you to be separate from anything or anyone. That merging is the Divine Marriage, it is not about co-dependency or attachments out of fear.

The sound increases sending greater vibrations through your body.

Goddess Hathor now pulls you forward, she whispers to you to now open your eyes and you see this magnificent crystal temple that has appeared within the middle of the desert.

This crystal temple is emanating rays of exquisite red light. Inside this temple is a sacred code, one of your sacred codes, which will be encoded into your base chakra so that the unveiling may flow.

Akhenaton takes your hand again. They ask you to take three deep breaths in and out.

And you begin to move forward and you are granted entry to crystal temple. As you move through the doorway the Fire Gate activates it full power; it sends messages to your body in a nanosecond, all this information is immediately assimilated by the cells of your body, it enters all the way into your central nervous system and into all the fibres of energy within you.

As you move deeper into the temple you begin to feel the crystal inside your body extending from your base to your third eye also begins to vibrate as it absorbs the information and the energy contained within this crystal temple (this is information and energy pertaining to your specifically).

As you look down to the crystal floor you see a beautiful sacred symbol emerging, floating up towards your base chakra and as you take a deep breath in draw that symbol into your base, and as you exhale allow it to just settle.

Goddess Hathor now moves to stand behind you. In her hand is another crystal, quartz crystal, filled with this exquisite red light. She parts the hair at the nape of your neck and begins to encode the sacred language of the Sun Priestesses all along your spine, beginning at the nape of your neck. Just breathe in and out as she encodes the sacred text all along your spine until she reaches the base.

While she does this you will then become aware of four of the Solar Goddesses manifesting within this temple, each of them holding a sacred Sun Disk. These Sun Disks contain symbols and they emanate frequencies that speak to the chakras of your body. They now come to stand around you at the positions of North, South, East and West - the elements of Earth, Fire, Water and Air. They begin to chant the sacred sounds of this particular temple at which time the Sun Disks leave their hands. These Sun Disks float to the front of your body, the frequencies they emit penetrate your base chakra and your third eye chakra and begin the configuration of solar power inside of you. How this will unfold is unique unto you.

These Priestesses know you in your true soul nature and will be there to take you through the whole process of this unveiling, if there is anything in particular relating to your base chakra and issues around wanting to be someone else or, experience your life as something else then speak to them of this so that the power that emerges from this is a power directing you along the pathway of your true destiny as an authentic warrior of the light, and not as a desperate victim seeking just to survive their fate. This is the time where you can relieve yourself of the prison of fate and merge with the sacred path of destiny.

Turn your palms to the heavens now. Two of these disks now come to hover above your left hand and two above your right hand. Some of you may feel the vibrations of these energies in your palm, hold it there.

Akhenaton now steps forward, he has within his hand the feather of a Raven. He moves toward your third eye and using this feather he writes the ancient code of the Solar Gods and Goddesses, Priests and Priestesses on your third eye chakra. This will be integrated into your body and when you are ready the message will become clear, for the vision will be granted.

Breathe in deeply exhaling fully. Once he is finished he takes the golden disk from around his neck and he presses it against your third eye encoding yet another divine symbol. It doesn’t matter if you can’t see or sense the symbols just relax knowing that it is done.

The disks above your hands now begin to merge with the chakras of your hands. Those energies will always be present and be part of everything that you give and everything that you receive so be aware of what you are giving and what you are receiving.

Goddess Hathor now places a Mother of Pearl cloak over your shoulders, this will seal the energies of what she has encoded into your spine.

The four Sun Priestesses move back to their original position and the energies from the four directions and the four elements now swoop into your base chakra. Take a deep breath in as you inhale those energies into your base and let them settle and relax.

Now, beloved ones, you will remain within this sacred crystal Fire Temple for the next ten hours. During this time Goddess Hathor and Akhenaton and the four Solar Priestesses present with you will ensure that you complete everything required to ensure that the Fire Gate has been completely connected to the essence of your base chakra, and that the unveiling can also complete its process.

Take time to write down your feelings and your thoughts, write down about every person you have ever envied, wished you were, rejected or judged and vice versa. This will show you where you have taken on the karma of another and very willingly adopted it as your own, and I speak not of that which you have taken on from your genetic line, I am speaking of people in your outer world. This is a very important part of this process, a very important key lies within that.

Through your journal writing you will come to understand what exactly you need to release now and what you need to focus on in order to complete this journey through the first Fire Gate.

Akhenaton holds out a goblet toward you, it is filled with pure crystal water, drink it. As the crystal water enters your body it washes away the tension, anxiety or any stress related to that which you are now going to work through. Some of you may even find that you have already started working with these issues and what you are experiencing now is simply a confirmation that you are on the right track, that you are hearing the inner guidance and that you are certainly more than ready to step into a whole new world.

Beloved ones this is a journey of taking your power into yourself in a way that you have not done it before. We are taking you deeper and deeper into the realms of self, a journey very few have the courage to embark upon but, if you want to be free of your fate this is what you must do. This then elevates you to the level of Avatars and all the ancient wise teachers. We the Ascended Masters who were in physical form, you will attain that level if you are willing to take this journey, if you are willing to look at yourself, own yourself, love yourself and believe implicitly in yourself.

So, precious ones, another reconstruction, another redecoration and another reinvention of yourself is underway, this time the architect and the designers are your inner authentic power. Do not underestimate what this will bring to you and what it will reveal to you.

Give thanks now to Akhenaton and to the Goddess Hathor and the four Solar Priestesses. You are going to remain within this temple, by giving your gratitude you are acknowledging that you are willing to make this journey, that you are willing to do whatever it takes to become your most empowered self. Without self knowledge there is nothing only the process of taking on more and more of other people’s karma.

Take a deep breath in exhaling fully as we begin to draw your consciousness back into your physical body, still connected to the sacred crystal temple in the desert. The red crystal in your body along your spine will continue to emanate the frequencies that have been activated ensuring that the signature within your magnetic field lets everything and everyone know the time has come for your world to change.

Relax your body, rotate the nape of your neck, move your shoulders, rotate your wrists and your ankles; grounding you firmly back in your physical body.

Beloved ones I cannot emphasise enough how important this process of journal writing is, it will give you the insights and the clarity that you seek, it will help you to see why it is that you have wished you were someone else. Now please bear in mind I am not referring to your personal dreams, your personal goals, hopes and wishes, we are focusing specifically on instances where you have envied another person or felt anger or hatred to another person because they appear to be more than you or have more than you or are happier than you or more successful or more intelligent or better looking than you – every time you have felt that you have taken on some of their karma. So are you ready to let this all go? Are you ready to live your life focusing on the journey of your fate and rising above it, moving along the pathway of destiny, the journey of the Avatars, the Ascended Masters, are you ready? If your answer is yes then do whatever it takes, you will succeed.

These Fire energies will help you to understand your anger as well. Now Mary Magdalene recently spoke about mastering the Fire Element, we suggest that you work with that particular process that she speaks of, the message will help you understand how to manage the fire within and how to deal with the fire of others. So as these messages merge together you will have tools at your disposal to make all of this a reality. (Kuthumi is referring to the channelling of 11:1 that Mary Magdalene did for 11 January 2009)

Know that I, Kuthumi, walk with each of you through the Fire Gates. You are now in the world that lies beyond the Second Ascension Gateway, now you are swimming with the “big fish” as I said in the transmission of the ascension (21:12 Channelling 21/12/2008). You have earned this right, take advantage of it and continue to grow with the flow of your life.

Each day that passes from this one will bring you the information you require. Pay attention to signs, if anything comes to you three times or more be it a word, a person, a symbol, an idea, that is a sign look into it, follow it, what is its message?

Akhenaton is very present with all of you and he too will take you on very unique and sacred journeys into the lands that he once walked upon. So be alert, be aware, allow your senses to open up and allow the world to speak to you, allow the sacred lands of the Sun Gods and Goddesses to caress your spirit and as this is done so your chakras will become more empowered, your Sun Chakra will gain in strength and you will be prepared to birth a new part of your birth as an authentic being. So as you birth a new part of your birth a new chakra is born, and this chakra is linked directly to your authentic self, it is one of the chakras of your authentic self merging with the chakras of your human self strengthening everything on every level and aligning it completely with your personal power.

And so it is then, beloved ones, that as you complete this journey through the first Fire Gate that you will emerge at the end of all of these activations more in touch with that truth. Be sure to drink a lot of water, when you work with the Fire Element you need more fluid than usual, keep your body hydrated, eat foods that ground you, eat foods that are red in colour or black in colour (all the foods that support the base chakra), root vegetables, anything that is grown in the earth will support your base chakra. Therefore, beloved ones, you will find that the body responds to that which it is being nurtured with and physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually there is a system of support in place.

Trust in the many invisible arms that are holding each of you, walking with you, guiding you and protecting you and know that there isn’t a moment that you walk alone for we are all one and with you always in all ways. May the light of the Sun melt all the ice-olated (isolated) parts of yourself and may your life come to flow beautifully.

In between but almost there ... Karen Bishop's latest Wings entry

There are a variety of manifestations currently occurring, all relating to our arrival in a new space due to the release of our presence in the old reality. In this way, much can seem confusing, conflicting, and even contradictory for many of us now, but as the ascension process continues to show us, it is never a clear, easy, or even plausible road the majority of the time.

Our current themes? Manifesting what we may have always wanted, finding ourselves feeling as if we have no purpose, desire, or interest in anything, feeling completely alone with absolutely no connections, anger and resentment at the past, stuck in old relationships, being extremely busy wrapping up so we can move forward, setting things up for the new, or feelings of bliss, excitement and having the beginning experiences of new connections and an amazing new beginning of freedom and joy.

What an interesting hodge podge of manifestations, but they all make sense if we know what is transpiring with our evolutionary process.

When we complete important phases of our spiritual evolutionary journey, we go to a new space. Thus, when we are “done,” we find ourselves in a space of re-booting or feeling empty and apathetic about much. Nothing excites us anymore, we may feel useless, lethargic, empty, perhaps assuming we are depressed, and our joyous states of excitement and high energy may be completely gone. This state of being is an indicator that we have completed a very important phase within ourselves and with the planet. It is very common for ascension.

I remember this phase well when I experienced a substantial leap in 2001. At that time, no one knew much about the ascension process and I only knew that I felt like a retired person with absolutely nothing to do. I was at loose ends with no sense of purpose, no direction, and too much time on my hands. Eventually I connected to my area of service and everything changed. If you are in this phase, just hold on because it will pass. And when it does, you will regain your happy and joyful energy of excitement and curiosity, with a “pinch yourself” feeling regarding all the new that is arriving in your space….a new that you thought might never transpire.

Feeling apathetic about much simply means that your energy and your soul is “in between.” You have completed your role and evolutionary process at one rung of the ladder, and are now poised in between rungs….hanging perhaps in mid-air as you have not yet fully landed on your new rung. You are also re-wiring as well in order to be fully ready for your new step. You can no longer do what you did before. All in divine and perfect order.

In addition, the first wavers are really done in many ways. Stepping Into the New Reality addresses this situation in the beginning sections of the book. First wavers have been around for eons of time, have experienced everything and anything they could infuse their soul energy into, and have nothing much left to do. In this way, after the first wavers have fulfilled much of their soul plans for assisting the earth in starting over, they will leave for a very new reality in a very new universe never inhabited by their souls before….and they will begin on the bottom rung of the ladder of reality for that universe (but it will be an awesome rung, in a very high dimensional universe!)

So then, for some of us, we are now beginning the stages of simply being here, enjoying ourselves with all our needs met, and sitting back while we observe the other reality making its changes while we begin to experience the promised land. If you are one who is feeling that the simple moments are all that matter, that simply being and enjoying this earth are now the things you wish to connect to, then you are most likely in this group. In addition, completing a huge phase like the one just completed, will very naturally place a soul in this position. It is now up to us to decide if we want to stay here and enjoy, or move on to another experience. And of course we also have the option of continuing on with our service to humanity as the angels of the New Earth.

If you are one who is feeling useless, done, lethargic, and uninterested in anything new, pat yourself on the back. It is because of you that we are now where we are as a planet. You have done your job well. And now you get to decide what it is that you really want to do…something that you may have always wanted…and this is why the “getting what we have always wanted” energy has arrived as well (more about this further on).

When we arrive on a new rung, many times we do not arrive with the same individuals that we have been connected to before. In this way, very suddenly, we may feel as if we have absolutely no one in our lives. We separate for various reasons. At times, our souls are now ready for a new role or “assignment,” and thus previous soul connections may part as they now do not share the same purpose. Other times, we may simply have evolved beyond our prior relationships and must now move on and vice versa. In addition, we dis-connect from many when we are in a re-booting stage. We must remain free and clear while we are gearing up for something very new. So then, we may resume some of our prior relationships, but we will be different in regard to how we interact with them.

The more we evolve, the more things purify and become simpler. Thus, it is very common for us to have only a very few friends or connections as we evolve to the higher states of being. Higher energy creates connections that are more direct and simple, with a simpler purpose. The higher we evolve, the more our shared purpose is simply about love and respect, or perhaps companionship. In the lower dimensions, we may overlap with another because we share a love of bowling, or with another because we share an interest in dogs, or even with another because we may each have a passion for community building.

As we evolve higher and higher, we shed off any lower vibrating energies, and thus, simplicity is the result. Thus, we have fewer and fewer friends and associations until there are enough of us at a certain level of vibrational reality. And the higher we vibrate, the more we dis-connect from relationships that involved support for one another, as we find that not only do we not need supportive energy ourselves, but we no longer wish to give support either, as this state of interaction does not exist in the higher realms. So then, relationships for this purpose may cease to exist as well.

The journey to this new space that is now being offered to us created other manifestations as well. We needed to wrap up the old in order to be free to arrive in the new. In this way, we may have found ourselves preparing for the new by setting up new foundations, by simplifying and examining our old spaces or responsibilities, by trying to let go of any old manifestations that were holding us back or down, and so forth.

In addition, having to “go back” to anything of the old could really feel downright awful! It was really a time to let go and to become vigilant and clear. Refusing to participate in the old is a good way to get out of it. In addition, if we do not participate, give energy to, or interact with energies we no longer want to be a part of, they can no longer exist for us. In this way, we may have been tested in regard to having old undesirable energies arrive for us, only as if to say, “Are you still willing to allow me into your space?” All we need do is to say, “NO!” We can only become stuck if we allow ourselves to. When we evolve, the lower vibrating energies always attempt to hold us back. It is really OK to disengage from them without feeling guilty. We do not need to be in that old space anymore, and we cannot move forward until we are willing to let go of it.

If you are having intense feelings of “Don’t make me go back there!”, then I would suggest to you that you do not have to. We have earned our way into a higher level reality now, and we deserve to be here in all ways. We have been released from our old duties and responsibilities, and going with this flow and new reality (by not holding on to the old) is paramount in allowing us through these new gates.

Another current manifestation of being released into the new reality is suddenly having what we have always wanted. This has been a long road the past few years. For those who transitioned into higher vibrating states of being several years ago, it has been a long road of waiting for the masses to catch up. Our time and energetic space needed to remain in the old, in order to support it in evolving higher. And even if we had indeed arrived somewhere new, it was simply not yet time to move forward into creating this very new reality.

In this way, many of us are weary. Although we believed that 2008 would be the year of new beginnings, as frequently occurs, we decided to wait yet another year so that more souls would be able to get on board. Thus, 2009 will now be this new and exciting year of new beginnings. In this way, we may have forgotten what we have always wanted until it suddenly and very unexpectedly arrives for us! And at this juncture we may not even care anymore, as our desires can change so radically the more we evolve.

Amazing and “very perfect for us” manifestations are arriving as if from nowhere, or perhaps from a secret fairy who knows who we are and what we need. Thus, very slowly we will find that the world will and can indeed be a place for joy, peace, love, miraculous creations, and beautiful relationships….just in the nick of time. For those waiting for so long, we may have wondered if too much time had gone by and if it was indeed too late. We could take no more.

The past few days, my grandchildren and I have been playing a lot of games. One of these games is a board game called “Mousetrap.” We got it because of the intricate parts of the game and are actually making up our own game to play so we can utilize these parts. On the board is a sort of intricate course. When a marble is introduced to the parts of this course, it goes on a journey…..down a shoot, hitting a lever which moves another part, at times knocking a diver off a board and into a pool, and then at the end, a trap is released and the mouse is caught. The course is long and intricate, and each piece must fit together perfectly in order for the marble to create the ultimate result and for the course to operate without disruption. When the marble completes its journey, we all shout with glee and roar with laughter, as it is so much fun to watch.

If the course did not fit together properly or if there was a part that was missing or broken, then there would be a disruption and the marble would never reach the end of its journey and the end result would not be able to be created.

If you are one who is not experiencing much in the way of the “getting what we have always wanted” miracles, then I would suggest to you that there is a block in your “course.” The more we are free, clear, and open, the more of these miraculous miracles we will experience in our lives. The “marble,” or higher energy of this new space needs to be able to move through us as clearly as possible without hitting any glitches. (Unlike the game, in the end, we are not “trapped” but freed.)

What are some of the things that may be holding us back from experiencing this energy? Holding onto anger because of the past is one. We were “held hostage” in the lower vibrations for so long because we needed to be around some lower energies in order to bring them up a notch or two. We may have felt misled or used and abused during this time. In order to move ahead, we really need to let go of any resentment. We may also have resentment and anger from any of these situations from our long ago past as well. We are free now and in order to experience this new freedom, it can really help to be free in our thoughts as well.

Too many responsibilities is another scenario that can hold us back. Letting go of as many things as possible in our lives, and making our lives as simple as possible can really help.

Getting out of the system in as many ways possible as another assist. The old system is rapidly falling now, and in addition it really has some entrapment energy as well.

We can refuse to participate with energy that does not feel good to us. When we do this, almost always, a new and better door will open, or we may even realize that it is time to let go of the old. The Home Page of this web site lists some indicators of becoming an Earth Angel or in other words, indicators of new behaviors when arriving in this new space.

And of course, being in the moment and relaxing as much as possible always helps too. If we can let go and know that what we are experiencing has a higher purpose, then a higher vibrating energy can come through and take care of things for us…directed by our soul, of course!

If you are feeling very done and very grumpy because you cannot fully get out of the old, or perhaps because your new has yet to arrive, know that you are not alone. There is still much to transpire as we navigate through the waters of allowing a New Earth to emerge and be created, while the old continues its process of departing. Being smack in the middle of the end times would be daunting for most everyone!

The Emerging New Reality

We have made great progress the past few days, all, as always, in divine and perfect order. Moving into this new space, and this new reality, creates certain steps and phases that must take place, as all transitions do. We have indeed been removed from the old reality of holding a space for others, for helping and assisting, and of fulfilling our plan of bringing up the vibration for the whole.

These final steps involve releasing the old, believing we are indeed in a new land and choosing to see it, and of course, the beginning experiences of creating things very new for us.

At the end of December and into January, I made a journey to North Carolina from my home in New Mexico to gather up my daughter and grandchildren and bring them back here to New Mexico. Several weeks or months prior, I was told by my non-physical star companion that a specific area would be ideal for them. As I got in the car one day, he appeared in the passenger seat, and together we drove the 2 ½ hours as he guided me to this new area.

Well, it was most certainly not an area I would have ever guessed to be ideal or even higher vibrating, but the more the pieces arrived, and the more synchronicities Ari experienced, the more we could see that this was indeed her ideal spot. Every time she turned on the television, for instance, this area would show up, and she only had one channel! She had finally, finally decided to leave the small suppressed town where she had resided for the past ten years, as these past ten years had proved to be extremely challenging for her. Her soul had agreed to bridge the races and bring up the vibration of this area, but somewhere in the process, it had dragged her down instead of her bringing things up. (Ari has lovingly given me permission to share her story here.)

She had attempted to leave two times prior, but was simply not ready and could not bring herself to leave, as it was not yet time. This January it finally was. I cannot begin to tell you the change in her since she departed her old land and arrived in the new. She has come back to herself...she has reconnected to her soul and to her divine calling, she is blissfully happy, and her life is now magical and full of miracles. I shed tears of joy at this new development, as the past ten years have been so challenging for me to see her suffer so.

Ari and I have been best friends our entire lives, as it has always been just the two of us since her moment of conception. Never bickering or fighting, we have always simply loved each other. Seeing her suffer while she made her choices was so very difficult as her best friend and her mother...but now, things are finally back to the way they were when we were together all those years prior. She is happy once again. She has the original joy in her step...she is being who she once was all over again....and her life is full of ease. We sit together holding hands as we had before, and spend our time laughing, having great adventures, and enjoying the magic of life.

My grandchildren are thriving, coming into their own, and we frequently comment that our faces hurt from so much smiling. The children's new doctor has a name that is frequently used as a label for the new children, and her assistant has a name that is cosmic... we have found amazing things to do and see here, with fantastic aquatic centers for swimming, new and spectacular libraries, sports programs for all ages, a community that takes great pride in itself with inhabitants that absolutely love what they are doing and cannot do enough for us, and the list goes on and on.

Ari has is now in her very protected space of heaven, and I am blessed to be spending part of my time there as well. For me, knowing that my daughter is OK once again, feels like an incredible long awaited miracle, and I frequently become emotional at this realization. It has been a long time coming for all of us on this planet. It still seems almost too good to be true.

I share this story with you as an example that we have indeed left the old and have arrived in the new. I have been writing for several years now that we will eventually find ourselves in protected and magical places on "the other side" while the remainder of the planet continues its transition for the next four years. We are now finally at this juncture with the ascension process. Things are indeed progressing right on track. Those of us holding more light than most, have completed a very important phase, and are now being freed up to move into the new. This was part of our plan, so even though we may have felt trapped in the past, things were actually being orchestrated at higher soul levels, and thus, everything was in divine and perfect order.

This past year, it was common for many of us to have experienced situations where we now might feel that we were misled or perhaps that certain things or situations were not revealed to us completely. At first, when these situations became evident, the remaining ego parts of ourselves might have felt abused, used, hurt, or even angry. But at higher levels, things had to be this way. We had agreed to stay put at the lower levels for a while...until enough of the lower vibrating masses could be affected and thus given an opportunity to catch up before the shift occurred. In this way, we were indeed being trapped or held hostage, but our souls are very advanced and knew we could handle this situation. If we had not been misled or if things had not been misrepresented to us, we would have never become involved in these situations, and we need to be there even if these situations eventually became intolerable.

Now we are free. Yes, we are free.

For the past three years, I have driven a leased Toyota 4Runner. After I got it, I absolutely fell in love with Toyota vehicles and their company. My lease was up in December and I knew I had to either buy the car or get something new. With all the transition energy and new changes, I was not ready then, so Toyota gave me an extension until things settled down for me. A few times during our exploring travels in Ari's new area, we would get lost and end up at a Toyota dealer. In addition, I am currently selling my 8 ½ acres of land here in Ramah, as I need more acreage now. Still staying in this area, I found a new piece of land, will be building my passive solar home on top of a very protected rocky mesa, and the owner of this new piece of land has graciously agreed to hold the land until my prior land sells. In this way, I wanted a new vehicle that could handle the rough terrain easily, and one that I would love to get dirty and muddy!

I imagined down to the last detail what would be perfect for me and my situation, and I really wanted it to be a Toyota. Well, the FJ Cruiser fit in every way. For me, it felt like a sort of special magical creation that existed in some strange reality of illusions. It was almost too perfect in every way. But that was several months ago, and I could only hold that vision at the time, as some kind of connector to the new. This past week-end, I finally stopped by the dealer, only to be told that Toyota was not making these cars in 2009 due to the upheavals in the economy and so forth.

I went back home to Ramah and got a call the next day from a wonderful man who was helping me. He had just gotten a Cruiser in and was holding it for me. I decided to check my credit out. Not involved in the system much, I did know at least that I had great credit. Much to my horror, I found out that my credit score was "very poor" ! Two years ago, I had cancelled a contract with a television satellite company, as they were not providing the service that they had committed to. I had called them several times, had their representatives out, written them many letters, and was not willing to pay for something they were not providing or would not even take responsibility for. They would not budge. Having paid my bill in full, they had reported me to collections for a breaking the contract fee. I had never had a collection agency involved with me before, and was mortified until I realized what was actually occurring.

I do not belong in the old system anymore, and I know that many of you do not either. Purchasing a car by buying something on credit was very rare for me. It was a new experience of becoming involved in the system and I really got a view of what is occurring there. The old systems are crashing, as we well know. We need not be affected by them. In this way, I came to know that I really did not care what the old system had to say about me. Ari wailed, "But Mom, they are ruining your good name!" But who was really ruining my good name anyway? A system that did not make sense? Not having any debt, my credit score would be low for that reason anyway, and that never made sense to me either!

I called Toyota and explained my dilemma. They looked me up in their system and laughed. They said no worries, as my payment record had been so good with my lease that they would offer me my new vehicle for a very low interest rate, and that was it. And as my time with them progressed, the interest rate got lower and lower. So.......I am now a proud owner of a beautiful FJ Cruiser. My experience with the individuals at Toyota was also very magical and awesome indeed. They literally hid my new car from the public until I arrived, as this car was in such demand...much in the same way that my new land is being held for me. By the time I left, we were almost one big happy family with much love and support between all of us. They did so many wonderful things for me. And in addition, this new vehicle is for me, something I had always dreamed about. In many years past, I frequently envisioned myself in some kind of safari looking truck in Africa among nature and the animals. Not realizing it immediately, I suddenly became aware that my new Cruiser looks just like that! A long forgotten dream suddenly arriving from a time in the distant past. A dream that could not manifest until much of the shifting and evolving had been completed. A dream from another time...a vision from my youth....a dream that had occurred when things had been very different indeed.

I tell you this long and perhaps boring story about me, because things are arriving for us magically now, but we may not be noticing. Having experienced so much of the denser and darker energies in recent times as so much needed to transmute, we may easily miss this new and magical.....and very subtle....energy of the new reality. It is coming in like a gentle breeze, lovingly embracing us, supporting us, providing special miracles, and letting us know that we can now become accustomed to a new reality that we have always envisioned.

We are each being placed in pockets of great protection now. Any old or unpleasant energies are being removed from our presence. Going to this "other side" or higher dimensional reality involved a few minor adjustments this time, as the major adjustments have already been completed. Extreme body pain and headaches were part of the minor adjustments. Our physical bodies had to squeeze what was left over from all the evolving we had done, into a tighter space or tunnel of arrival into this new and higher vibrating dimension. Ouch! It was painful indeed. And not only did our muscles ache and throb, but nerve endings cried out as well. And whenever we arrive somewhere in a higher vibration we can also experience acute darkness for a while. But as we evolve higher and higher, the dark periods relating to new arrivals are briefer and briefer.

Then there were the emotional bouts of weeping. Whenever much is about to leave or crash, we can feel as though we want to cry a river and we may not know why. This is a common experience of ascension. Emotional crying. Ascension mimics menopause so acutely, that at times it can be difficult to know which is which! But with so many men and women of all ages having these experiences, even though they seem follow the manifestations that menopause creates, we have come to know that they are indeed only ascension symptoms. In this way, being treated by healing modalities for menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain, insomnia, memory loss, depression, feeling useless, and the like, very commonly do not help in any way, as menopause is not the culprit here. The only similarity is that we are leaving one experience and arriving in another.

So then, we have arrived in a new space. In regard to bodily changes of the past few years, we will finally begin to see a change. Weight loss is finally here! Yay! We can now begin the process of coming back to our original and ideal body weights. And then there is the aging. Many of us have aged significantly in the past few years. Some of us look old (well at least I do!). In many ways, ascension did it. But now, we get to be revived again. We get to be rejuvenated. We can look good again. Yay again! Our young spirits can re-emerge. Our batteries will be re-charged. We can exhale.

These new beginnings, as mentioned several times past, will also involve new partners or current partnerships at new and higher levels. Prior relationships involving growth or the like will cease to exist. We may have connected with others in the past in order to learn new things about the planet, or perhaps because we had similarities at the time, or even as a means of support, but the new partnerships will be different. They will be formed from joy, companionship, mutual respect, and feel more heavenly than anything we have yet experienced. I have been connected to someone new only at a non-physical level for a good year now, and we will finally meet in the physical sometime this year (Phil and I permanently parted last summer). We will be a perfect match and wonderful mirror of each other. These experiences will happen for all of us.

What we will need as supports for the new will absolutely be there. Absolutely. This is happening now and has been for several months, but will increase in months to come. June will be a big turning point. In June, much will have been anchored in for us in regard to the new, and our manifestations will then be extremely grounded, real, in this world, and we will have a feeling that much has turned around and that we are very much at the helm of this reality and in charge of what we feel it should look like. This will look different depending upon what level each of us is residing.

Know as well that Barack Obama is here to provide stability for these changes to occur. His role is in holding the energies as stable as possible during the final shifting and crashing so that it will be as comfortable as possible for everyone. The shifting and crashing will continue on for four more years until December of 2012. Obama's destiny was to be present at the helm during this time. His grandmother passed away the day before his win was announced. She left as she knew she had completed her purpose...to raise him to fulfill his destiny, and his destiny was now intact. Making her transition the day before the election results were revealed, was proof therein that he had indeed won the election and things were now in order.

Placing Obama on a pedestal or expecting one man to save the planet is not the intention of his role. His purpose involves embracing many, uniting the whole, and spreading this energy in order to form a higher level web of stability to hold things as stable as possible while we complete the final phases of the shift. This is why his background involves so much diversity and why he does what he does. He is simply creating a huge grid as his soul knows exactly what it is doing. (Please, please do not contact me about Barack Obama in any negative way, try to convince me that he is "reptilian" or some other low level interpretation of his beingness. He is a high level being who is doing exactly what he came to do, just as George W. Bush (and his administration) did as well, and thus creating what is needed at the time for the higher propose of this planet. We are all high level beings at our soul levels, as there is never any darkness present, but simply encouragements that serve to spur us ever forward as great gifts. Polarity does not exist in the higher realms.) Things may not always appear as they really are, thus creating confusion at times, but if we can look to the higher purpose and know what that is, then we can rest assured that everything is indeed OK.

Our new little ones are doing the very same thing in regard to creating this new grid of stability. They are bringing in a higher energetic grid to hold things at a higher level in order to ensure that there is a connection to a higher vibration while the old falls away, never to return. All in perfect and divine order, as always.

So then, for the next four years, we can expect great transitions that will manifest with economies, weather patterns and natural disasters, individual relationships, and really, much of everything. But during this time we will be divinely protected, tucked safely away, have all our needs met, and be ready to assist in a variety of ways until this massive transition is fairly complete in 2012. We will look back, being much more connected to and knowing more of who we really and truly are by then, and be amazed at what has been accomplished. Times past will barely be remembered as things will be so very different by then. And isn't this what we have always wanted...change and transition?

Moving towards the Solar Eclipse - Strange energies and our Health

Well, that may seem like quite a shopping list of topics for today's log, but that is just the way things have come up. We are moving towards the New Moon and the Solar Eclipse on Monday the 26th. As I mentioned in the last log, we are experiencing some really deep and profound changes on a level that we do not really understand. This is because we have moved from the cycle of "re-balancing" and into a cycle of "evolution. Those of us who made the big shifts and allowed our physical and light bodies to come back into alignment are now ready to "resume" our evolution. I use the term "resume", because our forward evolution has been blocked for so long by the limitations and enslavements that we have allowed in our reality. We became stagnated and depressed and we lost the joy in life. There seemed to be no purpose except money, power and consumerism. Now, enough of us have moved into alignment with our Higher energies to allow for, shall I call it, the "next step forward". And yes, I believe that the new Solar Codes that will be activated at the Solar Eclipse will allow us to begin our forward movement or evolution. It is as though we are starting off where we were maybe 6 or 7 thousand years ago, and the big hiatus is over.

What will that mean? I have no idea. The thing with allowing Spirit to lead is that you have to be in absolute trust that the highest good will be served, and be willing to accept whatever that may be. It may not always be what you think it should be. And that is where all the buzz and hoopla that is going on right now kinda falls short. No one actually knows what will emerge. Even the most sage and wise of channels and seers have been fairly quite the last few months. We are moving into the unknown, for us and for Spirit, we are co-creating in that most wonderful of ways ... miraculously ... allowing what seeks to emerge to emerge and not trying to predetermine what that will be with elaborate "plans" that are supposedly already "in place". We are the Co-Creators, and Spirit is waiting to see what we will do and what we will choose with the new energies and the new abilities and the new directions that we have already chosen. What will be out new path forward, and how will we create this new age of Peace and Abundance that we have worked so hard to lay the ground work for in the last ten years. Certainly, it is not time to retire, there is still a long path forward, but we can walk that path knowing that the ground work has been done and that the changes will come in a much easier way as we learn to walk and co-create with Spirit in the moment and without expectations. Only with gratitude for what we know will be blessings of Love for Humanity and for the Planet as a whole.

I do feel, that one of the things that we lost when we became so mind oriented as a species, was the ability to trust that Flow of life that was designed to bring us the Blessings of the Source. The Earth was designed to receive the "River of Life" from the "Throne of God" or the Great Central Sun or the Galactic Center. The Planet was designed to be a Golden Chalice of Abundance, that is the natural "physics" of the Earth, and if we relax the mind and its needs we can flow back into the receptive frame of being that allows us to receive the abundance and use it to create blessings for all on the Planet.

So, in this state of mind, I thought I would share with you an image from Africa. Yes, here we are, on the poorest continent and perhaps the "darkest" continent on the Planet. And yet, here we are celebrating the harvest in our own community vegetable garden yesterday. (view http://is.gd/hav9)

This is Emile, on the left, and Sherelle, on the right, with some of the carrots that we harvested. We have been lucky, as the summer weather has been relatively cool for this time of year, and we have been able to produce a good crop of carrots, beetroot and pumpkins to come. The children work in the garden and learn about food and health. After the harvest, each child was allowed to take home a basket of carrots and beet for their parents, and we shared also with some of the adults who work in the Starchild Community garden. When I look at pictures such as this, I have mixed feelings. On the one hand I feel pride and joy, that together with you who sponsor our programs, we have been able to create this energy of hope and support for these children, and to create a Community Vegetable Garden that works, and yes it is organic too! I feel immense gratitude that people from all over the world help to make this possible for these children. And yet, I also know how much yet remains to be done, and how we are only just starting on a very long path forward. All of us...on the Planet. In this community, the suffering and the poverty and the illness is still huge, and here in this community, we are in the process of talking to another group with the aim of opening a healing center for the community where we can offer spiritual and alternative approaches to health.

So, that brings me to the topic of Health. Firstly, I would like to say that because the energy shift is so profound, there are a whole range of very strange symptoms being experienced "out there". Please don't panic, there should be a shift after the eclipse. I have been feeling very strange myself, and working with my wonderful homeopath/doctor, I have been using a "snake" remedy. I think we are struggling to integrate our "reptilian energies", and I have been getting whispers of the "Dragon" energy as an important part of our healing, balancing and reconnection right now. According to Michael, we have to reclaim our Dragon energies and heal the deep trauma that occured when the dinosaurs left the planet and our evolution took a very abrupt turn. It was this event that is responsible for much of the apocalyptic energy that is being spun out now as we prepare for another leap forward in our evolution. If anyone has any information on this, I would be happy to hear from you.

(view http://is.gd/hav9)< And that brings me to the topic of Health. As Saturn moves its way through Virgo, and Pluto through Capricorn, the two issues of Health and Power will come to the forefront. We are about to learn how Power and Money has worked together to the detriment of our health. I think we are going to be horrified and shocked when we finally understand that extent to which we have undermined our wonderful bodies through the misunderstanding of what health is.

We were designed to experience radiant health and vitality while in our Earth bodies. We were not designed to degenerate and experience disease. But there are basic "ground rules" relating to the ability of the body to flow life sustaining energy and information. One of these is that the body needs to be "clear" and strong, and not filled with toxins and toxic information. Yes, the body is a hologram, everything you take into your body adds to the body's "information files" about health and well-being. And yes, if you fill your body with "information" about disease through vaccinations, and if you fill your body with aggressive energies though "anti-biotics", and if you attack your body with radiation, you can expect that the immune system will become confused and tired. And if you add toxins through recreational drugs and alcohol and cigarettes and junk food, then you can expect that your system will become sluggish and stagnate, and your blood stream will resemble a sewer after a while, despite your bodies best efforts. Now, I am not saying that medical interventions are not useful when lives are at stake, but in general, we have abused this system of health care, both as practitioners and consumers. One of the most evident energies right now is a "sadness" and "depression" energy. I feel it is coming up because the vast majority of people are depressed about their lives, and they cope with prozac, valium, alcohol and street drugs, of which "tik" or crystal meth is the most popular here.

And Alternative medicine is often also not much better, as there is a tendency to fill people with "herbs" and "supplements" and "chemical compounds" that may be of natural origin in many cases, but have the same effect of loading up the immune system with information that does not allow the body to follow its natural healing impulses. And, of course, the residues of this enter the water system, and as you may know, water "records" this information and holds it. How do we approach this...well, as a collective, we have work to do. We are liberating ourselves from economic slavery, now we also have to liberate ourselves from the slavery to the so-called "health system", and reclaim our right to be healthy and vibrant. In this morning's news there was a story about a 20 year old Brazilian model who died after contracting septicaemia and necrosis. Now, this kind of story induces fear, because we think, how can a 20 year old woman die like that, we must all be vulnerable to "disease" and death at any moment. Well, maybe...and maybe not. I saw in the report that she was the "breadwinner" of the family, and that suggested to me that she must come from an impoverished family and that she was under stress, and that maybe like impoverished people everywhere, she was malnourished and had been exposed to vaccinations and medical interventions that would have weakened her system. Then, as a model she was probably under pressure to be thin and to take drugs, as this is what that world is all about. And so, her system was unable to cope with the original infection that then shut down her body. How tragic!

And yet.....maybe such cases are not necessary if we can develop a new way of thinking about our health and the health of our bodies. About fifteen years ago, Michael told me to stop taking anti-biotics and vaccinations, and then 10 years ago, it was no more pharmaceuticals of any kind. So, for the last ten years, I have worked only with classic homeopathy under a trained medical doctor. She is really good. It has taken a very long time for me to clear my system of the residues of the toxins, the food allergies and addictions that plagued me even up until a year ago, to reach a point where my body is able to feel clear. And yes, I have experienced some miraculous and spontaneous healings with the golden flame of the Christ Light, because it can move through my body freely at this time. I am sharing this only because I want you to know that I try to walk my talk, and not because I want everyone to do what I am doing or to feel that they need to. Please, if you are under medical care, then work with that and don't stop, you may further compromise yourself. My "change" was done under the loving supervision of a very wise medicine woman and healer who is also medically trained, and she supported my journey towards better health. I was lucky, if you decide to take that journey as well, then you need expert support and supervision. But, of course, it is about better health for all of us. It is about radiant health for all of us, which starts with what we eat and what we put into our bodies.

The body is a strong and complex system, but it needs you to support its clarity so it can maintain its functioning at optimum health. And yes....that is our birthright, each and every one of us on the Planet! Who has the most beautiful heart?

One day a young man was standing in the middle of the town proclaiming that he had the most beautiful heart in the whole valley.

A large crowd gathered and they all admired his heart for it was perfect. There was not a mark or a flaw in it. Yes, they all agreed it truly was the most beautiful heart they had ever seen. The young man was very proud and boasted more loudly about his beautiful heart.

Suddenly, an old man appeared at the front of the crowd and said, "Why your heart is not nearly as beautiful as mine." The crowd and the young man looked at the old man's heart. It was beating strongly, but full of scars, it had places where pieces had been removed and other pieces put in, but they didn't fit quite right and there were several jagged edges. In fact, in some places there were deep gouges where whole pieces were missing.
The people stared "How can he say his heart is more beautiful?" they thought.

The young man looked at the old man's heart and saw its state and laughed. "You must be joking," he said. "Compare your heart with mine, mine is perfect and yours is a mess of scars and tears."

"Yes," said the old man, "Yours is perfect looking but I would never trade with you. You see, every scar represents a person to whom have given my love - I tear out a piece of my heart and give it to them, and often they give me a piece of their heart which fits into the empty place in my heart, but because the pieces aren't exact, I have some rough edges, which I cherish, because they remind me of the love we shared."

"Sometimes I have given pieces of my heart away, and the other person hasn't returned a piece of his heart to me. These are the empty gouges - giving love is taking a chance. Although these gouges are painful, they stay open, reminding me of the love I have for these people too, and I hope someday they may return and fill the space I have waiting. So now do you see what true beauty is?"

The young man stood silently with tears running down his cheeks. He walked up to the old man, reached into his perfect young and beautiful heart, and ripped a piece out. He offered it to the old man with trembling hands. The old man took his offering, placed it in his heart and then took a piece from his old scarred heart and placed it in the wound in the young man's heart. It fit, but not perfectly, as there were some jagged edges. The young man looked at his heart, not perfect anymore but more beautiful than ever, since love from the old man's heart flowed into his. They embraced and walked away side by side.

All is in a State of Evolution

Earth changes are taking place worldwide, as Mother Earth twists, turns and stretches - she is growing and adapting to the vibratory changes just as all life upon and within her is doing. As Mother Earth changes she does it with bursts of energy just as you do.

Do not fear the earth changes going on. You will be where you are to be when these changes take place as long as you listen to your higher-Self - listen to your inner nudging and follow your heart.

The entire Universe is changing not just planet earth. Everything is changing faster than you can even imagine. The communication and the contact so desired between the earth and off earth civilizations will happen, how soon is dependent on mankind. This event alone will cause much change to take place in the world. Belief systems will change radically. It will give people a whole new way of looking at historical events. It will bring unity to the entire world. Mankind will no longer see himself as the center of the universe - the only intelligent life form in the universe. Racial and religious barriers will come down. Political persecution and control will cease to be. It will not all happen overnight, but it will happen, peace and harmony will reign on earth once more. You must be patient and persevere. All things happen in due time. Nothing happens by accident - all is in Divine Order.

Man has long lived as a totally threatening life form. It is time to mature, to grow out of the tribal warfare mentality. To stop the killing of each other, the destruction, the maiming, the injuring. It is time to stop all the violence. It is time to take a stand for what you believe in. Stop teaching the young that violence is the way to handle all disagreements through video games, movies and television programs . . . even cartoons. Can you not see what it has created? Children killing children. Children killing parents. Parents killing children. Children killing themselves. STOP IT NOW!

We who come from beyond this earth see this. We know that man has long destroyed those things they do not understand. This is why your space families don't come. Why they don't land upon this planet.

Mankind is now beginning to see the 'light' so to speak, and accept there is far more beyond their world than they previously believed and are more accepting that we of other worlds come in peace.

It seems to be a common thread among those who dwell on earth that no one even knows their neighbor unless a catastrophic event takes place, then all are drawn together out of a common need. That is a shame when you think about all that is missed. Reach out, meet and get to know those who share the same world you do. Some are doing that with the internet where they can reach not only next door but around the world, but many are even using that tool to send fear and misinformation into the world, to create chaos and distruction. People must learn to conquer their fears and stop spreading them to others. Once they become master of their fears their fears will leave them alone. For what you fear you draw near unto yourself. And as I have said time and time again . . . the truth is. . . there is NOTHING to fear except fear itself.

All living things upon this planet are mutating, adjusting and adapting to the changes taking place, just as you and I are. Some are ascending and leaving planet earth for other worlds. All must learn to live in harmony and balance. Every plant, every animal, every bird, every insect - all living things, are trying to teach you what they have to share with you - you must only listen - learn to hear - and then share what you learn with others.

There are many lightworkers on this planet, many beautiful souls trying their best to repair the damage done by those who came before them. Heed the warnings given by all around you. Listen with your heart. Feel with your entire being. See with your inner sight.

The Expansion of our Hearts

It seems that with the intense energies we have been facing the tendency has been to shut down our hearts as a protective, shielding defense mechanism. Many of us have been dealing with challenges on one level or another. We tend to go inward when we are not sure how to cope with the stress and anxiety of what is occurring. The further we distance ourselves the more alienated and removed we become from each other and ourselves.

These trying times are in essence an opportunity to face, deal with and resolve our core issues. We are working on many healing, balancing, clearing and re-evaluating issues all at once. We are dealing with issues on the physical level, such as career, finances, relationships, property, and health. On an emotional level we are resolving feelings, which prevented us from moving forward in our lives. Mentally we are clearing blocks from belief systems that have held us in limitation and need to be re-patterned.

As we work on so many levels at once it has left us depleted, exhausted, and confused. So much of what we knew to be true has been cleared. This is not a bad thing at all. What is leaving really never served us in the first place. The part we may cling to is not knowing what will fill the missing places and spaces. If we can sit tight a while longer and just be okay with the emptiness and trust all will be resolved. I think we become anxiety ridden and fearful when we are jumping into the void and really cannot pinpoint what is to come. We like to believe we are in control of our lives and our destiny. In some ways we are and in other ways Spirit is guiding us, along with our higher selves. Now is a time to trust unwaveringly and just be at peace with not knowing.

The divine masculine and feminine sides of our being are being balanced at this time. The divine masculine side has always been the do-er, the provider and the achiever. There is nothing wrong with this; it is quite productive and honorable. The divine feminine is the softer, gentler, nurturing side, the receiver. We obviously need both sides to be in balance in order for us to go out in the world and conquer and achieve, while also being in touch with our gentle nature and being able to accept love and assistance from others. This is not gender specific. Most of us have been unbalanced most our lives and we are learning to harmonize our yin and yang.

This harmonization affects how we interact within our relationships. Many of our relationships have been going through major upheavals as we learn to honor others and ourselves. The clearing we are undergoing is going to affect how we treat each other in relationship, whether it be romantic, in the workplace, toward our children and especially how we value and treat ourselves. For thus, if we are not gentle, kind and loving toward ourselves how can we truly have enough to give to others or know when we are being treated with respect and integrity by others.

Our heart centers are going through a major expansion process at this time. Many of our challenges have prompted us to look at our lives and relationships and re-assess what our needs and desires truly are. Our losses and challenges have humbled us to a great degree. We have been living in way that has disconnected us from our hearts. Humanity truly needs this time in order to shake us up and make us realize what really matters.

We are being shaken to the core to have our heart centers busted wide open. It may be disorientating at first but as we learn to live from our heart we can truly be in balance and harmony within ourselves and with each other. The expression of love has been overlooked as we went out into the world to make our mark by earning money, achieving property and things, raising a family and identifying who we are through what we do.

The heart expansion we are undergoing is teaching us how to live heart centered lives. We are being shown that all this other stuff is an illusion. Love is the only thing that is real. All the other stuff will come to us once we truly know how to express love through giving and receiving. You may be feeling overwhelming bursts of love for the people in your life, for animals and nature, and all of humanity. You may be noticing a strengthening in your core as you come to acknowledge your own divinity and worth.

As we truly love ourselves unconditionally, honor and value our needs, and honestly know who we are, what we want and need, and how special we really are, we can freely give and receive to one another. This is the harmonization and balancing we are striving towards. This is the heart expansion that will show us how to live heart centered, love filled, balanced lives full of kindness, respect, and generosity of spirit.

Prayer

Sweet Spirit,

I open my heart to the expansion of love within and around me. I let go of the pain of heartbreak and disappointment. I release the ways in which I have not shown enough love, kindness and respect to myself or others.

Please guide me in the ways of truly honoring and valuing who I am and what my needs are. Show me ways in which I may open my heart to greater depths. I allow love to enter and abide. I give freely the expression of love to all whom I encounter.

Guide me in ways in which I may deeply express love to my romantic partner, child/ren, parents, family members, co-workers and to all of humanity. I wish to be in harmony and in balance with the positive forces of love, which I know will prevail in our world.

May love envelope and surround me so I may bask in its warm rays.

And so it is.

A Turning Point in Consciousness

Clearly, we face looming crises of unprecedented proportions and dimensions-- environmentally, economically, socially, psychologically, spiritually. It is critical we wake up to the fact that the human predicament is the planet's problem. Who among us is innocent of responsibility for the degradation our species inflicts on the natural world? And what can we do about it?

I teach a course called "Paradigms of Consciousness" at John F. Kennedy University. We spend eleven weeks exploring the dynamics of beliefs, about how our stories affect us as individuals, as communities, and as global "eco-citizens." This week, we shuddered to a halt when we looked at the impact of human actions on the natural environment.

Revelations about the scale of the problem left some students feeling helpless, even despondent. The situation seems so hopeless, and the consequences so vast and inevitable. One brave student, not happy that I identified human actions as the main culprit in climate change, emailed me with a very direct question: "I believe there is innocence at the core of every human, and that humans haven't intentionally damaged the planet. Do you disagree?"

Her question got me thinking and in response I wrote a lengthy essay. I have decided to share the main points here...

Human Innocence
Given the evidence pro and con, I simply don't know whether every human being possesses an innate and abiding innocence of the heart. I'm not even sure I know what "human innocence" means. If, for instance, it means that no human carries any responsibility for the impact our species has on our surrounding ecology, I do not accept that. It is quite evident to me that all of us living in modern civilization make choices every day that contribute, one way or another, to the degradation of the environment--and we are responsible for those choices. In short, that means we are not "innocent."

I'm not just talking about our ecological footprint (some eco-footprint is unavoidable from every member of every species). By "choices," I'm referring to those decisions we make with our purchases and other actions even though other, less eco-impacting, alternatives are available. In my experience, few people consistently live lifestyles where they always choose optimum eco-sustainable actions. Of course, some do come much closer than others to living lightly on the land. But even organic farmers use internal combustion engines to transport their produce, and they use electricity in their homes. I don't know of anyone who lives entirely off the land, powered by sun and/or wind, and who produces their own food and raw materials for clothing and housing. Even if people are unaware of alternative options, ignorance is not the same as innocence. Who among us, then, is truly innocent?

It is hardly a matter for dispute that human activity contributes significantly to climate change and global warming as a result of the vast amounts of CO2 we emit into the atmosphere daily, weekly, monthly, annually, for decades and centuries. Yet despite all the hard science to back this up, the outgoing Bush Administration has shown a profound disregard for the health and integrity of local and global ecosystems. Even worse, by their actions political and corporate leaders demonstrate they are willing to intentionally destroy ecosystems (e.g., by leveling mountaintops to access coal reserves and pouring polluting sludge into the surrounding environment. Bush has just issued a signing statement to make this legal for mining companies). The politicians who enable this to happen along with the corporations and individuals who participate in making this happen are by no stretch of imagination "innocent" in my view. They do, indeed, intentionally harm the environment and other species--all in the biased belief that "humans are special" ("God's chosen species").

Sixth Great Extinction
In my writings and lectures, I often express acute frustration at the dire plight of so many of our kindred species whose share of the planet is denied, disrupted, or destroyed--as a result of chronic self-serving human actions. These endangered species are the true innocents. As is now widely known, we are living through the sixth great extinction on Earth (the last one occurred about 60 million years ago when the dinosaurs were wiped out). This time, however, the extinction is being caused by a single run-away species--humans. My sense of urgency is fueled by a growing awareness that we (and other species) are running out of time. Experts predict that within thirty years fully one-third of all mammalian species will become extinct as a result of human activity (including, for example, gorillas, orangutans, bonobos, cheetahs, tigers, rhinoceros, and on and on . . . along with countless other species of birds, reptiles, and fish). According to latest estimates, up to 90 percent of large ocean fish species have already become extinct due to over-fishing and pollution. I find the numbers staggering, almost beyond belief. In my opinion, anyone who is not alarmed about that is either not paying attention or simply doesn't care because they have bought into the self-serving myth that "humans are special" (I think of Sarah Palin and fellow fundamentalists as extreme examples).

The Crisis is Real
It really doesn't help to adopt a Pollyanna perspective that, despite the evidence, "everything will turn out all right in the end," or that we really shouldn't talk about the prospect of environmental catastrophe in polite company. No amount of "let's all stay positive" head-in-the sand wishful thinking will help us address the various crises in any useful way. I'm urging us to "wake up" and take responsibility. That means becoming informed about what is really happening--including the shocking "shadow" aspects of human actions and intentions, without ignoring the "light" inspiring visions for a better, more compassionate and sustainable world. Reality always includes both shadow and light. Always. We need to acknowledge and embrace that dance.

Choosing Levity and Creativity
In the essay to my students, I added something I didn't get around to in class. It's this: While I do think we need to wake up to the stark realities facing us, I don't think it is useful or productive to allow ourselves to be brought down by the gravity of the problem. Yes, I want us to be more alert to the dangers and more awake and aware of our responsibilities. At the same time, I encourage us to walk through the world with levity and a light heart. Even while (or if) we feel pain and grief (indeed even anger) at the predicament our civilization has created for ourselves and other species, we do not have to slide into ineffectual despair or depression. We can, instead, take responsibility for our participation in the situation and allow ourselves to fully feel that pain, grief, anger, and fear, and simultaneously choose to relate to each other and nature with a light heart to match our deliberate lightness of step as we move through the world. We do not need to give up our sense of humor while acknowledging the seriousness of the crises. Creativity is enhanced by the levity of a light heart--even in the face of dark realities.

A Time of Opportunity
An ancient Chinese proverb tells us: "Every crisis is also an opportunity." Indeed, we are now confronting what looks more and more like a major disruption and breakdown of our ecological, economic, and social systems, unprecedented since the birth of human societies. A civilization rooted in, and profoundly dependent on, a fossil-fuel based industrial technology/economy to boost the march of human "progress" is simply not sustainable. Even if (when) we switch to alternative sources of energy (solar, wind, geothermal, wave) the current lifestyles of modern civilization cannot be sustained. The fact is that only a fossil-fuel based economy can provide the enormous energy needed to mine the raw materials, transport them, process them, and distribute the products needed to manufacture solar panels, wind generators, etc. (I don't consider nuclear energy a viable option.) It is disappointing and sobering to realize that even alternative energy technologies are deeply dependent on fossil-fuel technologies. Our addiction runs that deep. The remedy lies within us and around us. We have the opportunity to change our foundational myth, to change our story about the place of humanity in nature, and to choose radically different actions, by expressing ourselves more creatively in ways that enhance our relationship with the natural world.

'Dark Night, Early Dawn'
We are rapidly running out of the fossil-fuels that modern industrial civilization relies on to feed, clothe, house, transport, educate, and entertain our populations. Sooner or later, our numbers will have to be drastically reduced and our ways of life radically altered (e.g., by learning to live together in much smaller communities, living off locally produced food and raw materials). We are just in the very early stages of this profound social shift. It seems quite likely that the time of transition will at the very least be disruptive and uncomfortable beyond mere inconvenience; more likely, it will be a time of acute and prolonged physical and emotional disturbance, even suffering, for a great number of people. The good news is that some of us will survive, in reduced numbers, and will be faced with the challenges of creating a new society that is intrinsically more ecologically sustainable and sane.

Not to Be Repeated
Although there is no guarantee that those who survive the global crises will not repeat the grave errors of past generations (e.g., maintaining the myth that "humans are special"), we can be sure of one thing: There will be no Second Industrial Revolution based on non-renewable energy resources. This planet can be raped only once of its deposits of "ancient sunlight." Once the oil, gas, and coal are gone, they're gone. Our species will then have to turn to other, renewable, sources of energy (solar, wind, thermal, wave, etc.)--including a return to a much greater and widespread reliance on muscle power. I do not foresee a return to pre-industrial or pre-agricultural ways of life. We cannot go back. But our post-industrial (and post-information) societies will have the benefit of building on the lessons learned from all past generations--from the potentials of alternative localized technologies, from the values and errors of global industrialism all the way back to the wisdom and limitations of indigenous hunter-gatherer societies. The opportunities for a far more environmentally integrated human species will be rich and potent. And these possibilities, also, lie hidden in the heart of the current crises.

Consciousness Shift
And so we come to the point of this essay. We have good reasons to be optimistic about the long run--even though getting there will take its toll. Most important, the turning point will require a radical mutation in consciousness, involving increased and deepening awareness that we are truly interbeings, as Vietnamese Buddhist Thich Nhat Hanh pointed out. Each of us is, without exception, mutually dependent on our relationships with the full symphony of all other sentient beings. The coming paradigm shift in consciousness will involve a recognition that, at its core, consciousness is intersubjective--that, literally, we co-create each other, and thereby participate in the co-creation of our world. Truly: We are the world! That realization and awareness will come with an enhanced sense of willing responsibility for the consequences of our intentions and actions. Visionaries, such as Jean Gebser and Sri Aurobindo, refer to this "mutation" as the "Integral" phase in the evolution of consciousness.

Shadow and Light
If highlighting the "human predicament" and confronting the complex transition between crisis and opportunity disturbs our cognitive or emotional equilibrium, consider this: Each of us, as humans (indeed as animals), has the capacity to experience the full range of emotions--from anger, to sadness, to fear to joy. To the degree we allow ourselves to experience and express the depths of our "negative" emotions we will likewise be open to experiencing and expressing the heights of our "positive" emotions. Conversely, to the extent we deny or suppress our "shadow," we also suppress our "light." We all contain both. As healthy, integrated beings, we need to learn to acknowledge our "zombie" and "angel" aspects, and learn to embrace all of who we are.

I think that is a necessary first step in healing our relationships with the awesome and mysterious world that gives birth to us, sustains us, and one day will receive us back into its ever-replenishing womb.

The Metatronic Keys of 2009

Greetings! I am Metatron, Lord of Light, and I greet you one and all. And so as one year ends and another unfolds, we ask you all to ponder briefly the changes that have occurred within you on the micro and macro for a few moments. For many of you on the Path, 2008 seems to have flown by at a greater rate than previous years. This is especially true for those of you born in the so-called Baby Boomer years, the fifties and sixties, as you enter your 6th thru 9th seven year biological cycle.

The Pathfinders
______________

You are aware of those called the Indigos and Crystals, yet there has not been a name for the Soul Guild of the millions of you born in 25 year period of post WWII. And so we will give a title to you, you are the Children of Light, the ‘Pathfinders.’ You paved the way through the 60’s and 70’s to the Harmonic Convergence of 1987, and Dear Ones, that event; the Harmonic Convergence changed the Path of your planet. It allowed for the Ascension. The Ascension was a possibility that became a certainty because of the paths you found and cleared.

You see, you of the Pathfinders sufficiently charged and transformed the thought patterns of the status quo from the old repeating pattern to allow for the new paradigm to emerge. But realize, you are only at the cusp of the new energy, that of the Crystalline Vibration of the Unified Field. Much remains to be done. That is a fact for which you are accountable, but not responsible for. Do you see the subtle difference?

When your human vibratory resonance of thought is unbiased by the denser frequential patterns then and only then, can your frontal mind collate with the supra-mind into the ordered crystalline pattern of Divine Mind.

The Keys of 2009
______________

2009 will bring many changes. The very energy of the Earth will continue to increase, and this will be readily apparent. The energy that has been pouring into the planet through various mechanisms will continue to do so, yet will be somewhat more harmonically distributed, more equally dispersed beginning with the March equinox of 2009.

2009 will be a year of completions, a year of great potential for manifestation! Those of you, who have been planning to write a book will find the energies most compatible for the completion of this and other spiritual quests this year. Within this new year is a time-phase harmonic uniquely compatible for the manifestation of projects that many of you have had in mind, but have been unable to find the time or energy to put into reality until now. The new year of 2009 will bring the opportunity for release of obstacles and a cornucopia of new energy will indeed make itself available to you Pathfinders in myriad ways.

Among the more interesting changes will be a somewhat sudden awakening of specific groups of humanity who have not as yet been involved in the Ascension. Many ‘new faces’ will be drawn into and become more aligned to that termed metaphysical and spiritual. As such there will be an increase in the Light Quotient of Humanity from 10% to approximately 12%, especially occuring in the last quarter of the year, after the 9-9-9 event, and culminating in the December solstice.

Many more will be interested in spirit, in self healing, energy work, and metaphysical wisdom. Many of you who have been on the path will transform from student to teacher as part of this process. Many of you Pathfinders will finally realize and accept that you are your own Teacher, and you will BE the TEACHER for many.

Axialtonal Equalization
__________________

A key change will occur gradually in 2009 on the planet in which the distribution of light energy will begin to flow more evenly across all areas. This axialtonal equalization of light energy will be generated from the new emerging vortex-portal complexes that many of you have helped groom over the past several years. It will flow into areas that have been conflicted and energetically dense across the planet. It will flow into areas of ‘lower’ frequency to raise their vibratory resonace, signaling the ‘Return of the Dove.’ As such the arc-swing of the duality pendulum of dark and light will be less severe, and the denser pockets will begin to lighten. Some of you who agreed to anchor light in such areas will find your task has completed, and you will be free relocate to others locales, if you so choose.

For those of you who have diligently served as light holders, we honor you. We are aware that this has been for some quite a cumbersome role, but one that has served the planet well. Know that sufficient light has been grounded, the vortex-portals that many of you help anchor are now more securely in place and new holders are drawn to the space. It is now time for areas that needed help, to stand in their own strength, all areas, and all peoples will now learn to anchor the space of light within their own vibrations. As such, there will indeed be an appropriate shifting and relocation for many in the first half of 2009.

Key areas of the new generator-function vortexes include Tasmania, Arkansas, Mineas Gerais, Brasil, Galveston, Texas; Banff Canada, Capetown, South Africa, Salar Uyuni, Bolivia; Lake Tahoe, Nevada; Trinity Point, Virginia (and the Charlottesville vortex); Bisbee, Arizona; the southern and northwestern regions of the Canadian Shield; Western Australia, New Zealand; northern Argentina; Patagonia in southern Chile; Bogotá, Colombia; Lake Baikal, Jackson Hole, Wyoming; Crestone, Colorado; Asheville, North Carolina; the western Alps of Switzerland; Montserrat, Spain ; Sri Lanka ; Tanzania ; Amsterdam, Holland, Moscow , the Grand Canyon, Turkey, Java and western Ireland; to name a few.

2009 - New Beginnings and New Partnerships

Many of you have been in relationships that ended over the past year and indeed the past decade and thus have been on a solitary journey without a kindred spirit life partner, or in a karmic completion relationship that in fact has completed itself in 2008. This transition into new partnership beginnings will manifest for many in 2009. In kind, this energy for those of you already with your life partners, will find a shift, a deepening in those relations.

The harmonic of 2009 will offer the ability to manifest the life you came to live with a partner who is a true seeking spirit, someone whose guild and vibration will match your own, and someone to share your life with in a sacred union. And so this new year of partnership, will offer the succinct opportunity of joining with like-minded souls who have done their transformation work and who are now quite ready to leave solitude and form a vibrant new relationship in the sacred dimension of true soul-family partnership. For many of you Pathfinders who have walked the past years in sovereign solitude, you will in 2009 realize you have journeyed alone long enough, and you will have the opportunity to expand your vision of being, to reconnect to Source, to embody the highest expression of the unity principles into your life in the form of balanced, loving and supportive relationships.

So this is your year of review and action. Do not view it as a time of endings, but rather as a year of beginnings. But in this case it is not a beginning that initiates at a calm starting point, but rather in a mid point, a ‘zero- point’ within flashing chaos. Indeed many aspects of your planet remain in chaos. Systems will continue to crash and reform. Conflicts across the planet will deepen in chaotic rumble.

Chaos to Perfection : Birthing the Multiverse

Dear Ones, your very Multiverse began in chaos. The Multiverse did not spring forth in the so-called ‘beginning of time’, but rather in a centre point. It begin in a mid-stream in which chaos recognized itself and understood that it could reorder & reorganize itself toward a better calibre of balance. And so did the Multiverse birth itself into greater order, not from a beginning point, but from a point in which greater awareness made itself available to evolve from chaos. So you see birth is not a beginning, rather it is an emergence from one level to another in order to achieve balance. The transformation you think of as birth does not take place from the void, from nothingness, but rather occurs from what has already been, and concocts itself into a new form from a great desire for perfection.

The Walk to Ascension

Masters, let us be clear, the walkway to Ascension does not imply that either personal struggle or planetary chaos will be over when it comes. The graduation of Earth will not be a refuge for those who have labored through a difficult sojourn nor is it a celestial remuneration for those who have fought the good fight.

The Ascension is complexly and simply the sequential evolutionary step for those who understand that life must be proactively created rather than reactively defended. The Ascension offers higher dimensional access for creation.

It does not imply that you must ignore the conflicts of life nor abandon dealing with them. Indeed they will not disappear, and they still require your attention. It simply means you respond from a higher perspective of wisdom.

Your confrontations and life ’set-ups’ are not to be abandoned, it is not time to retreat, but rather you will be given the opportunity to strategically move into higher dimensional perspective, and in doing so you will be able to cultivate a different mindset from a broader frame of reference.

Therefore, understand that the unresolved confrontations and wars presently on the Earth are your own reflective creation and are yet to be resolved. You humans created the mess, and you have to clean it up!

The Ascension is not here to erase your issues, but rather to allow you greater perspective to solve them. And so I ask you Pathfinders to ponder this question individually and in mass: “How much ammunition do you still maintain within your own personal armory as you implore others to lay down their slings?”

I tell you this TRUTH, the chaos you draw into your experience, the battles you fight, the struggles you encounter as Warriors of Light within duality are truly with your self.

Metatronic Keys
______________

Masters, in 2009 there are frequential keys available to help humanity ascend to consciousness levels of greater clarity, to shift into rarified awareness above the duality chaos of 3d even whilst the pace of life continues to quicken.

The acceleration occurs because the spacial context of the fifth dimension is naturally less dense and as such light travels faster within it. And accordingly your sense of time will be very accelerated, such that it is necessary for you to refine your health in order to handle the stress of the increased pace. Additionally, those of you who have not converted the auric field to the MerKaBa are required to do so in order to optimally integrate as an essential Metatronic Key of the Ascension. If this is not done, you may feel overwhelmed and fatigued in the intensification of the Earths energy as it increases.

If and when this occurs, we implore you to take time, to make time each day and form the Pyramid of life, the octahedron around you and fill it with the golden joy of life. Be enriched by the wonder that is life and know that its eternal quality offers itself to you.

The Middle Road
______________

And Dear Ones, in this time, remember to walk the middle path of joyful, yet confident humility. Remain in impeccability, nurture it. Avoid the trappings of spiritual ego, as you grow in strength. Review and recalibrate regularly. Vigorously eschew the perilous throne of self-aggrandizement and the pitfall of thinking your life is even remotely more important than anothers. Honor, respect and nurture ALL within the family of man.

Frequential keys will occur at several key dates in 2009. These dates will offer unusual frequencial harmonics that will allow understanding of what we will term the Metatronic keys. These keys are accessible only through the MerKaBic Field and will offer the ability to transform into the higher MerKiVic states beyond the star tetrahedron. Within these Keys lie greater understandings of the geometric underpinnings of what we term Unconditional Love through the Metatronic sacred geometries of consciousness. The most potent of these portals of 2009 are occurring on the March equinox, the June solstice, the solar eclipse of July 22nd, the Lunar Eclipse of 6 September, the 9-9-9, the September Equinox, the 11 of November, and the December Solstice.

These key vibrational portals are such that one individual may attune to them better than another and thus will have advantageous access to the wisdom frequentially afforded. Recognition of the energy doorway itself will be more apparent to some than others according to each individual’s capacity of light or light quotient. The ability to utilize and transform within the energy of the Metatronic Keys depends upon the individually unique vibrational level of each person. Each souls experience with the same energy will be different, but attention to the subtle aspects requires focus and work. Putting greater focus, greater attention into life is tantamount in the remaining four years leading to 2012.

Focus in the NOW

In the coming four years it is imperative to learn to be fully in the moment. Within the MerKaBic field you can learn to pull all of your consciousness into the NOW and thereby access the fulcrum of power. Only in the NOW can you maneuver all aspects of linear space-time into Multiverse accessibility and proactively co-create. You see it is only in the MerKaBic and MerKiVic states that you have the full reigns required to enter the Unified Crystalline Field. Within the MerKaBic and MerKiVic NOW you access Eternal Universal Truth in its full expanded power.

This means release all worry, doubt and fear, as well as stream the consciousness away from thoughts about the past or future in order to be in the creative controls of LIFE as it occurs. The paradox is that when you are fully in the NOW, you have the ability to control all 3 aspects of ‘linear’ consciousness, the past, present and future, and convert them into multi-dimensional format.

Always be aware that life is eternal, and that life will go on in every phase, whether one pays attention to the passing of time or not. 2009 is the time to get down to the business of LIFE! Life is waiting, life is in the experience, and in the discovery of SELF. Life requires attention and focus, life is in the realization of each moment!

Attention and focus are essential. Life will continue to unfold whether or not one continues to pay attention to each moment within the lens of NOW. If your focus is scattered, you cannot maintain the fine balance necessary. Life can be focused into the lens of co-creativity only through concentrating its Beingness into the light of NOW.

Masters, you are required to learn how to be fully balanced within the expansive sacred BEINGNESS that is LIFE.

The purpose of Life is Life itself, and its very nature is growth through expansion, the two cannot be separated. The purpose of the Earth and the celestial bodies that affect and surround you is to UNFOLD LIFE. As life unfolds it is essential to uphold its sacredness.

Life must be maintained as sacred so that it continues to reveal itself in the micro and macro. So you must know that when life does not feel robust and sacred it is because of an imbalance within your own perception, and it is a red-light signal for you to restore that balance. 2009 is the time for this balance to be partnered, to be restored, and this requires effort on your part. It requires your full participation. Do not allow this “opportunity bus” called 2009 to pass you by. 2009 is a time to partner your focus in order to recommit, to rededicate, reform and to rebalance.

So there are practical steps to allow for the greatest benefit of the transitional energies of the New Year, of 2009. It is time in the birth of 2009 to rededicate the Earth, to rededicate your awareness, to redirect your attention and focus, and Birth from this centre stance your New Life! It is time to rekindle the fires of Life, of passion, to fully awaken the heart and mind and rebuild your LIFE. In order for the Earth to maintain itself, it must be able to sustain itself. Dear Ones, your very cycle within humanity is the path of Divinity. It is through this chosen path that your Divine Nature expresses itself. Humans are a species with amnesia, and often you forget who you are. 2009 is the time of remembering (loving memory), and remembering focally. Your humanity is in fact a part of your divinity and your knowledge obtained in the duality of Earth is the vessel that your divinity expresses itself.

I tell you a deep TRUTH, and that is that you Pathfinders, you few humans that recognize you are playing out a dream are only able to be truly awake in that dream because of that vital recognition. You are in fact dreaming the version of you that believes you are awake. And even though this is a confusing issue for most of you, and the terminology somewhat meaningless to the masses, the world you believe yourself to be adhered to is a projection of your co-creative Divine mind. None of what seems to occur is written in stone, to use your vernacular. You form your past and future and you shift them infinitely . You fashion each tomorrow out of your creative flow of desire, as you form your present and your past within the moment of power, the infinite and eternal NOW. Is it a dream? Yes, but Dear Ones dreams are real, purposed and are the “Rubik’s Cube” of soul growth. The dream of your life is a set up, a puzzle that you fashioned for yourself. Life is a riddle that has rules, and that rule is LOVE. Not the emotion you think of as love, but the complex science of light called LOVE. It is the highest order of ALL THAT IS.

The Platinum Ray offers itsself to all. It is an energy of nurturing and well being. It is an energy that compliments your path. It is an energy of feminine caring and masculine self confidence in humble balance. Bring it into your field in meditation and gratitude.

Dear Ones, many of you are still held back by feelings of unworthiness. So many of you on the path still measure and self judge your progress ,overall worthiness and merit by the tallied sum of ‘acts of virtue’ you have accomplished in your collective sojourns.

But we tell you another TRUTH, and that is that access into the Crystalline Vibration is neither gained nor denied by any judgmental paradigm or imposed Law of Authority other than your own.

And again what may seem paradoxical (but in truth is not) is that without a harmonic guiding vibration the portal access would seem frequencially inaccessible to you, and you would not be able to rise into the Crystalline Field.

That is one of the reasons why humans in the biological cycle work so earnestly to justify their collective and individual selves from a pattern of behavioral history that in fact is misconstrued and does not accurately describe your past, present or future. If you cannot even understand your true origin, how can you judge yourself accurately in the present that is also misunderstood? The answer is you cannot. The past, present and future only exist in the NOW that you dream, you see.

Everything in your vision-dream then is perspectively and dimensionally regulated by belief, and as long as you believe you are flawed, you will be. It is the Law of Attraction, the Law of Creative Manifestation. The chains that bind you are the chains of doubt.

The acts that you commit that you deem impure are to a great extinct the reason so many of you feel unworthy at times. It is in fact a vibrational pattern that holds you back. As long as you attempt to swim in the dense energy of lower vibration, it will be quite impossible for you to avoid sinking further within it. Is that not interesting? Take a moment to consider what we have just shared.

So the fact is that the beliefs by which humanity has lived has kept it in virtual chains to the limited belief system of its true past and even now, especially NOW, somewhat mires humanity from crossing the threshold into the greater lightness of Crystalline Consciousness. There is however a link, vibrational portals that will uniquely facilitate each of you in individuality in the coming year to meld into the energy, to enter the doorway of the higher field.

You see the Crystalline Filed is your own Impeccability, and while you feel impeccability to be only action, walking your talk, the truth is that it can occur in a flashing moment of realization because Impeccability is simply and complexly, a vibration.

In both collective and individual thought, each of you and all of you can break the barriers of self imposed judgment within time and space in order to finally see yourself and make the Quantum leap of recognizing that YOU are your God. Only fear and senses of unworthiness clouds the vision from the tiny corners of darkness in duality filters that you allow inside your heart to manifest and doubt the perfection and majesty YOU being a part of Creator God and All That Is.

We assure each of you that deep within your core is the awareness of a Divine SELF, a GOD that is you. And that God Self is in blissful joy. There is a God deep in your core that is laughing in love, so know that all is well. Know that everything eventually merges into ecstasy, and rejoice in that Truth. Feel the lightness that is coming to you, that is available to you in the frequential patterns of 2009. Find Well- Being, it compliments you on your path.

Live each moment in gratitude to be ready for long awaited changes as you move even closer to bringing heaven on earth and proactively creating the new reality. Seize the Day!

2009 Predictions

2008 is nearly over and what a challenging year it has been. Looking back through the past twelve months I can now see the clearing and transformations that occurred, how the shifts and portals have been working, where the new energies have been focused and how all of the pieces played together to bring us to this moment. Like many of you, at the time they were happening I was too busy processing the energy to be able to put the pieces together. This was a year of completion, closing doors, processing emotional energies and releasing old patterns to make way for the new.

If you have been frustrated because new projects seem to be stuck, be patient for a little while longer because 2009 will bring release and a rush of new energy to you. Among the most noticeable changes will be an interest in spiritual matters from people whose interest ranged from disinterest to denial. Because of what happens in their lives they will be seeking answers and solutions to the uncertainty and chaos they will experience. The Shift that you have gone through for the past ten years or more has quickened and it will touch many people this year. They will want answers and will come looking for you. Many more will be interested in healing, energy work, spiritual knowledge and understanding.

One of the biggest changes on an energetic level will be the reprieve from holding the light in places that needed our energetic support. Many of you who have been living in areas where you feel isolated, unsupported and out of place will either move to new areas or more like minded people will join you where you are. This has been a difficult aspect of your work but it is over, enough light has been grounded, the vortexes are now in place and communities must learn to sustain their own vibrations. You will see a mass movement of Lightworkers into other geographic areas from March through June 2009.

And one of the more challenging aspects of the Shift for many of you, being without a partner or romantic life, will also shift in 2009. This is a year of miracles, of creating the reality you want to live in and having a partner who is a kindred spirit, someone whose energy and vibration match yours, to share your life with. This will be a year of partnership, of joining with like minded souls who have done their transformation work and who are ready to create a new dimension in partnership. We have journeyed alone long enough, it is time to expand our vision of being, to reconnect to Source, to embody the highest expression of the god/goddess principles into our life, in the form of balanced, loving and supportive relationships. Be ready for many changes this year as we move ever closer to bringing heaven on earth and creating the new reality. Sincere apologies for the lack of recent articles - as the message below reminds us, the end of 2008 presented some of us with rather difficult circumstances ... in my case, trying to catch up with an avalanche of emails whilst away enjoying a holiday in New York and then spending time with my son in hospital over the New Year. Happily things are now looking brighter and I will be paying close attention to the rest of Archangel Michael's message from Doreen Virtue!

2009 will present many opportunities for growth, especially in the beginning of the year," Archangel Michael said to me loudly and clearly. When I asked him to explain further, he said that some might face challenges along the same lines as we experienced in latter 2008. Many will be pushed into changing their lives . . . always for the better.

Michael has continuously advised us to release or heal anything that’s NOT aligned with your inner truth and integrity. In plain language, this means facing any part of your life that you’re unhappy with, such as job, relationship, health, home, etc. Adjust the situation so that you feel happier, or leave it, or replace it. Those who ignore unhappiness and continue to stay in unhealthy situations will have the situation taken care of by the universe, such as losing the job or relationship by "outside" circumstances. What appear to be losses are really a balancing of energy, helping us to come into alignment with our truth.

If you’re ready to heal, leave, or replace an unhealthy situation, now is the time and the angels will lend ample support. All they need is your permission and your willingness to think outside the box. Allow surprising solutions to occur and notice your intuitive guidance, including signs from above. The strength of heaven’s help is at its peak when you step out of the way – so please let go and let God.

Keep your motivation for these changes based upon the solid knowledge that every one of God’s children (and that definitely includes you!) is a being of love. Everyone’s needs can be provided for in gentle and loving ways, but it will require our faith in that fact for us to all experience this as a reality.

As you surround yourself with loving relationships, a love-based career, and gentle situations, your true inner nature feels safe to express itself. And your true inner nature knows how to take care of yourself in all ways.

Trust your feelings, and never discount any sense of unease or unhappiness that you feel, for it is an indicator that something is wrong or off-balance. Ask for heavenly help with inspiration and guidance, and lean upon the angels’ ego-less light if your thoughts are dimmed with fear.

Fortunately, since so many people are simultaneously undergoing readjustments, there is ample support and empathy around you. Reach out to other people, both to give and to receive help. This is a time for people to band together in unified strength and shared vision.

Yet as much as you may receive your wish to have a changed life, these changes can bring up insecurities. Change is threatening to the ego, which believes security comes from clinging and attachment.

Archangel Michael reminds us that everything that’s alive changes and grows constantly! Trees, flowers, animals, and people – everything is in a constant state of change, movement, and growth. So do not fear growth, but instead enjoy the ride and continuously ask for – and be accepting of – support. Remember that any change you make which is aligned with your inner truth, is always a healthy improvement.

You may wonder: "Will I be okay? Will I be able to pay the bills? Will I be alone?" and other worries. Yet, Archangel Michael assures us that everyone’s needs are taken care of, as long as they are willing to follow the inner guidance which leads you always safely to shelter, food, and happiness. Ask Michael for additional courage and strength to healthfully change your life.

2009's opportunities are springboards for you to leap into the changes that you’ve been dreaming about. You don’t have to be stuck in any area of your life, but can use the momentum of this great time in our history to propel yourself and your energy into healthy movement. 2009 is a year to take chances and risks, and to truly follow your own inner guidance – even if others don’t understand or agree.

Michael does show me continued improvements in the world’s economy and environment. He shows me that the suffering that some people experience, brings about new levels of spiritual foundation, compassion, cooperation, charitable generosity, and sensitivity. All of these qualities help the collective forces of the world to continue their upward spiral – what some call ascension – to embrace the healthier, more compassionate, and gentler ways of living together on this planet.

After all, 2009 is not a year; it’s a series of moments. And each moment that you steep in love, will be a moment that you can cherish always.

It's New Years Eve. It's the perfect time of year to set new goals and direction for your life. What would you like to be, do or have in 2009? What really inspires you? The key to fulfillment is doing the things that really make you happy. If you see a person who really loves what he does and is happy and joyful it means he is living his spiritual purpose. If you went and did the things he is doing, you would probably be miserable! It's his spiritual purpose - not yours.

Each person is here on Planet Earth for spiritual growth. Each person has a unique life purpose. On our recent survey, the most popular topic that people said they want to learn about was: Discovering their Life Purpose. Discovering your life purpose is actually quite simple. It's so simple you might miss it. Here's the secret to discovering your life purpose. Drum roll please!

Do what you truly want and desire.

That's my challenge to you for 2009. Instead of limiting yourself because there's not enough time, there's not enough money, my parents expect this of me, my children need me to do xyz, the economy is bad etc, etc, etc. Why not do what you truly want and desire?

Learn to look within and follow those inner desires. When you do, you will be guided toward the right path for you. If you feel stuck right now, you are resisting that inner guidance. It is always within you. It always has been. Here are 8 practical steps you can take to set a new direction for yourself this year. Take some time today or on New Years Day to write down some goals for 2009.

1. Ask yourself what you really, truly want
Take some quiet time to look within. I don't mean a few minutes; I mean take the time you would take if your life depended on you figuring this out. It does. If you don't know what YOU want; if that isn't very clear in your mind, you are existing, not truly living.

Write down your big dreams and goals. Be honest with yourself about what you want. Don't limit yourself! Imagine you had no limitations because you don't. In reality, limitations are illusions you have chosen to believe are real. They are not real. The only limitations you have are the ones you think you have. If you want something - you want it! It's OK! It's beyond OK. It is your spiritual responsibility to yourself to go after your wants.

Many people have concepts around money. They may have been taught that, "Money is the root of all evil." Money is just a tool. It's a form of energy. We live in an abundant universe. In order to have more abundance, organize yourself to offer some kind of service to help other people. Then, you have an energy exchange. The more people you help, the more abundance you will attract.

In Step 1 write down what you want in ALL areas of your life. Don't be ashamed to include material and financial desires as well as relationships, family, travel, career, hobbies, friendships etc, etc. Remember . . . NO LIMITATIONS.

2. Now craft these desires into a goal statement
What is the end result, or desired outcome, that you would like to have? Make it as specific as possible. For now, don't worry about HOW you're going to reach the goal. As a matter of fact, if the HOWS start coming into your mind at this stage, cleanse and cut that energy for now. That's not important. If you have the desire within, you have the ability to accomplish the goal. Otherwise, you would never have been able to conceive of the goal(s) in the first place. Your goals are the spiritual spark from your inner creativity.

3. Rewrite the goal in the present tense, as if it has already occurred
This will change your mindset. By writing the goal in the present tense you are making it real and believable in your mind. You are creating. For example, read these two goal statements and compare how each one makes you feel:

:: I will build an extension on my house
:: I have built an extension on my house

Notice the difference? When I read the first example it feels like a distant hope or wish that may happen someday. When I read the second example I feel powerful that I have accomplished something. I visualize the house having been built and imagine what I am doing in my house! Belief is a powerful creative energy.

4. Add to your statement how you will FEEL once the goal is accomplished
When you add the feeling to your goal you will raise your energy vibration to be much more attractive. An example of adding the feelings to your goal is: "I am so happy and grateful that I have a beautiful new home that I feel relaxed and peaceful in."

5. Sense the timing in which you can accomplish your goal
You may be able to sense the best timing for your goal through your psychic sensitivity. Or, you can check with your guidance month by month. Or choose the time you want to have it accomplished, and then recheck with your guidance if it is realistic. (You aren't tricking yourself into thinking about HOW are you?)

6. Write down the action steps required to reach your goal
This is a critical step! Don't miss this one. Write down the steps you will need to take to accomplish this goal and when you will do them. Start from the end date and work backwards. For example, we have a goal to reach 100 people at a lecture in Sydney, Australia in June. So, we know we need to send press releases to the media in April. We need to book our flights in March etc, etc.

Motion beats meditation. A huge misunderstanding about the Law of Attraction is that if you just think about what you want it will mysteriously appear in your life. I've never yet seen bags of money fall out of the sky. (Although if you know how to make that happen, let me know.) You need to take action! Don't just think about it - do something about it! Don't worry if you don't have all the resources or education you need yet. Just start moving and your guidance will help you find the solutions you need. If you do nothing - you have nothing.

When your Spirit Guides see that you are committed and you are taking action on your goals, they will back you with new opportunities beyond your wildest dreams. They cannot move into action on your behalf until you do. It would be contrary to their contract with you. Your job is to keep taking action and never allow doubt to creep in. Your Guidance will create what we call the "magic of the how."

7. Read and visualize your goals daily
It's so easy to slip back into old habits or to be negatively influenced by your environment. Read your goals daily (at least) to remind yourself of where you are headed. Stay in a positive frame of mind about yourself and your life as much as you can. Negative talk, self-criticism and doubtful thoughts will sabotage your success. Think only positive thoughts about yourself and your life.

8. Keep rechecking along the way
Circumstances and timing can change. Maybe you find that you change your mind about wanting a certain goal or that the desire for it has dissipated. This often means there is something even better for you around the corner. Your angels have a bigger picture than you do about your spiritual purpose. Trust your hunches and follow your desires! Keep moving toward that feeling and make 2009 the most wonderful year in an ongoing series of coming years. It is time we lived our spiritual potential on all levels. Welcome to the Age of Balance.

The intense energies we have been experiencing have brought out a lot of our shadow side, deep-rooted issues. Any area in our life that remained hidden or buried for any length of time are now coming to the surface to be dealt with. Our dreams may be more vivid and meaningful, old memories resurfacing, people and situations from the past are popping up out of nowhere. What is occurring is that we are resolving the past and healing at the cellular and ancestral level. Being an ultra sensitive can make this process even more intense than it already is. We are not only healing and resolving issues in our own personal lives but our world is undergoing this massive restructuring. It can be very disconcerting to say the least.

Being an ultra sensitive means we experience things much more intensely than most people do. Our senses are so sensitive that we perceive the five senses with a heightened awareness. Our sixth sense is also heightened, thus we are highly empathic and intuitive as well. We easily pick up the energies of those around us. Many of us are experiencing anxiety, fear and uncertainty from the situations we are processing and dealing with. It may be difficult to discern what are our own emotions from what we are absorbing from others. Hence, it is very important to make time to clear our energy fields on a regular basis.

Ultra sensitives have a very delicate nervous system that can easily become over stimulated. Especially during this time when we are dealing with so many physical, emotional and mental situations simultaneously we tend to become short-circuited. I have found that lately I need much more rest and relaxation time. I become exhausted and fatigued quite easily. I am finding that if I try to push it or overexert myself that it takes even longer for me to recuperate. I have to be patient and understanding with myself and just accept the fact that I am not able to overdo it.

As an ultra sensitive we need to really be mindful to be present in our physical body and be perceptive to the cues we are receiving. When we disconnect mentally, emotionally or physically we are not in touch with what our body and soul needs. When we are paying attention, we can nourish and adequately care for ourselves. I am finding that if I have a busy day than I need to give myself extra time in the evening. If I have a busy week than I need to clear my schedule for the weekend to do nurturing things for myself. I will make a point of going into my bedroom, closing the door, lighting a candle, and putting on some soothing music and just relaxing. A walk in nature or being outside in the fresh air and sunshine also does wonders as well in achieving balance.

The intense energies that we are feeling is causing many ultra sensitives to feel off balance and off kilter. Many sensitive’s are experiencing dizziness, a spinning sensation in the brain, an intense pressure in the head, racing thoughts, stomach discomfort and sleep disruption. We are working on so many spiritual levels at once and the body is attempting to process and assimilate all of this.

Ultra sensitive beings need to do be mindful of their diet and environment. It seems that many of us are experiencing severe allergies, and sensitivities to things and are having strong reactions in our bodies causing major imbalances. It is imperative to pay attention to the affect the food you consume; your environment and the people you associate with are having on your body, mind and emotions. This will be a strong indicator to let you know what you need or need to avoid.

As an ultra sensitive I find that I am deeply affected by the people that I am around. As empath I pick up what someone else is feeling or thinking and experience it in my own body. I have gotten to a point where I don't allow myself to take on their stuff by shielding myself energetically, however, I need to be mindful to not unconsciously do so. I also find that I am very sensitive to how I am treated by others. I have a very low tolerance level for anyone who is acting unkindly or not being authentic. I am feeling things so deeply that the slightest thing is experienced profoundly inside of me.

Our true state of being as Divine Human Beings is as ultra, highly sensitive people. We have been conditioned by our society to be hardened and tough. We have learned to hide our feelings and suppress our needs in order to survive. Things are changing in our world and as we collectively and individually heal and evolve we are returning to our natural state of being ultra sensitivity.

Being ultra sensitive means being mindful of our needs, conscious of how we treat our body, mind & soul, and being aware of our environment. Nurturing and nourishing ourselves during this transitory time will assist us in making a smooth transition into the new energy.

Prayer - Being an Ultra Sensitive

Dear God/Goddess,

I enter this sacred space of quiet and solitude to commune with you now. I honor myself and my relationship to You. I know when I take time to nourish and nurture my body, mind and spirit I achieve a deeper state of balance and Oneness.

Please energetically clear my space now ~ physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I ask for you to remove anything within or around me that no longer serve me or does not belong to me.

I ask for a protective shield from the harsh energies around and within me so that I can maintain a continuous state of inner harmony.

The currents of these numerical sequences bring into alignment a series of new understandings that will help to adjust and balance every human. 2009 is the Great Reconfiguration

In the year 2009, there will be an accelerated momentum of the transformational shifting that has been underway for a very long time. It will be both global and personal. This shifting will eventually lead to a radical reshaping of many worn-out structures and ways of being in your world.

In the future, when you look back on these times, you will understand how 2009 and the several years that follow are a time of reconfiguration. The year 2009 is to be pivotal in this regard, for many pieces in the foundation of the new Earth will be initiated for assembly. This won't be like any foundation you have seen before, for it will have global connections and linkups with every element of society.

On a grand scale, this relates to human society rearranging itself. Humanity has not seen such a rapid rearranging of this magnitude in any earlier timeframe. There is no template for it, for the way it is being carried out is brand new.

With no roadmap to follow and so many uncertain variables, the unfolding of the reconfiguration is quite fluid. Likewise, the challenges being faced are too complex and wide reaching to be resolved with yesterday's methods. This is true for both individuals and society as a whole.

Those at the leading edge of change are now in the process of discovering new more enlightened approaches and ways of viewing the growing list of dilemmas. Where is this movement headed and what will it look like?

Changes Reconfiguring Your World

Institutions based on old paradigm approaches will either fade away or be reconfigured to match the new energies. Outmoded codes of human behavior, elite power bases, and allocation of resources will be challenged and changed by those who carry an awakening consciousness.

Every aspect of life and living as you now know it will be impacted. The changes will reconfigure your outer world. More importantly, they will reshape your inner world and how you experience the human condition. It is happening, and will happen, in phases-each one building upon the last and setting the stage for future ones.

Earth changes will be felt in some of the familiar places, and in some new locations not before touched by erratic weather patterns. Over the coming years, this means that many people who moved to other locations to escape the effects of weather changes will find their new location also beset with unusual climate-related alterations. As increasing numbers of people feel the effects of climate change, new paradigm trailblazers will create new thought forms of compassion, caring, connectedness, and helpfulness.

Solutions for many of the world's imbalances can come from these more enlightened viewpoints, to be seeded during some of humanity's darkest times. The new thought forms will become a part of humanity's mass consciousness, helping to shift long-established views involving fear, competition, and dominance.

The trailblazers of new paradigm thought will fuel a revolution in how life is lived. They will model this new way of being, showing other people and the world the fruits of an awakened life.

As part of that, these pioneers will challenge and change the dream of success. People have learned over many generations to associate success with linear concepts involving climbing ladders, rigid goal setting, and advancing beyond where others are to feel important. This old-fashioned view is based on the illusion of lack and insufficiency. These reference points have kept people enslaved in lifetimes of endlessly seeking more. The greed fostered in such an approach can never be satisfied.

Changing Your Dream of Success

Changing the dream of success will happen first on an individual level, as increasing numbers of people begin to question what it really means to be powerful in the world. The questioning may come after a job loss or other career setback. It may come from the exhaustion or ill health that can accompany climbing to the top.

To be sure, changing the dream of success will require more than simply asking the basic questions that have been asked in recent years by a growing number of unsatisfied people. These questions include things like: "why don't I have what others have?" and "what is holding me back?" and "why has all of my hard work not paid off?"

These questions typically come from a reference point of competition, doubt, insufficiency, and lack of clarity about one's real purpose and spiritual path. This reference point can be hidden from conscious awareness, of course, for it's rooted in subconscious belief systems that impact how people view and respond to life.

People asking these ill-founded questions oftentimes don't have the larger view of why they have incarnated on Earth during these pivotal times. For those who do understand this bigger picture view, there can still be lack of clarity about the truth of their life's progression and what is really in the way of the more fortunate circumstances they desire.

What are some productive questions to ask so that you can understand your path of success? And what is the way to most appropriately ask these questions?

First, keep in mind your state of mind and energy flow when inquiring about your success. Asking such questions when you are tired, hungry, or depressed will not give you the same level of clarity you will have when feeling energetically balanced and in positive spirits.

Second, you want to invoke your intuitively guided reason and the messages from your heart when asking questions. A whole-brain and spirit-based approach is what will lead you to the greatest understanding of life's questions.

Third, keep in mind Divine timing. Asking the same question over and over, simply because you want to know, is not the most productive approach. It is a universal principle that truths are revealed at the appropriate time, and not a moment sooner. Also, remember that Divine timing is fluid and not linear.

Here is an example. Just because you earlier intuitively sensed that a certain success would come by next year, when that date arrives and the success hasn't materialized, it doesn't mean your information was incorrect. When this happens, it can mean many things.

For one, the thing that was to have happened may have been pushed further into the future because of a host of factors, some of which may have little or nothing to do with you.

For another thing, what you wanted may no longer be in your highest good in the way it was to have been configured. Perhaps it will still manifest, but look differently. Or maybe it will not happen at all, because something much more wonderful is coming your way down the road.

Fourth, remember when asking your questions to follow up any unclear or unsatisfactory answers with additional inquiry. So much of how you will progress this lifetime is in your questions. Skillful means are needed to get the clarity you seek. If, for example, you ask a "yes-no" type of question and the response confuses or disappoints you, ask other types of questions to go deeper. The more beneath the surface you investigate, the closer to the truth you will be.

Fifth, consider these examples of questions to understand your path of success:

1. What about my self-image prevents me from acknowledging the success I already am?
2. What are some of my gifts that are a natural part of my success in this life?
3. What belief systems do I subconsciously hold that block my success?
4. How can I make better use of the Divine timing and other opportunities in my life?
5. Who are the people in my life who have helped mold my ideas of success?
6. Who in my current life is a positive influence on my being successful in the new paradigm world?
7. Who in my current life is a negative influence on that success?
8. What habits could I change to be more successful?
9. What skills could I develop to be more successful?
10. How does my attitude of gratitude impact my forward movement?
11. Who or what in my outside world have I given my power to, blocking my success?
12. What am I not seeing about myself, others or the world that gets in my way?

Birthing of the New

When find yourself questioning your progress, step back for a moment and remind yourself that you are on Earth at this time to birth a revolution on both personal and global levels in how life is lived.

Success is but one of countless concepts and structures up for a radical overhaul. As you and others like you personally address and reconfigure these things, you help to create a ripple effect of transformation in your outer world.

When you have moments of doubting, know that much is shifting. That's what these times are about.

Progress in 2008

Despite appearances to the contrary, a brand new paradigm of enlightened consciousness is in the process of being born! Much progress has been made, including in 2008 when the playing out of opposites amplified in every corner of the planet.

Oppositional thinking, power mongering, and lies of many stripes showed up in political campaigns, country power plays, and international global warming talks.

On a personal scale, increased stress levels took many people to the edge, fueling ego-based responses to a host of situations. Sometimes even those usually able to respond to life sanely and kindly became reactionary.

With the volume of stress and uncertainty turned up significantly, people from all walks of life increasingly found they had a lower boiling point than before.

To be sure, hot buttons for many were the economy, personal finances, and the "what if" fears generated with each exposure to the news.

Some of the changes being made now-considered separately and measured against utopian goals-may seem minor or insufficient. However, when you look at the big picture and the overall reconfiguration process, each of these seemingly miniscule shifts is quite potent and vital to the big picture of where humanity is headed.

Consciousness is changing, not due to legislation or other forceful means, but within the hearts of people on every continent.

In 2009, consider the following checklist for personal transformation, using it as a guide to stay on track, in the moment with life, and connected with your heart.

1. Set your intention at the start of each day to utilize any obstacles as opportunities for growth. Learning the most from each obstacle will help you to avoid the need of repeating painful situations and toxic relationship patterns.

2. Remember that you are really a spiritual being living in a physical form. Connect with that knowing and allow it to fuel your next thoughts, words and actions.

3. Decide you will approach your world of physicality as a sacred home. When you consider your body and your planet as sacred containers for life, it is easier to be patient and loving.

4. Make every effort to become sane about the past. This includes a letting go of how life used to be-whether you like it now or not-so you can be in the moment and more accepting of how things are. It also means becoming aware of the limiting belief systems you brought with you from your past. These beliefs, hidden out of your view in your subconscious, stem from your family's lineage going back numerous generations. They also come from your past lives and ideas you have taken on from the mass consciousness. Focus your energy on clearing these limiting belief systems from your DNA so that you can more quickly move into new paradigm consciousness. Also, keep in mind that as long as you define yourself by your past, you cannot fully embody your light in this life.

5. Do your best to become wise about the present. Set your intention to become more truthful with yourself about what's happening, when it happens, and with your need to learn more about topics you thought you had mastered. The ego can play tricks on you at any stage of awakening, putting you into illusion. No one is exempt. It's helpful, therefore, to remain humble. Be willing to cover what seems like "old ground," learning on a deeper level than before.

Refuse to go into judgment with yourself or others when things aren't to your liking. You may have a different timetable than others for learning specific things, or for developing positive qualities. Trust, though, that when you express kindness and compassion with others who are unable to value these qualities, your efforts are not lost. Your kindheartedness uplifts you as a being, while planting very useful seeds within others. Let go of how and when these seeds germinate, allowing the universal laws of cause and effect to run their course.

Decide that you will be loving to yourself and others, even when the world tells you to be harsh and critical. Remember that those types of messages from your world, or outer conditioning, are connected to the old paradigm views you are in the process of revamping.

Set your intention to become more awake to your limiting thoughts so that you can accelerate your shifting into the new vibrational energies. The more conscious you can become of what's negatively impacting your present, the more power you will have to alter your future.

Tell yourself daily that you are creating your future by how you respond to life today.

6. Strive to be open-minded about the future. Do not allow gloom-and-doom thinking or fantasy to color how you approach the future. The path to finding inner peace involves connecting with balance and truth. You will not find truth in the gloom-and-doom approach. You will not discover truth when in fantasy. You find it when traveling the middle path, connected with your heart and intuitively guided reason.

As you continue the journey of rediscovering your Divine nature, we surround you with our love and blessings. We are The Council of 12.

Our new, powerful connection

Our transition from the old to the new continues on, and even though it may be producing fear and uncertainty within many, I can assure you that all is in divine and perfect order.

My brother David has created a new web site for me (it is almost complete now). He designed it from the bottom up in the little spare time he has. His area of expertise is in software programming and writing programs for governments and the like. He is very good at what he does, and is known far and wide. He can do things no one else has ever been able to do. He is making sure that each and every one of you will be able to access and view the site with ease in every way.

He designed the web site with the basic underlying structure and skeletal system in pure programming script. He wrote it from scratch. He was adamant that the new web site be very clean, pure, and clear. This being his area of expertise, he would accept no other way.

With a new web site designed in this way, I can no longer utilize the software I have been using for the past several years to update my site. David says that it adds a "lower vibration," or rather a more muddled energy to the site that would clog it up again. So then, I am getting ready to learn some programming language so that I can update and add to my site on my own. I'm very excited, as I actually love working on my own site; it has always been a great creative outlet for me...and now I get to learn a very new way without the crutch of a software program doing it for me. I will be utilizing and going directly to the source without the middle-man of software.

And this is the way of our current transition. We are letting go of anything that is not pure and clean, or vibrating high. And we are thus going directly to Source. And this creates the necessity to learn new ways. And this is why we have recently been plugged in to our true and authentic selves...connecting more fully to our souls or to Source. And this is why so much of the old world in now falling away in earnest. And this is why we need to be very good at what we do. And this is why we are now ready to be who we came to be, have always known who that is (even though we think we do not), or are now getting the opportunity to discover who that is and get up to speed with it.

Our time is now. We are in the intense staqes of the fall. This is the time we have been waiting for. This is why we arrived on this planet in the first place. This is why all our needs will be met and we will be OK no matter what is occurring in the "other world." It was meant to be this way. We had to re-connect to our true and authentic selves right now more than ever before because of what is about to occur even more rapidly now. We are right on schedule and right on track.

I just returned from a visit to North Carolina to see my daughter, her husband, and my grandchildren ages eight, four, and twins born 2 ½ months prematurely on June 12th. One day I took Solomon outside for some air. He is one of our new babies. They had been having a heck of a time adjusting to formula and to this world, so they had been fairly fussy and agitated. Their physical forms were still yet undeveloped due to their early arrival. Well, the minute he found himself outside in nature, he dramatically changed. He began looking around, got extremely calm, and seemed to notice every leaf, breeze, ray of sunshine, and blade of grass. But the most glorious part of all was the reaction of the nature spirits, the elves, and the fairies (lots of elves and fairies in the mountains of Western North Carolina!).

They immediately came out of hiding and greeted Solomon as if he were royalty. They were unmistakably in a space of high reverence for him. And they were so very grateful, thankful, and in awe that he was here. They were truly delighted and very excited. This is a very special time for the nature spirits...to be able to connect to a higher vibration such as his. It was quite a moment indeed.

The new little ones carry such a high vibration. As I have mentioned so many times before, they are arriving in droves as they are instrumental in holding a high vibrational grid to keep this planet intact through the transition. They are like no other. This is just one indicator that all is in divine and perfect order, or this would not be occurring. This is such an exciting time!

As much continues to crash and fall, we will be called upon to offer our areas of expertise. In times past, much of the old world paid little attention to us. The continual crashing and falling of the old will thus create a summoning for something very new and better, as there will not be much to hold onto anymore. We are now being given the opportunities to prepare our store-fronts and to get much in order so that we will be poised to assist and share our wisdom and knowledge. This is why we experienced such a lull in recent times past. It was a gift for us...a time to re-connect. Our store-fronts are one way that we will be ensured financial security in these rocky times. And the remainder of the time we will be safe and secure in our sanctuaries, enjoying ourselves with all our needs met.

While I was in North Carolina, they were experiencing a severe gas shortage. People were waiting in lines at gas stations for over an hour, only to eventually be told that there had been only so much gas available, and they were now out. In the relatively small town where I was, just south of Asheville, no one was coming together. There was no carpooling. People were not helping each other. It seemed that each and every one was on their own, desperate for gas (I am sure other areas reacted differently...I hope!). The lack of unity was blatantly evident and difficult to digest.

The fall will create unity. It will force individuals to come together and to assist one another. The earth and her inhabitants can easily provide all that is needed without the need for money, only we have been used to living as very separate entities and seem know no other way...until now.

My daughter Ari has a passion for children's clothing. Through her passion, which creates a higher vibration within her, and also serves to provide a place for her attention to attach itself, she has created a network where several mothers exchange clothing. In this way, when their children outgrow one size, through their unity, all their clothing needs are met in an on-going way as they continue to trade with one another. Because she is aligned with her passion, she has then been able to create effortlessly in the arena of her passion and purpose. She is in alignment and thus a match for a higher vibrational reality.

Ari's family is struggling financially now. But if she were to be "bailed out" by someone continually saving her and holding her up, she would never have the opportunity to arrive at new and better spaces on her own....nor to connect with her gifts and talents. Saving and bailing out only serves to hold up old energy that needs to fall (generally speaking; there are always exceptions). Going to a store to provide her own needs, would have created separation, and an added stress that says we all have to do everything on our own while taking care of our own needs. This is part of the old world and the old reality that will rapidly be changing.

When we are willing to connect to our true and authentic selves, to know who we are, and to provide this energy to the whole, then unity is ever present while we are more connected as well to our souls and to Source. (Stepping Into the New Reality goes into great detail about this entire process and is meant to serve as a guide and support through these rocky and transitional times. It is currently in the hands of my publisher, and should be ready for purchase in a week or so.)

Although most of us are very aware that the old is collapsing because of the new and higher vibrations present, there are wonderful things that these higher vibrations produce as well.

Because it is now time for us to serve, guide, and assist, all our needs will be met. We will not be affected by what is occurring in the old world. After I arrived home recently, I knew I needed to start thinking about acquiring some firewood, as the weather would soon be changing here at 7,000 feet. In this way, it was on my mind. Today I was the only one at our small post office here in Ramah, except for a very young Navajo mother. As I was leaving, I noticed her spouse and their baby in the car waiting for her. Delighted to see one of our little ones, I poked my head in the car window, squealing with delight. "Your baby is so precious!" I exclaimed. "How old is she?" I was met with only one response. "Are you by any chance in need of some firewood?" They greatly needed the money and I greatly needed the firewood.

Our needs are usually met, and many times we do not even know it as we are so used to feeling powerless, stuck, and unable to create. Being used to this state of being can at times allow us to accept without seeing what is right in front of us. We simply need to connect to a new and different way of thinking and being, and know that all solutions are there...all we need do is connect to them and get out of our own way and out of any beliefs that things have to arrive in a certain and specific way.

Many of our animal companions will be departing during this time of transition. But they are really not departing. When we cross over to the "other side," we do it through the old 3D death process without our form, or through the ascension process, with our form. Due to various circumstances, some or our animal companions cannot take their current forms with them. Sometimes they are too ill or the like. In this way, they will of course be returning to us, but in very new and more highly vibrating forms. So they are not really going anywhere, but just changing clothes so to speak. The same is true for some of our human loved ones. We will, of course, be able to communicate with them with great ease in this new and higher vibrating reality. I do it with my grandmother all the time, and in this way, I have never missed her.

Another phenomenon many have asked me about is the situation with electronics. We are vibrating higher now than most electronics, so then, they seem to go haywire each and every time we make a vibrational leap. Before I left for North Carolina, my printer decided it would not work, my dvd player would not connect or work, my cell phone froze and I had to take the battery out and then put it back in, and light bulbs would blow whenever I turned on a light. This is all very common for the ascension process. It is simply a mis-match in vibrational alignments.

With new and higher vibrations now present, much is also magnified. If we were to get stuck in a victim consciousness, for example, that led us to believe everything was falling apart and we were powerless, we would then probably begin creating all kinds of situations that made us feel powerless and out of control. But if we are able to shift into something very new, with a new perspective, and know that we are always in charge (remember, we need to be more vigilant now than ever before), we would then begin creating and experiencing a much more pleasant reality for ourselves.

We just have to get out of the snowball effect when we get in a funk. At times it can be challenging, as the old reality is so darned uncomfortable and it may seem that there is nowhere to turn that vibrates where we now are. But if we can know that we no longer need to hold up the old, that we are absolutely allowed to enjoy ourselves now more than ever before( as we have earned it and are now on the "other side"), that we can be in our creativity most of the time, and that we can have fun while we are waiting for the old to really come down, we will then find ourselves in a very new space indeed.

October will bring in some refreshing energies. The equinox on September 22 brought in energies that magnified things, stirred things up, and for some, placed them in spaces of their worst nightmares. This was simply the old coming to the forefront encouraging changes to be made, and in most cases, big nudges to leave the old behind.....and now knowing that it is OK to do that. The energies of the old can at times feel like a big vacuum cleaner sucking us in....the old does not want the light to leave! But the old must fall, and through this process, we can stay in our heavenly sanctuaries as we need no longer go back....the old must give up and eventually be willing to come to us for a new and better way.

So again, get ready for October as we will then be securely plugged in to our new outlets and ready for some new and supportive energies... all in our court!

Living through truth

When we live through our spiritual authority many opportunities to balance our energies, heal lifetimes of karma and transform our reality are available to us. One of those is the opportunity to live through the truth, to know ourselves from our spiritual truth, to realize our mission in the world, understand our gifts and talents and to move toward the possibility of a joyful, peaceful, abundant life. When we access life from our spiritual authority we accept responsibility for our reality and every aspect of it. As we move farther into this responsibility we begin to uncover the truth, what it means to us and how it works in our life. And we can discover that what we have long held as truth was not true at all.

There is a big difference between the Truth, as in spiritual truth and the truth, as in material truth. Spiritual truth holds no judgments or criticisms, is completely detached from any outcome and holds one belief, we are perfect in every way. Material truth is where we have judgments, criticisms, are attached to outcomes and expectations, and believe that we are imperfect beings seeking perfection, which we will never be able to achieve because of our inherent imperfection. Material truth is what holds us in our karmic experiences, our feelings of inadequacy, powerlessness, unworthiness and fear.

If the spiritual Truth is what has been true for us all along, why has it taken us so long to begin to understand it? After all, we are spiritual beings having a human experience, so the spiritual truth should be obvious to us. And it is, hidden behind the veil of our human beliefs, perceptions and understandings. Our human journey is about transcending the veil, lifting the illusion and creating a bridge between the spiritual and material worlds. We came here to do this work and now that we have done it we can begin to accept the spiritual Truth and learn to live it, instead of the material truth that has been the guiding force of our lifetimes of existence.

Although the spiritual Truth is so much more pleasant and fulfilling that the material truth, it is very difficult for us to believe that it can be our truth. Too often we have many examples of material truth in our life and not many of spiritual Truth. Our world, which we believe is true, often reflects the fear, lack of abundance and spiritual poverty that we accept as truth. And when we live with a truth that is focused on lack and fear every aspect of our reality reflects that. Material truth tells us that we must struggle and suffer, are imperfect, can’t create what we want and these are the beliefs we must overcome to create the reality that Spirit tells us is the real Truth. But how do we cross that bridge?

We can start by remembering that spiritual Truth reflects the will of Creator in our life, that we have peace, joy and abundance. This Truth flows to us from the Universe and when it gets to the material plane it becomes distorted as it is filtered through what we believe to be true about ourselves, a truth that is based on our material world experience. This material experience causes us to ask questions like ‘Why does God allow this to happen’ or ‘I am not worth of more’. Turning from material to spiritual truth can be as easy as turning the page of a book or waking from a nightmare to the dawn of a bright and promising new day.

It is our free will that allows us to accept material truth as being our truth and that same free will can open our eyes to the beauty of spiritual Truth, that we are indeed spiritual beings, with the authority to create the reality that we desire, for ourselves and for the world. What we then learn is that there is only spiritual Truth, that material truth is a small reflection of the beauty, joy, unconditional love and peace that is ours by simply acknowledging ourselves as part of a loving Creator whose will has always been for us to accept and live through the Truth.

All is in a State of Evolution

Earth changes are taking place worldwide, as Mother Earth twists, turns and stretches - she is growing and adapting to the vibratory changes just as all life upon and within her is doing. As Mother Earth changes she does it with bursts of energy just as you do.

Do not fear nor fight the earth changes going on. You will be where you are to be when these changes take place as long as you listen to your higher-Self - listen to your inner nudging and follow your heart.

The entire Universe is changing not just planet earth. The communication and the contact so desired between the earth and off earth civilizations will happen, how soon is dependent on mankind. This event alone will cause much change to take place in the world. Belief systems will change radically. It will give people a whole new way of looking at historical events. It will bring unity to the entire universe. Mankind will no longer see himself as the center of the universe - the only intelligent life form in the universe. Racial and religious barriers will come down. Political persecution and control will cease to be. It will not all happen overnight, but it will happen, peace and harmony will reign on earth once more. You must be patient and persevere. All things happen in due time. Nothing happens by accident - all is in Divine Order.

Man has long lived as a totally threatening life form. It is time to mature, to grow out of the tribal warfare mentality. To stop the killing of each other, the destruction, the maiming, the injuring. It is time to stop all the violence in the so-called entertainment industry. It is time to take a stand for what you believe in. To stop teaching the young that violence is the way to handle all disagreements. Can you not see what it has created? Children killing children. Children killing parents. Parents killing children. Children killing themselves. STOP IT NOW!

Those who come from beyond this earth see this. They know that man has long destroyed those things they do not understand. This is why they don't come. Why they don't land upon this planet.

It seems to be a common thread among those who dwell on earth that no one even knows their neighbor unless a catastrophic event takes place, then all are drawn together out of a common need. That is a shame when you think about all that is missed. People must learn to reach out, meet and get to know those who share the same world. Some are doing that now with the technology they have, but many are even using that tool to send fear and misinformation into the world, to create chaos and distruction. People must learn to conquer their fears and stop spreading them to others. Once they become master of their fears their fears will leave them alone. For what you fear you draw near unto yourself. And the truth is...there is NOTHING to fear except fear itself.

All living things upon this planet are mutating, adjusting and adapting to the changes taking place, just as you are. Some are ascending and leaving planet earth for other worlds. All must learn to live in harmony and balance. Every plant, every animal, every bird, every insect - all living things, are trying to teach you what they have to share with you - you must only listen - learn to hear - and then share what you learn with others.

There are many lightworkers on this planet, many beautiful souls trying their best to repair the damage done by those who came before them. Heed the warnings given by all around you. Listen with your heart. Feel with your entire being. See with your inner sight.

The truth you live

As we become more confident on our spiritual journey we open ourselves to the truth of who we are-divine spiritual beings having a human experience. With our awareness of the spiritual Truth comes a realization of all of the other kinds of truths that we have believed as true, truths which exist on a material level and reflect the lack of love, acceptance, tolerance, faith and trust that we have learned from others and from our life experiences. This is a powerful position because it allows us to question what truth we are living through and how this is reflected in our reality.

Until we are ready to accept our spiritual Truth we live through our assumptions of what life should be like, based on what others have told us. This is the material truth that we have been taught and we know it is true because everyone around us believes it and lives their life that way. With the shifting energies new pathways to understanding are opening for all of us and we are beginning to see glimpses of other possibilities, other truths for ourselves. Then we have to ask the question, which truth are we going to live?

But our spiritual Truth is a new and unknown path. None of the familiar markers are there and no one on our material path can offer guidance. It can be scary until we realize that the known path, the material truth, is the path of karma and destiny. It is what we have always done and represents what we have always chosen. The spiritual Truth is a new path into a higher dimension, one where karma does not exist. Are we brave enough to choose it or if not, to allow it to choose us?

When our soul is ready for us to accept our spiritual Truth it helps us along the way. Different aspects of our material truth can end and we find ourselves alone, unsupported, wondering what happened to our world. It is not a punishment, it is an opening into living a greater truth, one that will allow us to create the reality that goes beyond what we can see when we live in material truth. This is what we are here for, to awaken to the Truth of who we are, to live through our spiritual Truth and to awaken ourselves and the world to this new, wonderful reality.

Gimme that

It seized us when we were pre-verbal, this addiction to stuff. Getting, acquiring, having, owning, possessing. Mine! It was one of the first words we uttered and mine is still the most common measurement of success. Those with the most stuff are lauded, envied, influential. Having lots of stuff seems to indicate that they know more than the rest of us. And those with the very most of all are elevated to the status of royalty.

I'm not among them. You? For most of us, we're somewhere in the "I don't yet have all I'd like to have" stage. Which is a pretty overpopulated place. And should we come close to having all the treasures we aspire to, well that's where the advertising machine kicks in with some new stuff we'd never heard of, but desperately now want. After all, if you don't have the latest and greatest you're a nobody, right?

So, why do we want all that stuff? It's not what you might think. And because our motivation is so unconscious we fall each and every time for the Next Big Thing. Listen up because we're about to break through the fog we've been living in and see this obsession of gimme that with fresh, clear eyes. The old game is about to end.

Before I dispel the myth, why do you want what you want? Do you hope to impress someone? Are you feeding your sense of worth? Do you seek ease or comfort? Are you looking for a good time? Do you want to know more than others? Do you crave others' approval or respect?

No matter how you respond to the question of why you want what you want, the truthful answer is always the same: you want to feel good. It's the basic motivation for everything we do - and don't do. We want to feel happy, fulfilled, satisfied, worthy, peaceful. Choose your own word, but it all boils down to our quest for that most cherished, and often illusive, state of all - to feel good. That deep sense of "all is well."

Now here's the ultimate question - does all that stuff make you feel good? Does the new car, house, spouse, job, or hottest techno-gadget truly have a deep and lasting affect on your sense of well-being? Yeah, maybe in the first moment or day or week. But, like any other addiction, the fix soon looses its power to deliver the goods. So, we get, set aside, and move on to the next promise of glory. It's why we have garages so full of stuff that our cars sleep under the stars each night.

If what we really want is that inner connection to a more profound meaning of self - to feel good - then my friends, stuff won't get us there. Never has, never will. Put your money back in your pocket, seal your garage door, and close your department store accounts. Nothing out there will EVER bring you that kind of serenity. Peace, meaning, connection - these are inside jobs.

If you want to feel good, all you need to accomplish that goal is to decide to feel good. You don't need a crutch or excuse or reason. Just choose to feel good regardless of what's out there. You're already very good at this since it's been you all along who has generated that feeling of satisfaction - however temporary it was. You received praise - you let yourself feel good. You accomplished a really tough task - you let yourself feel good. It wasn't the praise or accomplishment; it was YOU. Plenty of people receive praise and don't let it in. It doesn't make them feel good; it makes them feel anxious.

YOU and only you decide how you are going to feel in every moment of your life. We've been blind to that power because early on, when we first experienced feeling good, we didn't really know the difference between us and not us. Infants don't acquire a sense of a separate self for a few years. So, we learned, erroneously, (and it was supported by everyone who had influence with us) that stuff out there made us feel good or bad or fearful. Not so. It's all us.

A true sign of emotional maturity is the ability to choose our own state of mind. To not be victimized by the external world and toyed with like a puppet. Regardless of what happens out there, what happens in you is your decision. As Eleanor Roosevelt said, "No one can make you feel inferior without your permission." And they can't make you feel angry, resentful, joyous, or fearful either. They do whatever they do - but, YOU decide how to respond. YOU decide how to feel.

This is liberation my friends. The knowledge that feeling good is a choice that is ours by default. It cannot be stolen, destroyed, or usurped. It's yours 'til death do you part. No matter what the world does, you are in charge of your thoughts, feelings, and choices. Think of it...that's incredible power! You have choice, no matter what.

So, how do you feel? We aren't infants anymore. We are wise enough to recognize truth when we hear it. And the truth is, happiness is a choice. Feel good now. Why not? Imagine the money you'll save on stuff! Oh, and the car... it's got dibs on the garage.

Today, build a garden within, a garden so bountiful and wondrous, so irresistible, that joy will be enticed to enter and then settle in to stay.

You will find the soil within you, in the peaceful center of your body. Go there first and feel the peace, endless peace, like deep and dark soil that can nurture dreams.

Next, let the river of love flow through your heart, an endless stream flowing through, combining with the soil of peace to create a fertile environment for your life.

Now look up and see the sun of faith shining high above you. Invite these life-giving rays into your garden, warming the fertile soil and making it ready for the vibrant surge of creative energy.

And now, let your imagination plant the seeds. Watch as flowers of all colors and varieties spring up, bursting through the soil, reaching up toward the sun, then unfolding in beauty and releasing their perfume across the garden. Each flower that springs from your fertile imagination is a possibility, an opportunity, and a thing of beauty just for its own sake, because such beauty must be shown and shared.

Let your imagination go further. Watch how a single seed sprouts, then becomes a tender sapling and then a tree. Watch how it grows and begins to bear fruit, golden pears that hang from the boughs, ripe and luscious. And now come the bluebirds of happiness, flying over the garden walls to sit on the boughs of your trees, orchards now of peaches, pears and cherries, all ripe and ready.

And now you feel that joy is already here. Joy has been here since the beginning, the driving force behind it all, the cause and the result, the presence and the essence. Joy and love, peace and faith, all residing together, all causing each other in an endless loop of creation and wonder.

And all of this is within you. All of this is created by you and nurtured by your heart and mind. This garden, this feeling, this wonder, is yours to create every moment, no matter what is happening outside, no matter what your circumstances are.

Whatever it is you have been seeking for happiness, you do not need. Whatever it is you have been desperately chasing for joy, you do not need. Whatever it is you believe you must have in order to be happy and joyful is unnecessary. You have created happiness and joy yourself, here within you, right now.

Nurture them with the soil of peace, the stream of love and the sunlight of faith and they will dwell within you for as long as the breath of life runs through.

Build Your House of Joy

Every thought you think, every word you speak, every choice you make in every moment, is creating the house in which you dwell.

You may choose to build a house of glass bricks, each brick a beautiful moment, a perfumed rose, damp grass under bare feet, crickets on a summer evening, sunshine warm on your shoulders, the smile of a loved one, the lick of a puppy on your cheek, joyful laughter with friends.

And when you build your house of deep emotional joys like these, it becomes like a fortress, a house of true wonder, where the outside storms are kept at a distance and yet your own joy and beauty always sparkle. It becomes a place of great safety and security, a place you can dwell within every moment of your life, no matter what is happening outside.

And after a time, you will find that you cannot be contained within that house, for your joy and peace are so complete that they must shine out and create a world of light for others as well. You become the house up on the hill, a house made of glorious glass bricks, sparkling with all of your joyous thoughts and emotions, and allowing the glow of your being to shine out to light the world.

And so, you have built the perfect environment, one that is safe and secure and yet one that is also a beacon for others. And it all begins with what you think and what you say, what you choose to do and be in every moment of your life.

Right now, fill your heart with beauty and joy. Right now, let joy course through your veins. Right now, picture the most beautiful day you have ever experienced and allow that emotion to live within your body. And as you do this, know that this moment of pure joy has added a beautiful glass brick to your house of wonder, your house of I Am, the perfect and glowing shelter that is your life.

You are infinitely powerful. Your power knows no bounds. You not only have the power to create a world, you are creating it, consciously or unconsciously, right now. Whatever your world is, you are creating it, moment by moment. And if your previous thoughts, words and deeds have created a world you do not wish to dwell in any longer, then change your thoughts, change your words, bring beauty and joy into your life through conscious choice, and the world outside you will begin to shift as well.

It cannot help it, for such is your power.

Living in a World of Energy and Vibration: Dealing with Turmoil and Chaos

In the last week we have certainly seen a fair amount of chaos on the Planet, from Hurricane Ike hitting Houston to the financial collapses on Wall Street today. Looking at all this, it may seem pretty grim, until you remember that the Old Energy is on the way out and that in order to bring in a new way of life that is more focussed on Abundance and Peace, we need to be prepared to let go of the old and not to feel shaken and shattered when the old energy does fall apart in very obvious ways.It was interesting for me that when I was doing the work and research for the Great Lakes Water Ceremonies, I did read that the water from the Great Lakes does find its way into the Gulf of Mexico, and maybe working with the energy of the Lakes will help to bring peace to the Gulf area as well.

It is so important, at these times, to be able to hold onto the Inner Peace in your own center and to know that All is Well and that there is Divine Order within this apparent chaos. It is important to focus on Trust and to know that you will be safe. It is important to remember that we are now in the Fifth Dimension with a new way of Being and Perceiving. We are in a world of rapid Creation and Manifestation, a World of Energy and Vibration, where the quality of Consciousness determines what is created and what will manifest.

Aligning your Consciousness with Family of Light and with the flow of Sacred Light from Source is a wonderful way to hold to the peace that lives in your Heart and the center of your Being. Here is a beautiful image that was sent to me from my friend Paschalis in Greece. Paschalis is the organizer of the annual Spiritual Awakening Festival in Greece, and he sent me this image that was taken at one of the Ceremonies of Light in Sounio in Greece in August of 2008. I love the image, because the candles that are being held by the participants look as though they are Hearts of Light!

So, what are the coping skills for September? For, we are in a phase of adjusting to the "backwash" of the powerful energies that came in to the Planet in August. We crossed a threshold into a New Space, and the major skill for coping here is Choice. The New Earth is a Free Will zone, and you have absolute choice in your life, no matter how it may seem to you. In this New Earth of the Fifth Dimension, Energy vibrates at a very high level and that means that consciousness coalesces into manifestation and action extremely rapidly. What you hold in your consciousness is what you will manifest if it is in alignment with your I AM and Higher presence. If it is not, then you will probably feel stuck and feel as though you are not moving. Don't worry too much. Relax, take a deep breathe, and begin to explore what it is that your I AM wants you to experience and create. You can be quite sure that whatever your I Am wants for you, it will be a wonderful adventure filled with fun and joy, for that is why you are here on the Planet. Your I Am has no interest in creating dramas of illusion and pain, and is just not going to take you there. It will wait patiently until you decide to begin to live the life that you were meant to live.

And, so what is that? Well, Archangel Michael keeps telling us, and many other Spirit sources and channels. We were meant to live here in Peace and Abundance and to grow through expanding in Unconditional Love and Service to the Light.

So, how can we do that? Well, Archangel Michael advises us to look for old patterns and old addictions and habits, and to see where we keep trying to create lack and suffering and pain. Then, when we have identified these patterns, which may come from many past lifetimes, then we can choose another pattern of Being that is more aligned with our present mission of Joy and Peace and Abundance. For, every person on the planet right now has been charged with this mission, to carry the new energies of Peace and Love and Abundance, and we are all learning the best ways to get to this point. The first step is letting go of what is old and what no longer works, and the next step is creating a radiant new life of Joy that matches the higher frequencies of the New Earth.

So, dream of what you want and know it is possible. Know that you are loved and supported by the world of Spirit and that you will always have what you need. There is no lack and no shortage, there is enough for everyone. The illusion of lack and fear has been created to keep people trapped in a systen that limits and controls, and as you break free you will see how limitless is the love and grace of God in your lives at all times.

So, in this time of change and transition, be the Light and know that you as you hold the Light you are showing the way to a new reality.

Those of you who feel called to work with the water and to send Love and Gratitude into the waters to create the purity of the New Earth will love this image as much as I did. It comes from Patty in Indiana in the United States, and she says that this is a Beaver Dam that was built in the canal at back of her house. She is working with these creatures to return this water to its pristine state so that nature can thrive here. This month of September is a time of integration. Since the summer solstice, much of the past has come up to be released – lower frequencies have surfaced and been cleared. Higher, more refined energies are now being integrated into your being. As this process continues it would serve you well to surrender and allow a sense of being-ness to permeate your … being.

This is a time of finishing what has been stirred up, evaluating, rectifying and beginning to harvest the new energies – creating new pictures and feelings of what is your next step.

There is a relentless striving and doing that has been the way of many - as if there is a taskmaster or slave driver behind you with a whip. This is accompanied by a feeling of never being able to do “enough.” Allow yourself the freedom of doing “nothing.” Let go of the never ending list of tasks that need to be accomplished. Connect with a deeper, more subtle being-ness. There will always be the “to-do list” to maintain life in the third dimension. These “have-to-dos” are a distraction from a deeper reality. Make your list, then set it aside. For, again, this time of September is about integrating the new energies that have been growing inside you – nurture yourself – nurture the newness with peace and surrender. Time is speeding up and soon you will be busy with new projects as the energies begin to take off in October. For now, the ground of your being is fertile and this is a time to get clear on what it is you want your new life to feel like.

This is also a time to cease old habits, to let go of activities that no longer resonate with the higher energies. There will be people that you no longer feel in harmony with. It is time to gently let go of people, jobs and patterns that no longer serve your greatest good. It will not be difficult, the bonds have been loosening these many months. Resistance and persistent holding on to the past creates blocks and a feeling of rigidity. You may see examples of this in people in your world. Little can be done for those who are stubbornly clinging to the past – other than to pray for them that they find peace.

Nurture yourself, feed yourself with love. Feel your feelings – no matter what they are – honor all you feel. If something feels painful or uncomfortable, there’s usually a feeling of being stuck. When you allow yourself to respectfully be there in that place of discomfort, you will find that the acknowledgement will soon bring a softening and then the energy will begin to flow again. You can find the inner still point and breathe love into your being by focusing on loving memories or visions of beautiful earth moments – like a breeze rippling the calm water of a lake – find within you that which brings a feeling of space around the cacophony of life. This will help to lubricate and open your aura, to move you from fear into wholeness. Little by little, love and nurture yourselves.

So many who read these words are high vibrational beings living in the dense energies of Earth – this denseness has been created by the people living in the Earth realm, not of the Earth herself. Many have tried in this lifetime – without knowing it – to lower their frequency in order to “fit in.” This leads to depression and disempowerment as one’s true essence is repressed. It has been very difficult for so many of you to be here, but you are here to shift the balance and the time is now.

Remember, also, that this is not all there is! You are multidimensional and vast. You don’t vibrate to the energies that have been rampant on Earth for so many eons. You bring a higher tone to this experience and have suffered because of it – by trying to fit in and feeling you don’t belong. We tell you, if you didn’t belong here, you wouldn’t be here! There are so many of you now, who resonate with the Earth’s vibration. There is strength in numbers – find others that are of similar vibration and who want to “raise it up” through gatherings – sing, dance and drum together, prepare meals together, create rituals together. If you don’t find this within your community, you can create it, or you can move to a place that holds this kind of resonance, which is created by the people in collaboration with the energy of Earth herself.

Many people are expressing the desire to live in community with others – maintaining their own personal space, but within a greater, sustainable community. Many do not know what this will look like, but feel the desire within. This will unfold as you come together - collaborating with Earth and each other. So we say to you, find your spirit family. You are not alone.

You have heard that your thoughts become real. It is important to catch your thoughts when they move into the realm of fear. This relates to the dense energy that floats through the earth plane – the density of fear and poverty consciousness is a conglomeration of thought forms coming from the people of Earth. These thought forms become an entity – an etheric entity which multiplies and attaches to us when we are resonating with fear. This entity is a parasite that feeds on fear. It will whisper words of fear to exacerbate our feelings. Be aware of when this is happening to you. You can turn and say, “Enough! Be gone with you!”

Just as negative, fearful thoughts create negative, fearful experiences in our outer world, so will positive, loving thoughts create positive, loving experiences.

So many on Earth feed fear into themselves through movies, video games, music – many forms of entertainment. Most of you who read this already discern what you will and will not feed yourselves in this way; however you are still living on the earth where those negative energies waft through the energies. This negativity can be transmuted by you, through meditation and intention. Recently, as hurricane Gustav threatened New Orleans, many Lightworkers gathered in the etheric realms to consciously diffuse the energy of that storm. And it worked, for the storm’s force weakened and, although it was still devastating to many people, it was not nearly as strong as it had started out to be. There is power in our numbers – group conscious intention is powerful – you have always been living within this, but the intention has been more negative. It is time to turn it around!

A few symptoms to be mindful of – extreme fatigue and feeling as if your energy has been drained – also aches and pains. My upper back/shoulders, back of my head are very sore. I have been working with a wonderful friend who does cranio-sacral massage. She is an intuitive healer and is helping me release some very old energy that has been gripping me in this area, which is why it’s so sore now. I believe that letting go of that grip and relaxing the muscles is bringing on the soreness because so much has been held there for so long. I recommend some kind of body/energy work to help move the energy of the past that we’ve been releasing.

In closing, September is a time for realigning with your authentic self. Take the time to do nothing! To relax – if you’re feeling drained – honor your feelings and get cozy with a good book or take a nap. We are integrating the new, higher vibrating energy that we have been making room for throughout the summer. October is waiting out there – humming – the engines are revving – we’re going to be building up to some fast traveling, so now is the time to get ready by being still – yes – and integrating all we’ve gathered.

I'd like to share this message with you all, if I may - its not just for women to read, it's for all those who may one day be faced with these symptoms in either themselves, a loved one or even a stranger ...

Female Heart Attacks - crucial, lifesaving information for every woman

"If you've read this before, please be sure to pass on to your female friends.

If not, please take a minute. It could save your life or someone else's.

I was aware that female heart attacks are different, but this is the best description I've ever read about women and heart attacks (Myocardial infarction). Did you know that women rarely have the same dramatic symptoms that men have when experiencing heart attack - the sudden stabbing pain in the chest, the cold sweat, grabbing the chest and dropping to the floor that we see in the movies? Here is the story of one woman's experience with a heart attack.

I had a completely unexpected heart attack at about 10:30 p.m. with no prior exertion, no prior emotional trauma that one would suspect might've brought it on. I was sitting all snug and warm on a cold evening, with my purring cat in my lap, reading an interesting story my friend had sent me, and actually thinking, "A-A-h, this is the life, all cozy and warm in my soft, cushy Lazy Boy with my feet propped up." A moment later, I felt that awful sensation of indigestion , when you've been in a hurry and grabbed a bite of sandwich and washed it down with a dash of water, and that hurried bite seems to feel like you've swallowed a golf ball going down the esophagus in slow motion and it is most uncomfortable. You realize you shouldn't have gulped it down so fast and needed to chew it more thoroughly, and this time, drink a glass of water to hasten its progress down to the stomach. This was my initial sensation. The only trouble was that I hadn't taken a bite of anything since about 5:00 p.m.

After that had seemed to subside, the next sensation was like little squeezing motions that seemed to be racing up my spine (in hindsight, it was probably a spasm of my aorta), gaining speed as they continued racing up and under my sternum (breast bone, where one presses rhythmically when administering CPR). This fascinating process continued on into my throat and branched out into both jaws. Aha! Now, I stopped puzzling about what was happening. We all have read and/or heard about pain in the jaws being one of the signals of an MI happening, haven't we? I said aloud to myself and the cat, "Dear God, I think I'm having a heart attack!" I lowered the foot rest, dumping the cat from my lap, started to take a step and fell on the floor instead. I thought to myself, "If this is a heart attack, I shouldn't be walking into the next room where the phone is or anywhere else, but on the other hand, if I don't, nobody will know that I need help, and if I wait any longer I may not be able to get up in moment."

I pulled myself up by the arms of the chair, walked slowly into the next room and dialed the Paramedics. I told the lady who answered that I thought I was having a heart attack due to the pressure building under the sternum and radiating into my jaws. I didn't feel hysterical or afraid, just stating the facts. She said that she was sending the paramedics over immediately, asked if the front door was near to me, and if so, to unbolt the door and then, lie down on the floor where they could see me when they came in. Then, I lay down on the floor as instructed and lost consciousness, as I don't remember the medics coming in, their examination, lifting me onto a gurney or getting me into their ambulance, or hearing the call they made to St. Jude ER on the way, but I did briefly awaken when we arrived and saw that the Cardiologist was already there in his surgical blues and cap, helping the medics pull my stretcher out of the ambulance. He was bending over me asking questions (probably something like, "Have you taken any medications?"), but I couldn't make my mind interpret what he was saying, or form an answer, and nodded off again, not waking up until the Cardiologist and partner had already threaded the tiny angiogram balloon up my femoral artery into the aorta and into my heart, where they installed 2 side by side stents to hold open my right coronary artery.

I know it sounds like all my thinking and actions at home must have taken at least 20 to 30 minutes before calling the paramedics, but actually it took perhaps 4 to 5 minutes before the call, and both the fire station and St. Jude are only minutes away from my home, and my cardiologist was all ready to go to the OR in his scrubs and get going on restarting my heart (which had stopped somewhere between my arrival and the procedure) and installing the stents. Why have I written all of this to you with so much detail? It's because I want all of you who are so important in my life to know what I learned first hand:

1. Be aware that something very different is happening in your body - not the usual men's symptoms, but inexplicable things happening (until my sternum and jaws got into the act ). It is said that many more women than men die of their first (and last) MI because they didn't know they were having one, and commonly mistake it as indigestion, take some Maalox or other anti-heartburn preparation, and go to bed, hoping they'll feel better in the morning when they wake up - which doesn't happen. My female friends, your symptoms might not be exactly like mine, so I advise you to call the paramedics if anything is unpleasantly happening that you've not felt before. It is better to have a "false alarm" visitation than to risk your life guessing what it might be!

2. Note that I said "Call the paramedics" ( 911 )! Ladies, time is of the essence! Do not try to drive yourself to the ER. You're a hazard to others on the road, and so is your panicked husband, who will be speeding and looking anxiously at what's happening with you instead of the road. Do not call your doctor. He doesn't know where you live, and if it's at night, you won't reach him anyway, and if it's daytime, his assistants (or answering service) will tell you to call the paramedics. He doesn't carry the equipment in his car that you need to be saved! The paramedics do, principally oxygen that you need ASAP. Your doctor will be notified later.

3. Don't assume that it couldn't be a heart attack because you have a normal cholesterol count. Research has discovered that a cholesterol elevated reading is rarely the cause of an MI (unless it's unbelievably high, and/or accompanied by high blood pressure). MI's are usually caused by long-term stress and inflammation in the body, which dumps all sorts of deadly hormones into your system to sludge things up in there. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive."

Living outside your story

Greetings! We are so honored to once again serve the physical aspect of our spiritual family. We bow before those who volunteered and have chosen to be at the forefront of change, altering potentials that do not honor the sacredness of life. These times offer such a dramatic view of a reality in transition. Indeed, all of life is constantly changing and there are also cycles that encourage profound shifts. You, beloved human, are serving such a cycle with your presence here on Earth.

Your Olympics provided a stage for how this transition is changing your world. While athletes performed, a new door to freedom was opened in the land called China. She opened herself to your world community with a deep sense of pride for all that she has accomplished. The willingness to freely express a love for life opens the hearts and minds of humanity, restoring a sense of trust and well being. Living alongside this fresh wind of change is also the history of this land. It is now faced with a very important question, can freedom be contained? Can such a freedom that allows full expression of the human spirit be realized within your personal and collective story?

Shortly after your Olympics, the world was treated with another emerging voice for change in the U.S. democratic convention. A dynamic speech was giving on behalf of a new, emerging culture within a country that has been granted the honor to model true freedom. As millions listened to this voice for change, humanity paused for a moment, experienced the joy of such a potential and the fear that such a life will not be chosen. Many have spoken in your past on behalf of freedom with the same clouds of fear lingering above their voices. Many of you ask, what can we do as individuals to support and empower the birthing of this inherent right for all people on Earth.

We have talked for some time of how your service to humanity included fully immersing yourself into the drama/trauma of human affairs. That experience helped to form a unique human identity that also forged a bond with your planetary family. A time would come in your life when you would awaken from that experience and would break this bond that has kept you separate from your true identity. You have called this shift a spiritual awakening and we come to remind you once again that time is happening - now!

Dear reader, you did not incarnate on Earth to only experience the limitations of your past. You volunteered to demonstrate how a human being can free itself from these polarized, internal issues by walking outside the story of your life. Very few individuals have taken that walk and never before has a collective group chosen to walk this together. Many of you still wonder why we, your angelic family insist on kissing your feet. Many of us have never experienced being separate from source. We cannot imagine how painful that must be and yet here you are, reclaiming that relationship with your own soul nature in service to humanity that allows them to make a choice. A choice that they must make for them self.

2008 represents enormous opportunities that will energetically support your intention to experience the expanded version of YOU. By itself, 2008 will simply be another year on your human calendar. The many benefits this year has to offer resides in your willingness to challenge your own story. Trusting in the fragile nature of a new belief that suggests life ”wants” to serve you. It is waiting at this moment to serve your hearts desire but you must consciously choose how “you” want to be served.

Now, we often hear, how do we accomplish this? We suggest you begin by asking yourself, how would you like life to support you? How would YOU like to feel about life? If you could choose how you wanted to feel, what would you choose? Was there a time in your life when you experienced joy? If not, can you imagine how that would feel? See if you can bring that feeling back to you at this moment. We are inviting you to become so vulnerable, so open to the possibility that joy is real. Begin to breath the energy of that feeling into your body with every breathe you take. You might notice a change within a few minutes or it might take all day. Continue breathing no matter what comes up. You often say to us that if it is truly this simple, why are there so few living their life in joy and abundance? Indeed, excellent question! Lets shed some more light on the choice before you.

Conscious breathing places you in the moment, with very little effort. This simple but profound shift in your attention to your breath will establish a new foundation of support that will also serve to work with all those feelings that have nothing to do with joy. Using your breath as a point of focus to “claim” how you want to feel will naturally change your relationship with all of life in a dramatic fashion. Your feelings represent the ”being” part of you.

The work shows up when your story begins to interfere with this process, resisting the change and attempting to distract you with thoughts that live outside of joy. Fortunately, your story does not have the power to stop your breath. With a little practice, this moment will become just as real as your past. You will rediscover the joy of feeling your soul nature. Being in this moment puts you outside the story of your life. There is nothing wrong with your story but over time you begin to realize that it doesn’t know how to dance with the immense presence of your soul. It feels inadequate, clumsy and awkward.

2008 represents an opening for change. It will not be the only opening but it does offer an ideal time to reclaim your core identity. Many of you have worked so hard to experience the true nature of your soul and will naturally ask, could it really be this simple? Choose to feel alive, breath that feeling into your body, continue breathing and go live your life? Hmm! Not much drama involved in this new story and very little trauma from feeling unworthy or undeserving. In fact many would describe being in the moment as also being boring. The presence of joy has the capacity to unify life including the many aspects of your soul that reside throughout all of creation. Many of you will begin to feel that your life also serve’s a much bigger picture. Reuniting these aspects of your soul is your galactic service.

Now, there is nothing to feed the anxiety of your story when you choose to place your attention on your breath. We repeat, conscious breathing does not rely on your past to support itself. It will naturally blend with Christ consciousness. As we look at all the support networks that have been put in place to accommodate your story and it’s need to feed on life, we feel a great deal of compassion for all of you that have chosen to awaken from this dream. This will be an enormous transition that will most likely frighten your human personality, for it has no experience of a united consciousness. Self love continues to play such a vital role in this transition.

You, dear reader, volunteered to inspire your human family to walk and live outside their own story. Your human nature will proclaim that we, your non physical family, must be mistaken. Surely there are others far more qualified than yourself to represent this radical, new freedom. We know who we are speaking too. The teachers on Earth at this time are all proclaiming the same words - this is your time! You already sense or feel the unsettling energies of humanity as they begin to question, collectively, their own freedom. The majority of people will most likely sit with these feelings until 2009 which invites an outward expression of these inner questions. 2012 represents an opportunity for every human being to make a choice. Freedom is your birthright, claim it within yourself to serve your external conflicts .

Some believe their freedom is being withheld by others and will choose to confront or oppose those outside of them self. Your history is full of these conflicts. Humanity has worked very hard to achieve a sense of equality for all of its world citizens. We are inviting each of you to ignite the same passion and attention you place on events outside of yourself to your own inner process. Thoughts that continue to reinforce your old story deny YOU your freedom on a daily basis. The freedom to be a conscious, co-creator does not exist in the story of humanities past. True freedom comes from “knowing” that you have the ability to experience life as you desire that for yourself. Life has no choice but to serve and reflect the energy of your life based on how you “feel” about your life.

2008 is a prime time to live again as you have never lived before. If you are feeling frustrated by the lack of changes in your life, make choices that challenge your story. That story can become very hypnotic by denying the value of trust and the virtue of change. Now is not the time to procrastinate. This moment, right now is why you incarnated. Celebrate it!!

Together, we promised to come back into your life to remind you of the choice that is now before you. No matter your choice, we will continue to serve you with all our love. Can you feel the warmth of your spiritual family waiting to embrace you and the joy of your own divinity waiting to ignite a new passion for living. You have endured and survived the pain of love being withheld as a human being. That qualifies you to now serve the wounded heart of your human family. You already know your story cannot serve the immense presence of your soul. It has never experienced unconditional love. The clarity and confidence you desire will build with every breath and with every intention to consciously breath joy back into your life. Kicking and screaming, your human personality will learn to trust in your soul’s ability to create a fulfilling and rewarding life.

The curtains are rising to reveal part two of this grand play of consciousness on Earth. Humanity doesn’t recognize this new act. It is being performed by familiar faces with a profound new joy in their hearts. Sitting in the seats alongside humanity is the presence of many spiritual families who are also waiting to see who and what is behind the curtains. How does the divine nature of a soul in a human body express itself? Everyone is holding their breath as the new actors take the stage. All of life is waiting on your next choice and I, Michael along with many others have been invited to play alongside each of you. Suddenly, a voice behind the curtains proclaims, “I choose joy!” Fireworks explode, the curtain fully rises revealing the new players on Earth and finally, finally the new story begins! Welcome to the second coming beloved's and you thought someone else would be playing your part - silly human!

Energetically, September will bring much in the way of change to your life. You will experience tumultuous times ahead but by the fall of 2009, you'll look back and realize that it all began with the choice(s) you set into motion as early as right now.

If you are fully in your heart as you make your choice, you will sail right on through your creation cycle, while others around you are grasping at straws, or having to change their course or regroup.

If you are being pushed or pulled apart in present moment, its best to take a break; step back and away from what you have created to gain perspective.

Allow your mind to settle before you push onward. If pushing at all is a part of your creation, stop and regroup.

Allowing is the way to create within the stillness of your very own heart. Allow your heart be guided by the forces of nature.

There is rhyme and reason for the flow that is coming into the planet now in waves.

These waves can be tsunamis at times. But even walls of energy find land at some point. Be in a position to allow-allow your heart to be your guide. You will find that as you do, the rest will feel like a flowing river of stillness by comparison.
